I loved working with this company. I have moved many times and this company was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. They were courteous, timely, knowledgeable, most of all kept they word. No surprises at any time during the entire process.

Lifetime Moving & Storage , hereinafter "LMS" has gone above and beyond the call of duty for delivering excellent customer service. [redacted] has used several moving and storage companies in the past and we have never received such excellent customer services in combination with the excellent prices. they just do not appear to go hand and hand. However, Cari G[redacted], Miranda and a third customer service representative with LMS treated our company as if we were a million dollar corporation and their only client. Their special attention to customer service and attention to detail, along with personal calls, follow-up emails and third party calls to our receiving vendors are unheard of in today's moving and storage market. Our unbelievable experience began with a simple phone call from Miranda asking if she could provide us with a quote/bid on our shipping order. I explained to Miranda that we had already received an excellent price and we did not need any other assistance. We accomplished this task after several days of searching online and requesting bids from an online service company which posted our shipment for bidding. We sincerely believed that we received the best price available and it was the lowest bid out there by several hundreds of dollars, however, Miranda simply stated that if we could show her our bid estimate that we received LMS would be able to price match and save us an additional 5%. It was an offer to good to be true, I hesitated, at first, however, I thought let's give this young lady with LMS a chance. Thus, we faxed over the estimate and to our surprise and delight, she and LMS did exactly what she said they would do. They matched the price and gave us an additional 5% off. What a great deal and we signed the deal. If this story stopped here, it would still be good story about pricing and service, however, it gets better!!

The LMS driver's immediately scheduled a pick-up at our jobsite and they were very prompt, professional and very kind. They were very detailed and concise with loading and documenting my inventory. We also received emails from customer service that afternoon regarding who my driver was going to be, his name, his phone number and when he would be arriving to the delivery destination in [redacted]. His name was Willi and he phoned us 6 hours before his arrival to the shipping destination in [redacted]

Here is where things went wrong... when LMS' driver arrived to the destination with our shipment, [redacted] did not let him unload and would not receive the return product. They would not accept shipment without proper document and turned LMS driver Willi away. Willi called us immediately along with LMS representative Cari explaining the situation to us. Willi was very professional and patient, we explained to Willi that we did not know what was happening and began to make a series of call to [redacted], however, due to the time difference and late hours, the headquarters in [redacted] were already closed. Fortunately, the support system from LMS, the dirver Willi, Cari, and the 3rd lady were all presistant in helping us get this issue resolved. They worked well into the evening to come up with some sort of plan help us resolve our shipping issues and they all continued to stand behind us. Fortunately, the driver Willi made a suggestion that he would drive to [redacted] and deliver his other loads and then on his return to Arizona, he would make a second attempt to deliver our product in [redacted]. This gave us more time to get [redacted] to address the issues on their side and accept our return items. It worked, between us and LMS's customer service reps and LMS's driver Willi, we got our product delivered and LMS did not charge us any additional fees. What an excellent team of individuals! Thank you!! You guys are the best and represent how business' should operate!!

I recently moved from Phoenix to Bloomington, IL and my household items were transported by Lifetime Moving and Storage. I should say they are the best movers at a very nominal pricing. YARON (Driver) was the person who delivered our items in Bloomington and he was extremely professional. Yaron took great care and made sure all the items were handled properly without any damage. He was a very friendly person as well. My home goods were all in good shape while being delivered. The household items pick-up date and delivery date were all perfectly planned and they stood by their words. MICHAEL was the person who handled the packing of my goods and he was very professional too.

Overall, extremely satisfied with Lifetime Moving and Storage for the pricing, service, and commitment to their work!

I had a great move thanks to the 3 packers and the driver who delivered my household goods. also like to recommened spring at the office who made suggestions and made my move very easy. everyone was very professional and friendly!

Had a good experience moving across the county with lifetime. Anna from customer relations is the best! She was always prompt and friendly. Would use their service for future moves.

After calling a couple of other companies a family member suggested I try Lifetime Moving & storage. The initial call was detailed but not too long and I got a very reasonable quote so we dedcided to use Lifetime. We couldn’t give a specific date at that time as we were waiting on closing dates for our new home. As soon as we got these lifetime moved quickly and efficiently and set up a weekend move with just over a weeks’ notice- which was great as I didn't have to take a day off work!

Preparation was great, I was asked about packaging for valuables as well as getting a full inventory together. The Friday just before the move I got a call to confirm everything - which I missed - but the team text me and we confirmed a time window.

On the morning of the work I got a call as the crew left the depot and they arrived on time and got to work- and work they did. The team of three was quick, efficient, polite and just got it done!

