I have sent a message directly to the manager who handles your area. I have requested they talk to the distributor in your area to stop delivering the "sample" paper to the end of your driveway.  If it continues, please let me know.

I was able to contact accounting about this and they put the a credit on the credit card used.  You should see the reversal in the next day or so.

subscription was started. I show another payment of $28.88 on 3/13/17. We are going to refund you the full amount of $58.73 since you never received the paper.

There was no call from the customer to cancel, our records indicated that service was active.   A refund to the account was issued, and a refund request has been made to our accounting department.

one week...

I will get my newspaper delivered and the next week I won't. this is theft of goods with a lame excuse of new computer software gliches. it's been 5 weeks now since I started delivery.to have my printed paper delivered on time and on the days per our contract. I don't want crddits for more undilvered papers I want the ines I already paid for on my credit card or it fraud!

Looking at your account today I see that a credit adjustment of $23.40 was issued back to your credit card today, 2/17/17.  It may take overnight to process.  If you do not see the money back on your credit card by Monday, please let me know and I will check with accounting.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  We do not put stops through via invoices.  They are all scanned when they come back to our lockbox and there isn't someone specifically opening and reading them.  I will however stop the subscription now and we will clear the balance off the account for you.If there is anything else we can do, please let me know.Thank you
