satisfactory to me. ***'s Flooring contacted me by phone on Tuesday, May 2nd to begin arrangements to replace the existing carpeting in the great room, small hallway from the great room to the front door entry way and all of the master bedroom. My wife and I were out of state at the time of the call but ***'s left a voicemail message to call them to schedule the carpet replacement, which I will do on Monday, May 8th.

The agreement has been reviewed by a paralegal and is missing key information and we will let the attorney sort it out over the coming weeks. We have agreed to pay the 3,to move on from this ridiculous companyThey are more worried about money than treating customers fairly, making someone pay 3,for paperwork! They talk about what is "common in the industry" and charging someone 3,000$ when the home hasn't been started, prints created, or permits pulled is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practices and is not common among any central Indiana buildersAlso as they say this is common, with our current builder, we do not have kids playing and training going on in the same location as the purchase of the new home!! They might be a business but it is one that screws customers, we should have listened to friends and the many many negative reviews from the Revdex.comDo not do business with Arbor Homes if you are seeking a new home

Our Warranty manager Cheri is out until Wednesday but I will have her contact you Wednesday and get your items addressed so you do not have to deal with the superintendent any more

We are working with the customer and with their schedule during business hours to get repairs scheduledWe will need access to the house during business hours, there is no way around this

This is NOT storm damage This is a bad construction job that had a simple band aid fix put on it while it was under warranty and now your bad construction and band aid job have come undone Be a responsible builder and own up to YOUR mistakes and fix them! I did not layover $280,for my house to be falling apart because you cut corners and failed to build properly I expect my house to not have siding issues and water damage and rotting wood and mushrooms growing from the side of it years after buildingAgain, this is NOT storm damage! This is poor construction!

I am honestly not sure why Dr *** is making the accusation that she isI have agreed to replace any item that she has questioned and or been concerned about having water damage. We currently have a cabinet on order and have had the entire door and door frame to the bathroom delivered to be
replaced
I have also provided her with a warranty extension of one year on the workmanship of her plumbing in writing via emailThis is on file in our warranty system at the main officeThis was provided to her before she contacted the Revdex.com so again I am not sure why she would say that we have refused to extend the warranty

*** *** the siding was put on to tight it is about time you amint that you use unqualified workers and you do not over see their work.Their is other house just as bad in the neighborhood

We are continuing to work with the roofer to set a date that he can walk and inspect the roof

The builder sent information to the Revdex.com We did, in fact, have a leak due to the incorrect construction of the chimney, flashing and trim The leak is still visible in our bedroom I sent the builder pictures of the leak when it happened

We are not required to repair any damage caused by severe weatherWe did offer to repair damaged shingles caused by the high windsWith so many homes affected by the storms on April 2ed we worked as fast as we could to work through repairs we offered to makeMost homeowners filed a claim with
their insurance company to claim the storm damage on their homeSome were happy with us just patching the damage as a concession. This homeowner called EMS to do a repair when they noticed a leakThey nailed through shingles which caused more damage to other shingles around itWe are not required to fix or repair work done by other contractorsI did approve that we fix the section that EMS repaired for this homeownerI attached pictures of the repair job EMS did and attached a picture of the roof after we fixed it. A third attachment shows that she signed and acknowledged that the concrete is not warrantableHomeowner has been told multiple times by multiple people about these issues

We will look into the complaint and work with the homeowner
