I contacted Legacy Restoration for hail damage to my roof. They took care of everything including contacting mortgage lender and worked with my insurance. They replaced entire roof and gutters in less than two weeks total. Taylor L was in constant contact with me. I would highly recommend Legacy Restoration.

We worked on a roof storm claim with Joey, this claim had a lot of hopes and complexity in the damage. Joey left no stone unturned and made the process a breeze. They understood all of the insurance deadline and made sure to hit all dates required, as well as walk me through every step of the process. It was am amazing experince, I highly recomend it!

Legacy Restoration's Service Representative, Justin ***, happened to knock on my door after a hail storm hit my area. I decided to let him check out the roof even though I was sure there would be no repairs needed. Justin showed me pictures on his phone of the roof damage, met with the insurance adjuster and set the repair process in motion. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very happy to explain every step of the process as it went along. The job was completed in 1 day from shingle removal through clean up. I appreciated that the people I dealt with from Legacy Restoration made the process painless for me.

Legacy Restoration replaced my roof after a hailstorm and made the process so simple. Initially my insurance company was not going to cover my garage and legacy was able to contact my insurance company and convince them my garage roof needed to be replaced as well. Yes...Legacy Restoration is the roofing company you should go with. Joey was my first contact, (friendly and helpful) along with Rick (trustworthy and professional) working beside him. What a great group of professional and friendly people to work with!!! I was denied with the first company that I called. Joey, Rick and their crew worked with me in selecting my new roofing materials. They were here on a long hot day but got it done and looks great. My yard they took care of by covering everything. My Grandchildren wanted to find nails in the yard afterwards... The kids were only able to find six nails, the lawn mower found none !!! I'm impressed !!! My roof looks fantastic. Thank you Joey..... Legacy Restoration did an OUTSTANDING job for us. Our roof was damaged by hail and they were diligent in working with our insurance company as they initially denied our claim. Our sales person, Andrew ***, the field supervisor, Kris ***, and the field inspector, Rob, were all extremely professional and committed to outstanding customer service. The installation team took care in protecting our lawn and landscaping, did a wonderful job installing the roof and were diligent in their cleanup of shingles and debris at the end of a 12 hr day. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Restoration for any work you may be considering as I will definitely use them again in the future and have recommended them to my friends.

Like any other work you have done on your house make sure you understand whats going to be done. This includes the material and the work to be done. They did a very good job to answer all of my questions and we work with Justin *** he did a very good job.

Legacy Restoration and most importantly, our representative Jordan Englar, literally restored our roof AND restored our faith in professionals who conducted themselves as professionals throughout the process. Jordan was timely, accessible, and amazingly patient as he went over the process, and he always responded when we had questions. Legacy’s time frame to complete our roof project was exactly what Jordan outlined for us, and to say we’re happy is an understatement! We first tried going through a local competitor, and that led to inaction and broken promises. Jordan Englar’s tremendous work ethic and help, and Legacy’s great work were just what we needed! Overall, I was very happy with the work Legacy Restoration LLC did in replacing my roof. Brandon did a great job advising us on what shingles to get and on the process of working with our insurance company, and I thought the installation did a very good job getting the job done in one day. We had some follow-up issues, and Legacy rapidly responded to resolve the issues. I would do business with Legacy again.

I want to share an positive experience about Legacy Restoration getting me a new roof. Shane Wenberg was the rep that had helped me through the process. Shane was amazing in explaining the process. Shane made made everything easy to understand and answered any questions I had. Shane made sure everything was in order and moving along smoothly. The building team was also awesome in that they were fast and exceeded my expectations in making sure there was no mess lying around after they finished. The new roof looks great!

Legacy worked with me to get my my new roof installed after I had hail damage last summer. They worked with me and the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of. I thought my roof was in good condition. After I let Dan of legacy examine, he found substantial hail damage. The damage was supported by my insurance adjuster and received a new roof. Zach did the follow up and I highly recommend Legacy for your work. There were a couple problems with the roofers, Dan and Zach were prompt to adjust and resolve the issues. I know of a few others that had Legacy for their service and they also were happy with the work and results. Highly recommend.
