Legacy Restoration LLC was tremendous to work with during the tear-off of old shingles, installation of new shingles, Gutter Helmet installation and new siding installation. Karen Clarey, Claire Palmer, and Branden Topel were all friendly and very professional in handling this project. Branden was exceptional in making us aware of recent hail damage and working with our insurance company to ensure us getting a top quality restoration, and completion on time.

This company is a scam. They have you sign paperwork prior to inspecting the job, never give you a quote and state they will except your insurance claim.

We are very happy with our new roof. When all was done and final inspection complete, Taylor and others from Legacy came back to make sure we were happy!

really happy we chose legacy for our roof and gutters. Rep Neil was wonderful and really helpful when we had an issue with a noise coming from vent on roof. Had someone out quickly to fix. During the whole process Neil was always calling to be sure things were going smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Legacy Restoration just completed the work on my new roof and gutters. They did a terrific job from the first day to the last day. Neil A was an amazing rep for the company. I have never before accepted to contract with someone who knocks on my door out of the blue and offers services. I am so glad I said Yes to Neil. He was genuine, polite and answered every questions I had during the entire process. He was always extremely courteous, helpful, available and prompt. I recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone who needs a new roof. Blessings on this company.

At first the service was great. Four months after ordering the siding it arrived with little communication. The job was not done well - exposed house under siding, broken deck pieces, took a saw to our porch, pieces not lined up. Two different crews came to do the work - neither did well. Eventually, 99% of the job was completed but it was a horrible process. We also found out many months after the roof was done that one of the pieces was ordered wrong so it wasn't replaced, the old was put back up. This was not communicated. I know many have good experiences with this company, but we will never hire them again.
We only had contact with Brandon J. for the last couple of weeks as our service adviser - he was great.
Hi Kelli, several members of our Leadership Team along with the Sales Manager for this project have reached out to you and your husband over the last week with no luck of a returned call or email. During your conversations with our team over the last couple of weeks prior to submitting this review, you were satisfied with the promptness of our production team and staff in regards to remedying any issues along the way. We do not allow projects to receive our stamp of completion until a customer is 100% satisfied and craftsmanship is up to our standards therefore when we have been presented with an issue in regards to your project, we have been quick to address it. While most roofing projects can be completed fairly quickly, full siding replacements and window jobs do take longer. Legacy prides itself on being 1 of few contractors in the area with the extensive bandwidth of manpower to get all types of jobs done quickly. However, we do have to work alongside insurance companies which, at times, can slow any job down should it be a complex claim. Again, we would be happy to discuss this with you further and remedy outstanding items, however we have not received a response from our attempts to connect with you or your husband.

Legacy took the necessary steps to get the job done right! From the first visit with Brandon till the completion I was kept up to date. They dealt with the insurance company to get me the gutter caps comparable to what was installed 3 years ago. I did not need to be home for this project and was assured that all Legacy employees are professional, insured and take pride in their work.

Excellent job on our complete siding job. Everything went well and a few items we had concerns about were quickly and professionally taken care of. Great employees, Professional, polite and great to work with.

Excellent service! Legacy replace our roof twice in 2018 right after two hail storms came through our area. Taylor L made the process easy. He took care of all the paperwork with our insurance company ensuring everything was correct . He kept us informed every step of the process. Legacy’s install crew was prompt and went to work immediately and didn’t slow down til clean up was over.
We were very nervous about having our roof replaced. Working with Brett H. really made the difference for us. He made sure all our questions were addressed and orchestrated the many aspects of this project perfectly. Having a service rep who was always available was great. We got a great product that was installed exactly as mentioned. The crew even went the extra mile to address the little requests that I had. Property was very clean when crew wrapped up. I would highly recommend Legacy Restoration for your project and apparently so would the county inspector. When I called the permit office to ask a couple general questions, the county inspector praised me for working with such a great company.
Awesome company to work with. The work was done in a day and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

We had Legacy Restoration replace our hail damaged roof. Zach T, service rep took care of all requirements needed by the insurance company in an efficient and professional manner. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. The roof including cleanup was done in one day on the established schedule. The workmanship was excellent as was the follow up to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend this company.

Legacy Restoration replaced my roof back in October of this year(2018). Overall, the beginning process with Joey was pretty easy and the roof came out looking pretty good too. But there were numerous problems and issues during the roofing process. First; the roofers were drinking beer during their lunch break and left all the bottle caps and limes all over my lawn. Second; the roofers brought their small children which were around 8-10 years old to work and they were up on my roof playing and running around. The kids were also swinging on my gate and ripped it completely off the hinges, which I saw happen. Lastly; nothing was picked up or cleaned after the roof was completed. I found over 140 nails all over my driveway and front porch. There were soup cans, fast food bags and wrappers, and a bunch of other trash all over my yard and stuffed in my gutters. I have pictures of all of this and showed Joey and other people from Legacy, which no one really cared about. I'm not trying to get anything out of this, just wanted to let others know about what happened to me and the lack of professionalism and care for what the roofers did to my home.

We had hail damage to our roof and windows in June 2017. Every single person that we worked with at Legacy Restoration was a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, friendly. They knew what they were doing from start to finish including the challenges of working through some tough issues with the insurance company to the actual completion of the work. There was a slight manufacturing issue with one of our windows near the end of the project and the Legacy team kept on that until it was successfully resolved. I highly recommend them (Joey M. was our rep) and in fact several of our neighbors also ended up using them after us.
