A voice mail was left for this former customer to explain the reason for the start.  The start was supposed to be a free sample; data entry did not log it as a free sample, they entered the order like a regular start.  The paper has been stopped, and we apologize for any confusion, it was...

We show a refund amount of $17.64 was processed back to the credit card on 4/14/16.  Do you not see this hitting your account?  If not, I will have to reach out to our accounting department to see what the next step is.

We do apologize for the invoices and calls.  I have taken care of the balance and you will not receive any more invoices.  The account was restarted when your final payment was made and it should not have been.

We do apologize for the missed deliveries.  I will contact the delivery person about this.  We just converted over to a new computer system and there have been some issues with starts and complaints processing through.I will also give you credit for the two missed papers.Thank you
