When you get hail damage... a million folks come out of the woodwork trying to get your business. Legacy was local to my house (i live in Maple Grove) and was AWESOME on communication. Worked with the insurance... all went smoothly. Tim Farrand was my service rep and he was a rockstar.

Very nice job replacing our roof and gutters after suffering hail damage this summer. John Spivey was a pleasure to work with in handling our claim with the insurance company. Crew could put in a bit more effort to ensure no nails or screws are left on the driveway. Overall, nicely done.

Overall good experience. Roof was replaced quickly, but long amounts of time went by without hearing anything about the paint and windows. The windows were eventually repaired. I guess there wasn't enough money for the paint?

My husband and I used Legacy Restoration for our roof and gutters for recent hail damage. We have been very pleased with their work. Tim Farrand the service rep has been great to work with, very helpful and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

The group did a great job putting on a class 4 roof, They were on time and did a professional job. Zack was out project manager and addressed any concerns we had with the re-roof and gutter job. Good looking house now.

Zach and Legacy were there to convince my insurance company of the need to install a new roof. They presented good options at a good price. Zach kept in touch throughout the process. Our roof was replaced in one long day, and the county building inspector remarked that it was above the quality he usually finds. With Legacy's help, we also had other hail damage repaired. I highly recommend them.

I had Legacy Restoration stop by my home and offered to check my roof after a hail storm came through in early June. I was hesitant to have any stranger climb on my roof, but the rep, John Spivey, was personable, friendly and appeared trustworthy. He took a short cell video and photos of the damage and ensured me my insurance would cover the entire amount of repairs and even called the claims center with me at my house. A few days later, my insurance adjuster met Legacy at my home and agreed 100‰ would be covered and I was then set to pick out new shingles and sky-lights. About a week later, the repair crew shows up on schedule and I had a great quality roof a day later. When the city inspector came out to inspect, he even commented that Legacy did a great job and that they have had zero issues with their company in our city. Overall, I'm very impressed with their work, timeliness, communication, professionalism and value. Do not hesitate using them for your repair. Thank you John Spivey and Legacy Restoration. Job well done!

Legacy Restoration was absolutely great to work with. Our sales rep (Jake Milbourn) was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step in the process. He always made himself available when we had any questions. He made the process of filing a claim with our insurance very easy. Once approved by our insurance, the Legacy team did a great job tearing down and replacing the existing damaged roof and installing new gutters and downspouts. The foreman and and the workers were all professional and the roof looks great! We would highly recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone!

Jigar and the Legacy crew were outstanding to work with repairing the hail damage (we wound up replacing whole roof). They said they would make the process smooth - and they did, from working with insurance, to selecting shingles, to the fact that the crew did great clean up. I looked them up on Revdex.com before signing and am proud to say they were true to their word through the whole process. Jigar in particular was fantastic answering questions and following-up. I would absolutely recommend them.

Legacy worked with me to accommodate my schedule with a delayed start. They worked some issues with the insurance company so I did not need to wrestle with them. The workmanship was excellent with little details that really resulted in a superior product. There was a change of project manager half way through the project, but the new manager picked up the job with a seamless transition. Very pleased.

Legacy did a great job on our new roof. I would recommend them to anybody needing a new roof or roof repair. Our sales rep, David Sircher, was knowledgeable, and if there was a question or concern he either immediately provided the answer, or responded in a very short time with one. David was polite, courteous and professional in person or on the phone. Another Legacy employee, Justin Soucek, was very helpful. He met our insurance adjuster/estimator to walk the roof and he was very cordial and professional. He represented himself very well and I was happy to see that the two worked together so well.
The work itself was completed in 2 days. The workers were polite and did a very good job cleaning up when the job was complete. Throughout the two days they were checked on frequently by a supervisor. I cannot remember his name, but he was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

They took a check for repair work and applied funds for things they were not doing to other areas of the job. They refuse to rectify the situation making excuses and insisting it is not their fault. The entire process with them was horrible. Poor work quality, always being told something different, nobody seems to know what they are doing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Had storm damage from hail and Legacy came around and offered to look at my roof. I worked with Leif. At first my adjuster claimed there was not a hail storm on the day I told them there was, but when he got back to his office they acknowledged the storm and the damage. Legacy came and installed a new roof, gutters and vents on the roof. They worked with me through my adjuster who made some math errors on their payments to me (I was owed $800 so I could contract out other pieces of work myself). They are reputable and do fantastic work. When they were done I noticed that they accidently put a hole in a piece of siding and they had a person who went to four or five different places until he found a perfect match on my discontinued siding. I would absolutely use them again!

We had LEGACY install a new roof...they came on Tues 10/1/19 with a crew of six men. I was informed by foreman "Ken" that the roof was steeper than they thought so it would be divided into 2 days which I was fine with. He reassured me that they wouldn't "tear up any section of the roof they couldnt /wouldn't finish shingling that day"..."that my guys will stay til job is done". Well, they were here from 8 am -6:30 PM and left 1/2 the main roof unshingled. Ken then reassured me "dont worry, the liner is 100% waterproof" I was very concerned as torrential rain was in the forecast but he reassured me that he can guarantee no water will get into the home. Well, weather forecast was correct and Ken was wrong., LOTS of water got into our home, specifically, our daughter's bedroom. Half of the wall reads "100% moisture". There is also a water stain that is about 2' by 10' across the ceiling. the carpet is wet. And of course, the insulation in attic is wet. All confirmed by Dry PROS. Ken told me there resolution was "To simply paint the ceiling" That is unacceptable! His supervisor, Steve, came out today and gave me his word that I could send him a quote and that they would pay DryPRO or any other mitigation company. I want this in writing as well as a LIABILITY CLAIM #

Response to repair proposal:

Legacy Restoration, LLC is and has been in agreement with the scope of proposed repairs and homeowner sourcing contractor to complete repairs. Legacy Restoration, LLC is also in agreement with paying reasonable cost associated with all repair completions.

Note: The water entry issue was caused by product failure. Under-layment product was rated to dry in / or handle moisture event. We are addressing this issue with manufacturer.

Very professional. Customer service was great from estimate to settlement.

The installation was quick the workers and supervisors were fantastic and answered all our questions. The roof is beautiful and the clean up was great. They re-shingled my roof after hail damage.
The whole thing went very well. Service representative Branden T did a good job explaining what to expect. He also worked well with the insurance adjuster to make sure the job was covered by my homeowners insurance.
The roofing work went well and the new roof looks great.
About a week after the work was done I noticed a small issue. After calling Legacy the issue was taken care of the next day.
