We had a conversation with the customer (4/28/15), and they are now satisfied with the resolution. Both the customer and the Plain Dealer consider the matter closed
I am showing the credit should have it the card on 8/4/16. It was $33.83. Please let us know if it did not

Distributor stated he did not place paper twice a good while back due to...
construction issue. Ever since, he has been placing the Sunday paper on the stoop in front of the front door. He asked if he should hang on the door I said I will call cust daughter and get back to him.

I apologize for the delay. Our marketing manager was in contact with [redacted] and I believe he resolved the matter. A credit was put on a the account and a refund will be sent out. Our accounting folks need a few weeks to process. I will remind them to rush this. Thank you
