On July 9, 2016, I spoke with [redacted] and provided a detailed explanation of the overall bill to include the monthly charges, promotional timelines, and current service package. To honor the promised promotional rate, a monthly credit has been applied to the account effective July 22, 2016 through April 22, 2017. An additional credit was applied to the account on July 9, 2016 for the difference in quoted price already charged. The first monthly credit and additional credit will appear on the billing statement dated July 24, 2016.
I apologized to for any inconvenience experienced while attempting to resolve this concern.

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed by [redacted] regarding promotional rates.
On March 7, 2018, I spoke with [redacted] and explained to him, that his current promotion for the 12-month XFINITY Starter Double Play, at the previous promotional rate was applied as a courtesy on December 23, 2017 through December 22, 2018, at which time standard rates will apply. The promotional rates do not include additional service, equipment, taxes and fees. I explained the promotional roll off and the standard rates agreed to at the end of the promotional period. [redacted] confirmed that he understood the promotional rates and upon the expiration date of December 22, 2018, every day pricing will be in effect.
As a one-time courtesy, a credit was applied to the account on March 7, 2018. The credit reflected on the billing statement dated March 13, 2018. I apologized for any inconvenience and overall experience while attempting to resolve this matter.

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your organization by Mr. [redacted] regarding a billing concern.
Effective January 1, 2017, Comcast implemented a rate change in Mr. [redacted]’s area in which some charges and fees, including the Digital Adapter Additional Outlet service Fee, increased. Affected customers received at least thirty (30) days prior notice of the rate change and Mr. [redacted] was notified in his November 21, 2016 billing statement.
On January 5, 2017, I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] to discuss her concerns and apologize for any inconvenience and frustration she and Mr. [redacted] may have experienced while attempting to resolve this matter. I advised her of the above information. As a courtesy, I applied a monthly discount to her bill for six (6) months effective January 5, 2017 through July 5, 2017.

Upon receipt of this complaint, I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on April 26, 2016. An installation appointment was completed on April 28, 2016, at which time a technician upgraded the modem. Mr. [redacted] confirmed that his services are working correctly. A credit was applied to the account on April 28, 2016 and will be reflected on the bill statement dated May 4, 2016.
On April 28, 2016, Mr. [redacted] accepted a 36 month promotional rate for the HD Complete Triple Play package. The monthly price rate will remain the same for the years 1 and 2, effective April 28, 2016 through April 27, 2018. Effective April 28, 2018 through April 27, 2019, the monthly price rate will increase into the third year rate. At the conclusion of the promotion, standard retail rates will apply.
