Recently an agent came to my elder parents home at 7pm on a rainy Monday night to solicit business no inquires had been made to do such, and if so why come to the door randomly concerned that this was a scam or casing of resident I have called the agent Scott *** and office Milford CT, to compliant and stop any further contact find this very poor business practice

I was hired by Bankers lifeI was asked to pay a fee for testing materials that was verbally told would be reimbursed upon passing the testI never received this plus spent money on public transportation lunches and the use of my personal car at the time was a leased vehicleAfter being hired although It was hidden from me that I would an independent contractor who would own a business through themI began working in their offices working whats called agent day hours Mondays and ThursdaysI worked in the office for several weeksI am unsure of exactly how longThe office was pleasant and friendly and offered excellent trainingI received business cards right away and was told I owned the business but there were several significant problemsI used my personal computer and my personal cell phone for high amount of phones callsI was being trained off a book of leads from a do not call list with people that had made a single phone call 5-years into the pastI wad directly

An insurance sale rep named Brandon *** made an appointment with me and said he needed my checking account information to see if I qualified for a short term insurance policyI provided it to himHe assured me they needed it only to see if I would be approved for the policy and that I could decide later if I wanted to peruse the insurance plan and that I would not be billed for the plan, as it was not set in stoneOn 3/22/Bankers Life drafted $from my checking account without my authorizationNow the sales rep won't return a telephone call or a text messageHis cell phone is 615-***-***, his office 615-***-***

Very UnprofessionalI have left messages asking for my Bankers Life Insurance agent, Chris ** ***, to please call me to discuss an issue I have with two of my three policies I have with BankersI left these messages in the general mail box since no one ever answers the phoneOn the third message I even asked if ANYONE would call me since Chris won'tNo one has ever called meSo, then I called the customer service number and asked to speak to a supervisorI don't remember the guys name, but he was very rude and condescending to meI have had these policies for close to years, so they are very inexpensive, otherwise I would cancel all of them and find a company who actually cares about their clientsOne of the policies I HAVE OWNED since my kids were little, and have been paying on all these years, they switched to my daughter being the owner without my consent! I told them just to cancel it then, and was told I didn't have the authority to cancel it because I am not the ownerWell, I WAS the owner till they took it upon themselves to switch it without authorizationMy daughter doesn't want the policy since she has her own, so I guess I will have her call in to cancel itThey just hurt themselves on that oneAnyway, Basically they are a VERY unprofessional group of peopleI am VERY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED with the LACK of customer serviceDon't use BankersThere are a lot of other, more caring, insurance companies out there

I did my own research on this company, Bankers Life, and found that nothing I was told about my policies matches what I am reading or how the policies actually are Somehow my children’s policies are under only my husband’s name when we both had to sign the paperwork The only paperwork I was given is what went to the underwriter I had to contact you in order to receive the policy numbers, but couldn’t be told anything else, not even about my own policy The local office was closed without notifying their clients That explains a lot in itself
The company is obviously a fraud I have been paying monthly for the last year and received nothing I trusted the local office and the information they provided, but when I tried to get a copy of the policies I found that they were closed

Bankers Life & Casualty deposited checks in the amount of $on 3/08/in my bank accountThe checks were returned on 3/13/And since they were returned I gave to pay the money back to my bank

If I could I would not even give them starAfter months of going back and forth with this company I finally called it quits with themNot only did they continue to take money from us after cancelling ALL our policies they also added another policy under my name and started taking money for that policy out of our accountThey are VERY disorganized and SUCK with customer careI am now fighting with them to get ALL our money back but they keep giving us the run aroundHorrible company to work with, DONT DO IT!!!!!

I received a letter from *** Life Insurance stating they had a life insurance claim for my father who passed years ago back in September Policy Number: *** - I'm the executor of the estate and sent them all of the information they requested on October 24, I have called *** many times at 1-*** and keep being told the check is in processing After again today I was told the paperwork is being reviewed again and they could not give me a time frame as when the policy will be paid I was told twice by their reps they have working days to mail the insured check *** has my social security number, notarized documents and a court document with the stamp of approval stating I am the Adminstrator of my parents estate I would just like to know if and when the check will be mailed and why the check keeps going from being processed to reviewing documents I have called at least once a week and still have no answers Any help would

During open enrollment in my husband and I changed our Medicare supplement coverage from *** ***/ Bankers Life to *** I notified *** *** of the change We had set up auto pay for premium payments to *** *** Our premium payments were continued to be withdrawn in 2018, even though I had notified them that we changed to *** I repeated the change in February and they then canceled my coverage but not my husbands I have been in contact with *** ***, specifically, Lynn *** and her manager, Renee at the Ann Arbor Michigan office I have also contacted the Livonia office, but they then just sent it back to Ann Arbor I have repeatedly sent them proof of coverage and I have been told that the check is in the mail, also told three different times that Lynn would hand deliver the check, which never happened Once because her knee went out, once family funeral, once just didn't show up along with it must have been lost and I would need to wait for
