The business has promised us a referral amount of $150 for referring our neghibor at 4200 walnut. After time and time asking over and over again, Brandon/legacy will not issue the agreed payment.
Thank you for using the Revdex.com to express your concerns. There were several attempts to contact the customer late last week / over the weekend. While there has been no direct dialog with the customer, I do believe the misunderstanding has been resolved via electronic communication (mostly text) earlier today. To summarize, the referral did not meet the established criteria for Legacy's customer referral program but we did pay the incentive to facilitate resolution. It is important to note the State of Minnesota does regulate contractors regarding customer referral programs, so they can be deceptively complicated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We hired Legacy to re-roof our home in June 2019. During the re-roof of our home, Legacy replaced our roof vents with dented roof vents, they double flashed all the flashing, installed the flashing / tyvek improperly, they dented our gutters with their ladders, they ruined our soffit and facia in multiple places and the workers stained our siding with their spray on sunscreen. The first day that it rained after our roof had been replaced, our front porch roof leaked in two places. It took weeks to get Legacy to admit fault for the leaks and damage they caused to our home. They re-roofed the front porch and replaced 1 piece of facia. We still have damaged facia and soffit that won't replace/repair. We still have 3 areas on our roof that are double flashed and not tyveked properly and will leak over time. We have asked them to fix this per code and they say, that is how they do it. They lied to us and said that the inspection had passed and they demanded their money. We currently have a failed inspection due to the leaking roof. There is sill work that is not done right and will cause our roof to leak due to their poor quality of work.
Legacy Restoration's leadership team has meet with customer and we believe have mapped out a plan to complete remaining items in a timely schedule. We have appreciated the open dialog with customers to get remaining issues resolved. and will make sure all issues are resolved to customers satisfaction.

We were very fortunate that Legacy Restoration stopped by to evaluate our roof after a hail storm had damaged it. They were extremely professional, working closely with our Insurance carrier. The work was of the highest quality, done promptly, with first class materials. Options were presented so we chose upgrades to what insurance provided - The pricing was very reasonable. The field crews followed directions well. They provided protection around the house, and the cleanup was thorough. We had no problems with invoicing and Legacy even helped handle the insurance checks. We highly recommend Legacy Restoration for home improvement work and look forward to working with them again.

Start to finish extremely satisfied with both the sales teem to the field superintendent. Every detail met with my approval. There crew arrived on the assigned day and completed the work in less the six hours. The cleanup was prefect as I could not find any debris. Again the field superintendent followed the field crew to inspect the work and details. We have all heard of substandard work crews this is not one of them. You can trust this team and the work. I was very skeptical when I began speaking to Tim Farrand, the Legacy service rep who called me about potential hail damage to my roof.
My wife and I had just moved into our home in June of 2019 after living in a townhouse, and the HOA that came with it, so hail damage to the roof was unfamiliar and stressful territory for us to enter! My concerns were eased when Tim climbed atop my garage and shot a brief movie with his iPhone to document the actual damage to out 13 year-old roof. Being able to see the damage was reassuring and convinced me that this business was for real. Tim was able to explain the process and what to expect to such a degree that I was able to explain everything, confidently, to my wife and reassure all of her concerns.
Legacy handled the meeting with the insurance agent and then walked me through the insurance company's estimate and the selection of the shingles that we wanted. We were informed of all the weather-related delays to the start of work and when they were done they thoroughly cleaned the yard. There was very little evidence that any work had been done at all. At my request, Legacy even had a specialist come out to reattach a length of vinyl siding which had blown off the back of our house to prevent any water damage to the house from the fall weather.
I contacted Legacy for two follow up issues: a gutter downspout that had been knocked off and some gravel that had been thrown into the landscaping stones in front of the house during the work. They returned my calls very quickly and the work was done within a day or two.
I would hire Legacy again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to everyone I know without any reservations! They are the real deal!

Legacy - the entire team - was on top of every detail. Clearest communication I’ve ever had with any contractor. They handled the insurance side as well which made it so easy. And they checked multiple times throughout the process to make sure we were completely satisfied. Great crew, great supervisors. Would recommend Tim Farrand and his team to anyone.

I am a new home owner so still learning the ropes a bit. Legacy Restoration, and my personal estimator Trent Evanson, helped me every step of the way from calling in my insurance claim to getting the final bill adjusted. I felt like I hardly had to do anything! Amazing crew came out and completed my the project so quickly and left no trace that they were even here, not a single nail found on the ground. Amazing roof and amazing customer service, whether it’s a small job or large they treat you like their #1 client. Will be recommending them to family and friends!

I actually called Legacy Restoration after we developed a leak in our roof that was coming into our dining room. Tim Farrand came out and inspected my roof and informed me that we would be able to file a claim for hail damage. It was approved and Tim was able to schedule me within the week due to having an active leak present. I would highly recommend Legacy for any roofing needs you may have. They also showed me where the insulation duct work in the attic needed to be cleaned out to prevent ice dams. These guys were great to work with.

Communication was excellent. Work done was very good. Later when I was going to get other work done, comments from other contractors were that Legacy did a very good job. I was extremely satisfied with Legacy Restoration. The sales representative John Wayne Spivey was excellent. He worked with the insurance company for my damaged roof claim. He worked hard to ensure my out of pocket expenses were as low as possible. He kept me posted on all stages of my repair process. Legacy Restoration replaced my roof in 6 hours. That evening, a Legacy Restoration representative came to inspect the roof and verified it was perfectly done. John followed up and made sure all the financial arrangements with the insurance company were completed. I would highly recommend Legacy Restoration.

After our roof was pummeled by a hail storm this summer, we met Legacy Restoration as they were inspecting roofs in our neighborhood. This is our 3rd roof in 10 years and they are the only company we would recommend. Zach was our point of contact and was very responsive. We're happy with how everything went.

Kyle Dembinski came out to my house after a bad hail storm. He was very professional and honest. Kyle and the rest of the team from legacy restoration were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They completed the job very quickly and left the area around my house just how it was before the repairs. I spoke with all of my neighbors who also hired this company and they all had the same, positive experience I had. I would highly recommend this company.
