The hail had not even finished melting when the first of many "storm chasers" rang our doorbell. We ignored most of the sales reps, but decided to let Jigar Brown of Legacy Restoration do an inspection of our home for damage. He calmly explained the number of hail strikes we had on our roof. He had highlighted them with chalk and took pictures. He was confident we had enough damage to have our insurance company pay for a complete replacement, minus our deductible. I told Jigar we were not going to sign anything until I had a chance to check his company out. He welcomed it. I checked with the state, the Revdex.com, online reviews and court records in Hennepin, Ramsey and Anoka counties. Legacy Restoration checked out, but I still wanted to hear from a contractor we had used before. Their rep came, inspected and said it was doubtful that the insurance company would pay. We decided to give Legacy a shot at the job. Their rep met our insurance company's claims adjuster during the inspection and State Farm agreed to do a total replacement. A few weeks later the Legacy crew started and finished the job in one day. They are hard workers! The next day our walk around revealed a couple of minor problems, some bent flashing, missing paint on other flashing. I called Legacy and they came out the next day and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Job well done!

Legacy did a superb job in replacing our hail damaged roof, namely Brandon *** as a friendly, concise customer service rep that steered the ship through the process. We received clear definitions and plans that were carried out and followed up on resulting in a smooth job that could otherwise have been complicated and lengthy. We highly recommend Brandon and his Legacy crew!

We had a very good experience with Legacy. Our rep Sawyer *** walked us through the process and was available whenever we needed clarification on any part of the process. They did a very nice job on our roof and were very helpful with the insurance/billing end of the process.

I am very pleased with the work Legacy Restoration did on my home. They did a beautiful job replacing my roof, gutters, and siding. My sales rep Jake *** was professional, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. He always responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. All of the Legacy teams worked hard and by the end of the day their jobs were finished and everything had been cleaned up. I was amazed that the insurance company covered all of this work. The entire Legacy team was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our sales rep Zach *** went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process. They helped us contact our insurance company to file a claim, worked with our insurance company to obtain an estimate, contacted our HOA, and worked with the city for permits and inspections. They were all very responsive to our questions and inquiries. The work went very smoothly and the work area was spotless upon their departure. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate working with them again if I had another project.

Everyone was verify professional & I appreciated the flexibility throughout the process as I was adding an addition to my house and this required some rescheduling since I wasn't ready. I also made a change the day the re-roofing started, discussions with the onsite supervisor & sales rep resulted in a quick quote as they accommodated my last minute change in plans without any issues. I walked the roof after completion & was very satisfied with the workmanship. Follow up calls by Legacy was also performed to verify I had no concerns. The roof has been put to the test with snow storms & significant melting. They are a first class organization and aim to please.

Very impressive and professional. Amazing experience with Legacy! Very responsive to any questions or information regarding the process. Justin Soucek was absolutely amazing. My insurance company did not approve my roof at first. Justin was highly responsive and was able to get a re-inspection and an approval from the insurance company the second time around. I wasn't sure if Legacy was goin to be able to fit me in based on how backed up they were from the previous snowfall/rain conditions. I called and immediately was scheduled and couldn't be happier. The most impressive part of the process was the clean up. Most people you speak to will say you will find nails everywhere after installation. I can honestly say I found 5-10 total nails around my house.

We had Legacy Restoration replace our roof due to hail damage. Our service rep Tim Farrand was exceptional with his communication and attention to detail.
Our outdoor porch used to have a fiberglass type skylight, Legacy worked with our insurance company and came up with a better solution using a polycarbonate type material which is higher quality and gives us the sun light we have all wanted! We highly recommend Tim Farrand and his team to our friends and family.

I had hail damage on my roof and the agent worked with my insurance to have an adjuster come out. The roof replacement was finished a little more than a week after it was approved. The best part about this company is Trent Evensen. He is the rep that did everything from inspect my roof, kept me updated, came out regularly to check how things are going and kept in contact. He made the service 5 star by himself. So if you plan on working with someone, ask for Trent.
