Excellent job!!!! Crew show up on time and the crew of 10 men went right to work. Great work ethics and showed real concern for our safety during the job. Their clean up was amazing. I couldn’t find a nail after walking around our house several times. Zack kept us informed in all phases of this process. Great customer service!!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Legacy Restoration. Zach G (service representative) came to our home and handled everything with ease. Our roof was done within 5 hours, no messes, done extremely well and passed inspection / up to code and a job well done. Thanks for the excellent work, my home is secure and looks great.

I'm beyond pleased with the great work of our roof that was completed by Legacy Restoration. My husband and I can honestly say that this is the best roofing company. The work was completed in a timely manner (5 hours), the roof is up to code, our home is now safe and secure against the elements. We highly recommend Legacy! Thanks for a job well done.

We had seen Legacy out in our neighborhood and decided to give them a chance. We saw a few other companies in the area that seemed to take a long time but Legacy assured us out house would be done in one day. Dan H. was our sales rep and he was great to work with. He handled proceedings with the insurance company and was at our house the day of the roof replacement. Our roof was completely done in 7-8 hours and that included set up and cleanup. Legacy handled the code inspection as well and we now have a nice, new roof that was also improved and brought up to code. The whole process was easy and I would recommend Legacy to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

I signed a contract with Legacy Restoration back in July 2017. They re-roofed my house in the fall but did a very hackneyed job involving a crew that left nails in my driveway, gutter screens bent and poorly placed leaving the bottom shingle edges all wavy and dents to my cupola. Then they sent a crew to reside my house in February but changed the date 3 times and had the sub-contractors show up on the wrong day and wake me up (I work 3rd shift and sleep days). Then that same crew left a crack and a hole in my other siding. When I didn't return a call to my salesman Brandon *** within 5 days. He got upset at me for texting him back about how busy i'd been and said "I was rude" and he now considers "the job complete". I still have unrepaired damage to my siding done by ***, the Legacy Restoration sub-contracting crew. A bill that is for more than the agreed upon price and less work done than we believed would be done.

Per our conversation this afternoon, I have included steps for resolution that we agreed to below. Thank you for taking time to work through the issues.

1) Legacy Restoration will install siding (exact match as your existing siding) on the lower 2/3rds (below the gable line) of the left facing elevation of your home. The siding for your home is a special order siding, we are expecting that to be in within two to three weeks. It has been ordered today.

2) Legacy Restoration will install the siding on a Friday. You will receive a call from our Production team and myself on scheduling date.

3) The Legacy team will make sure the clean up is complete and as good as possible.

4) After repairs are complete, you and I will review the invoice to ensure we are on the same page and work through any discrepancies that might exist.

Taylor *** of Legacy roofing is the person I dealt with. He is very pleasant young man and he acted in a professional way. He knew the business very well and was able to answer all my questions. Talking with him was a positive experience.

Good company to work with from start to finish. Not pushy, very professional. The salesman (Zach) was very knowledgeable. The materials were delivered one day and the work was finished the next day before 3:00 p.m. They have a large work crew, with good clean up. Zach followed up after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied. The roof looks great.

Rick and his crew were amazing to work with. He let me know what to expect up front and the crew was wonderful! They got done quickly and cleaned up everything! Would definitely recommend them!!

Legacy did a great job on my roof and it looks wonderful. They also arranged for removal and reaattachment of my solar panels.

We worked with Legacys agent Zach G to do a complete roof replacement. They did all of the leg work, meet and worked with insurance, came to our home to pick shingles. This was such an easy and hassle free experience. They addressed all of our concerns quickly and professionally. We had material delivered on Tuesday and they finished with a large crew the very next day. ZACH then came by to check out the house and make sure we were satisfied. They are a fantastic company.

It was a positive experience. Every supervisor and salesperson (Joey) we had contact with was great.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Legacy! We are always pleased to hear that our team continues to 'Raise the Standard' in our industry and ensure that we are providing a positive experience every step of the project.

I have been dealing with Legacy Restoration since April 2017, due to hail damage on my dwelling. They did a sub-par shingle job, and had to come out many times to fix issues, with poor response. The original bid was for $16,xxx and now they are charging me $24,xxx. I have currently paid them $16,xxx. They invoiced me for the $24,xxx before the City of Hutchinson approved the work, as they had issues with the workmanship that they demanded to be corrected before signing off on the inspection.

Now that all issues are resolved, expect for one issue, I have reached out to them several times (email, text, and voicemail) to setup a meeting to address the billing discrepancy and to settled this once and for all. They will not call me back or write me back, and have now had their lawyers send me a letter with intention to put a lien against my dwelling.

This has been handled very poorly by Legacy, and I am in need of some resolution other than just handing them a check for $8,xxx.
Please help, call them, offer mediation?
I would love to have this resolved ASAP. I have pages of written communication to backup all of my statements.
Now they lawyer will not return my calls either. Very frustrating!

Horrible experience. After the recent hail storm we hired Legacy to repair our roof and gutters. Our project manager promised a timely repair and quality work. Three weeks prior to the repair our project manager quit stating the company was not well managed. This was AFTER we had already signed a contract and gave them a hefty deposit. Fast forward to the day the roof was to be replaced, they placed the shingles and other supplies directly in front of our garage making it impossible to park in the garage. The crew was very careless of where they were throwing the shingles during tear off and I found numerous shingles days later in our garden, plants and bushes. We also found over 100 roofing nails on our deck, side walk and grass areas around the house all in plane sight and in high traffic areas. The gutter crew was sloppy and messed up the installation. We had another company come out and look at it and they were shocked with how poorly it was installed. We had to call numerous times to try and schedule to have them come out and fix it. Numerous times they said they would be there and did not show. Overall it took almost a month for them to repair their mistake. Very disappointing.

After my previous negative review, Legacy has made a gracious attempt to try an right the wrong. They sent a more experienced crew out to fix our gutters and they now are installed correctly. We were told that the sub-contracting crew that we worked with will not longer be subbing for them and they apologized tremendously. We are still in the process of working with our insurance company to finally finish the project, but the end is in sight. The management team of Legacy is respectable and have done everything they can to fix the mistakes.

After receiving this feedback, the leadership team at Legacy immediately reached out to the customer and diligently worked to quickly package a solution they were happy with! In the event a customer is not 100% satisfied, our protocol entail a customer's rep communicating this with our production team who immediately constructs a prioritized solution that the customer signs off on. We regret this was not the case for this customer in the beginning due to their project representative providing inaccurate information to them regarding how the company is managed rather than following normal protocol. When we received this feedback that project representative was no longer employed at Legacy due to other circumstances. The crew who did work on their home is no longer assisting on Legacy projects. We take great pride in our talented employees / crews and do believe they work very hard to ensure customers are happy, projects are hassle-free and craftsmanship is second to none which is why situations like this are not the norm - which is why customer issues on any size are evaluated in great detail. In the end, we were happy to have the opportunity to show this customer the true Legacy experience by working quickly to solve the items of concern and remaining in close contact with them until they were 100% satisfied with the project outcome. We greatly appreciate the customer taking time to share their feedback in full and commenting on the respectfulness of our team - major construction projects can have there unforeseen bumps regardless of what company is hired, however choosing the right team to complete the project who will respect customer feedback, take quick action and assist in overcoming those bumps with the customer in mind 100% is key.

New roof and added gutters, the whole process was handled with professional standards. Branden was fantastic, he really knows his trade, and great communication, which put us at ease, and we did not worry about a thing. Our new roof pops!