Off load was more of the same - it could have been terrible as we had rain (I moved to AZ to get away from the rain!) but the guys ensured our carpets where covered and every piece of furniture and box that came in was covered and kept dry.

The follow up with the foreman of the crew was great, he did a walkthrough at both properties and ensured Iw as happy at all points. The paperwork was even easy and understandable- I love dthe fact that I only paid for the time they used- and they got done extra quick so I saved even more against the quote.

From the initial phone call to pickup and then across the miles to delivery, I received outstanding service from Lifetime Moving & Storage. They were timely, efficient and courteous. I could not have been more pleased with my choice.

It was a pleasure from start to finish! Starting with the very calm and informative moving consultant and ending with the best moving crew ever (and I moved a bunch of times, even cross country). The guys arrived on time, worked super fast, made sure all of our belongings were properly wrapped and handled everything with much care. Nothing was damaged (including our newly placed carpets that were completely covered with plastic). Bottom line- it was a stress free move.

DEFAMATION AND DAMAGES LIABILITY -LIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO FILE A DEFAMATION COMPLAINT AND LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER

The team at Lifetime Moving and Storage exceeded all of my expectations. from 1) Amanda who help get make sure we were organized and had a complete list, she went beyond and helped coordinate times for the pick up, to 2) the pick up moving crew of Miguel, Ivan and Michael all of who were true professionals (they made us very confident with shipping our furniture and some family treasures with the care they took wrapping and loading our items) and 3) Gen in operations who kept us informed all along the way. Congratulations to Lifetime Moving and Storage for having such a great team to handle our move from Prescott, AZ. Thank you to our Lifetime moving team.

I found Lifetime after speaking with a bunch of other moving companies and reading horror stories on [redacted]. They didn't have any negative reviews, so I took that as a good sign. I also liked that they are based in Phoenix, Arizona where we were moving from. So I knew worst case scenario I could drive to their office and speak to someone in person. The sales person I worked with leading up to the move was very friendly and responsive. She was able to apply a number of different discounts to reduce my overall cost.

We scheduled the move for a Saturday, but they called a few days before saying they had a truck going East (we were moving to NJ) and could we load up on Friday instead - so we said yes. My girlfriend directed the packing of the truck as I was already in NJ. She said the movers were professional and efficient. They were careful in wrapping our TV and a large mirror and organized in labeling every box. They arrived in NJ on Monday, less than 72hrs after having loaded the truck! The guys on my end were also good workers and were able to make the huge truck fit on my block so I didn't have to pay extra. One glass lamp broke, but it probably could have been packed better. Overall a great experience as far as moving goes and at a price that was equal to or less than what competitors quoted. Highly recommended.

We used Lifetime Moving for a cross state move. Their professionalism is well beyond what you see in this industry. All throughout the process, from the first inquire call to the move itself, I knew we were in good hands. I would highly recommend Lifetime Moving to everyone that is looking for a professional service and peace of mind!

I just used Lifetime Moving & Storage to move from [redacted]. I had only lived in AZ for 10 months & had never heard of this AZ based moving company. I checked them out on the Revdex.com site & they had a high rating. Well it is no wonder & quite deserved. All the way from Spring, the rep, Miguel & team for pick up, & the driver Jay for delivery, the entire move went so well. They were all very professional,pleasant, & communicative throughout the entire process. I would say it was the best move experience I have ever had. I totally recommend this company.

On time and very professional. Took great care in handling of my possessions. Very careful and timely. I was extremely pleased.

The biggest problem we had with this company is damage to our goods. We have had 6 Interstate moves in the last 11 years due to business interests and this is the first time we have had damage. A lot of our boxes were turned upside down and of course, you can't do that and expect things in the boxes to remain intact. Our triple dresser was badly damaged. We lost 12 very expensive ceramic plates - all broken. 2 wooden file cabinets damaged. 1 stand up file cabinet damaged. A very expensive piece of wall art - the frame destroyed and they packed it and charged us extra for doing so. As far as the move itself, we had our belongings put into their storage facility as we didn't have our new home in Florida quite ready. We requested our belongings on the 10th of April asking for a delivery date of May, 2nd. The goods finally arrived 2 weeks after that so basically, we slept on the floor in our bedroom all that time. The loading and unloading process was fine with no real issues other than I helped them with some of the heavier items since I didn't want any further damage to my walls or floors. I'm 68 years old so that was somewhat difficult and I have never had to do that before. They ask for you (demand really) to fill out a performance sheet right after everything is delivered. Of course you feel obligated to give all excellent remarks since the driver is watching you but the problem is, you haven't had an opportunity to unpack and see what damage there is. Have you seen what is involved in filing a claim??!! They want estimates to repair, original photos of damage and they won't accept anything emailed, must be hard copy. Wow.
