I got a call from them saying they saw my resume online and wanted to know if I was interested in working as an insurance agentI am a graphic designerI told the person who answered and she told me I should keep my options openVery disingenuous recruiting practices

My father passed away and I am the trustee and they claim to tell us to send original death certThe other people on the act have gottentheir money and we have not and now they stopped pay and chd us the stop payment feeThey have been so rude and very bad to work with..it will be months since dad has passed and the other have had their money for a month!

Purchased a Indexed *** Life insurance policy a for death benefit and long time cash value accumulationI've only had it a couple years but everything my agent said has been true and very satisfied with service

On Tues Nov 21, I had all of my families life policies taken off of Direct DebitOn Tues Nov 27, I checked my bank statement and Bankers Life had taken out $The customer service rep specifically said they were no longer on Direct debit and I would be receiving mailed statements from here on out, but have not been able to get it resolvedI will call again tomorrow to try and fix the issueIf there is no resolution, then I will be filing a complaint, especially because they record their phone calls and it took place at 2:Pm

One client has an LTC policy with Banker's Life She was approved and care started on 09/29/ As a service to our client, we submit bills & daily care logs to Banker's Life every two weeks Our client gets help for activities of daily living (showering, TED hose) & others such as housekeeping & driving Her plan of care has not changed since the start of care The client called yesterday, very upset, saying Banker's Life is cutting off benefits on 04/24/as she doesn't meet their policy requirements for her to continue receiving benefits I called Banker's Life & spoke to agent Vanessa & asked her to please explain Vanessa said her benefits are being cut off because she "does not meet the policy requirements for needing care and she is not cognitively impaired." I asked the agent how many ADLs are needed to qualify for benefits After a few minutes of "reviewing" the policy, the agent said, "The policy requires that the client need help in or

Due to cognitive issues, I am writing this complaint with my POA's assistanceOne of the main reasons that I purchased a home health policy in from Bankers Life..Dan (who has gone missing since 2015) promised that the policy could be administered in the comforts of my home by any (to include my daughter/granddaughter) certified/licensed CNA, LPN or RNBesides Dan & myself, there were two others present who can attest to what Dan promised

My mother had a long term health care policy from Bankers and ever since she passed away on May I have been trying to get Banker to pay the last months of my mother policy I have had representatives from Bankers Life tell me the check is in the mail and no such check had been issues They continue to lose things I fax to them and are unable to receive any email attachments so they can continue to claim they never received the fax's The policy at Bankers clearly is to withhold any last payments to surviving heir's when a policy holder passes away I am unable to pay the last months of my mothers assisted living dues until Bankers pays out what is owed

My Mother has paid on a Long Term care insurance policy with Bankers Life but now that we need to use this policy we cannot get them to pay For the last months I have tried to work with this company by sending in the required documents & information but every time we call to verify they received them they claim no documents were received First they said to fax them and gave me the number so my Mom's Droffice Faxed it to that number times, but they said they did not receive it So them we were told to Upload the documents to their website, the Droffice uploaded them times but again was told they still did not have anything Next the Drcalled Banker's life and re-uploaded the documents, they told the nurse that they received everything except for document so the nurse uploaded that form (although it had been sent with the other forms already) Today I called again (about work days later) and was told that they do not have ANY forms/documents on her at all!!! They lie They had most all the forms the previous week my Mother's Droffice nurse (Jenny) verified except for page that somehow did not go through This company seems to be stalling so that they do not have to pay out on this policy My Mom has sever dementia and broke hip/pelvis so has been living in a skilled nursing home(I have Power of Attorney for her) so she qualifies for this policy to pay Her Dr's office staff have informed me that they have had to work with Banker's Life insurance for other clients and had tons of issues with them in the past so I'm not the only person that has had these issues

Nightmare....best way to describe working with this company Have not recovered a cent from a claim for for year old mother with dementia Rude ,disrespectful and purposely mid leading...shameful..avoid doing business with them

I would give them a zero if I could! The reps I presume are contracted out I presume overseas DO not read claims carefully, do not listen clearly I have had so many messed up payments that never get corrected If you need anything corrected you always need to go to a supervisor who is rarely available Even if you get a supervisor who assures you things are corrected they never get corrected Do not deal with this company--esp if you want to be put on hold 40+ minutes at a time There is no way to file a complaint to them either

Consumer contacted company to start a life insurance policy for his friend/roommateThe first appointment with the company, no one showed upWe rescheduled and they showed up to fill out paperwork and start the charges related to the policy, but did not bring the paperwork to make him the executive of the policyHe's filled out the paperwork and paid to have it faxed it off multiple times but they have not processed that paperworkThe consumer has called them multiple times in order to resolve this discrepancy, but has not been successful in getting a hold of anyone that can fix this problemDue to the fact that company has not addressed this, the consumer has decided he no longer wants to do business with the insurance company

I've called and cash in my inherited IRA First the person who was familiar with the account told me incorrect information I was told I would not be penalized if I used it to purchase a home and was a first time home buyer That was wrongSecondly, I'm waiting to get my money Supposedly it was sent in the mail December 28, 2017; I had the check canceled January 17, I was then told it would be over-night delivered January 22, is today and now no one is answering the phone and am not in receipt of said check I will not use this company for anything else I thought perhaps for my daughter but nope I hope I will not have to sue to get my money

I received a call from asking if this was Maureen to which I replied "yes" He then said he was from Bankers Life and could I hear him OK I promptly hung up and blocked the number I'm sure you are aware of the scam going around where you're asked if you can hear them and then when you say yes, you've set yourself up for identity theft Is this really the phone solicitation from Bankers Life?? If so I suggest they re-think their policy of solicitation
