I'm very pleased with the work done replacing the shingles on our house. Communication was excellent from the sales representative, customer service representative and project foreman. The crew was fantastic and extremely hardworking. The clean up was terrific. I highly recommend Legacy Restoration to family, friends, and all who read my testimonial.

From our first meeting with Jigar *** to the completion of the work, the Legacy team was very personal and professional. They worked through all the issues with our insurance company and completed the work as promised on time. They were very good at coming back after the snow was gone and did a final cleanup. Legacy Restoration did a very fine job explaining the process of shingle replacement after hail damage had gone through my neighborhood. Tim Farrand was my contact with Legacy Restoration and was always available and easy to work with on all details. He was able to clarify all concerns with the Insurance company to make this a relatively stress free undertaking. The crew arrived at 7 am and by 4 pm they had completed the job. They had re-shingled the house, garage and small utility shed; the crew was very professional and the finished job looks great. The made a slow and thorough sweep of the yard with magnets to pick up nails/screws after the job was done.I'm happy with the result and would highly recommend their services.

Legacy was fantastic to work with. Timelines and expectations were explained in detail and met. They helped work through insurance and our mortgage company and even came back the next day to ensure everything was clean.

I am pleased with the product I received from Legacy Restoration. There were minor hiccups in the project execution, which initiated after a hail storm in July 2019 and was not completely closed out until spring of 2020. The roofing install took place shortly before Thanksgiving 2019.

I had a change of project manager during the project, but both project managers were responsive with only one exception. The responsiveness was resolved to my satisfaction.

There was snow on the ground during the install process. This made the cleanup more difficult for the crew and led to many more nails being left in my yard than I had been expecting. Legacy returned to my home at least 3 or 4 times in the following months and successfully cleaned up my yard to my satisfaction.

Overall I am very pleased with Legacy. No project is 100% without issue, but Legacy stood behind their work and I would recommend them to others.

Signed a contract for a new roof and gutters with Legacy. After new roof was installed, I noticed nail strips were exposed on numerous shingles along with gutter apron damaged (bent up with holes all over). I hired a roof inspector that found the following issues in multiple roof locations:
- Lifted shingle at bottom of roof as a result of inadequate fastening of gutter aprons and using a regular duration shingle for starter instead of thinner starter shingle or 3-ply shingle.
- Shingles not in line.
- Raised nails through shingle.
- Overlap too close to valley that can cause shingle blow off in high winds.
- Shingle does not reach into ridge.
- Nails were installed above the sure nail strip line. In adequate fastening of shingles.
- Exposed sure nail strips at edges and top and bottom throughout roof.
- Damaged shingles

Shingle manufacturer stated their warranty does not cover improper installation and that the aforementioned roof installation problems can cause water damage and/or shingles to blow off below the wind speed rating. In addition, my insurance company stated that its the responsibility of the roofing contractor to notify the customer if the gutter apron or other pieces of the roof/trim need to be replaced and can not be re-used so they can adjust the claim amount accordingly. Legacy did not follow up with us on the gutter apron needed to be replaced and re-used this part after it was ripped off of the original roof and tossed to the ground.

Legacy wants us to pay them a portion of the second payment before they will repair/fix the roof that they improperly installed/damaged. The contract clearly states second/final payment is due after roof is complete, which a damaged/improperly installed roof is not complete. Legacy has not given us a plan for the repairs after numerous requests and wants money before proceeding with a plan to fix the roof. We are concerned that they will not properly repair the roof.

I met with Kris and Susanne. Discussed all the issues and agreed on what needs to be done. We will be performing the work this coming Monday 6/8. When we are done, at request of HO, I will be having OC come out to inspect the roof to ensure that their warranty will be good with our install. Kris and Susanne were both very pleasant and happy we came to the understanding of what needs to be completed.

Legacy took great care of all our needs re-roofing and re-siding our house. Justin did a great job!

This experience of having our roof and siding assessed and replaced could not have gone better. All along the way (as it was a 9 month process due to the winter months intruding on work being able to be completed), Tim kept us informed and managed the project from start to finish so we did not have to get entangled with details. When I had a question or needed a quick refresher as to where we stood in the process, I could always reach Tim and no question was ever dismissed. I highly recommend working with Tim and Legacy Restoration.

Legacy Restoration did an excellent job installing my roof, from beginning to end. The first roofing company that gave me an estimate was just not following through. They were slow in dealing with the insurance company and were not getting the job done. As soon as I contacted Legacy Restoration, they sent out Tim Farrand as my service representative. I could tell right away that Tim and Legacy Restoration were going to do the job right. And so they did! As I had questions, Tim would respond with answers for me right away. Also, the insurance company was not going to cover the whole replacement. But Legacy Restoration has a whole department with many years experience dealing with insurance companies. So they did get the insurance company to pay for the entire replacement. The Owens Corning architectural shingles that were used are high quality and just beautiful! The entire job was done in just one day, and the clean up was perfect. Legacy Restoration is a company that you can trust to be honest and to do the job right.

Taylor and Legacy Restoration did a great job on our roof and gutters replacement due to haul damage. They helped coordinate with the insurance company. The entire roof was replaced in one day, and they followed up with us to make sure everything went as expected. I would recommend them due to their ease of working with them and professionalism.

Contracted with this roof and window replacement company (Legacy Restoration, LLC.) in Oct 2019. In Spring 2019, a hail storm damaged both roof and windows and we filed a claim through our insurance company. We got several bids and selected this firm since they were local and handled both roof and window replacement. During the negotiations, they also convinced us to purchase gutter leaf covers at an added cost so this work could be incorporated into the project. In Nov 2019, they had completed the roof replacement, took our deductible and promised to come back to complete the gutter leaf covers, window replacement and trim repairs as soon as possible.

Several months went by and I learned the project PM had left the company and the new PM would work to get the gutter covers and window replaced. Every time I contacted the company, I received the same response, "we'll get to your project as soon as possible or I'll contact you bi-weekly with a project update". It's been over 5 months and they have yet to complete the work. If they had worked 1/2 as hard to complete the work then they did to win the work, this project would be done. This work needs to be done before the insurance reimbursement period expires!
