I have several ordered items that were never shipped

This complaint was made for lil pretty peach boutique and as stated numerous times I am not the owner or affiliated with this business.

I have $124.00 worth of items I have never received from *** dating back to as far as September 27, 2018.
I first made contact with ***, owner of *** on November 20, 2019 with 13 orders that were unaccounted for totaling $324.50. *** responded on November 21 and only questioned 2 invoices and promised to send out all items that were ready to ship and a set of sherpas that were ordered in September that had a tracking number attached but never updated as received at the post office. Those were to be shipped out "immediately tomorrow morning" but were never received. I emailed again on November 23 asking about the sherpas and why the tracking number was never updated to show they were shipped. I then requested a refund for all of my outstanding orders. *** then refunded a few of my outstanding orders and shipped several instead of refunding as I had asked. On November 24 *** stated she would email me when all of my refunds had been issued. I never received another refund nor did she return my emails from that point forward. I emailed again on December 4 with the invoice numbers that were still not refunded and politely asked she refund my money. I emailed her again on December 6 and 9th requesting refunds or a response in general with no further response. I would like to have my money returned as she previously agreed to do but did not follow through with.

I have purchased children boutique clothing from this business from May 2019 to July 2019 and have not received the items or a refund when a refund was requested via email correspondences. The total is $226.00. I have invoice numbers and amount paid for all items if needed. I want a complete refund for items not received.

I have ordered $136 worth of clothes, and have not received them nor a refund. The owner has blocked me from her social media website where I purchased the clothes and she will not respond to any of my emails.

Hello -

I made three orders to the company that were not delivered. I’ve reached out to them 4 times and have not had any response.

I have multiple items that I've purchased 6 months ago or longer. I still to this day have not received. I've sent multiple emails about getting my refund and still have not received any type of answer or refund.

DO not purchase from this company. Multiple items I ordered I did not receive and I cannot get a refund as it is past 180 days to open a claim on paypal. I did file some claims on items still in the 180 day time frame and was immediately blocked from the group even though I still had multiple items I didnt receive. Emailed *** for a refund on the remaining items, of course no reply. That is not how you run a BUSINESS. I should be entitled to a refund for the items I purchased and did not receive. The owner will lie, lie, lie and lie and make you feel like your in the wrong while she is ripping you off. I was always very patient with ***, but she pushes to get you past the 180 day mark so you cant get your money back. SHADY BUSINESS!

The credit you are referring to was for OTHER items I didnt recieve. 4 pairs of spring belles & a stripe rose outfit I didnt receive and agreed to $50 credit. I am NOT referring to that. I want a refund for the bows, bobo romper, and ruffle spring top. Also, I guess the 4.25 you claim I didnt use either

I bought clothes from Taylor Tots and never received my items. This is dating back to April 2019. The total cost of the missing items is over $200. During this same timeframe, I did receive some other items I purchased. I contacted the owner back in September 2019, and she told me she would refund all of my money. She still has not given me a refund. And I still don’t have my clothes.

I am missing orders I have placed through Taylor Tots dated as far as February 7,2019. I have attempted to contact *** on and off since spring/summer of 2019 questioning the orders not being received. She would reply that she has all orders and they would be shipped soon and that they were catching up. On and off all year I would spot check with her about these orders and get the same response. When I questioned again on December 6, 2019 I stopped getting responses. I have kept all emails for reference if I need to supply them. The orders I’m missing are

All dates I contacted her about these orders throughout 2019 were 6/17/19, 6/24/2019, 8/2/2019, 10/18/2019, 11/01/2019, 12/06/2019, 12/11/2019, 12/17/2019, 01/07/2020, 01/19/2020, and 01/23/2020

I emailed Jenna, the business owner, starting in May 2019 to questioned the whereabouts of items I purchased from her in January 2019. I was informed at that time they were currently working on them and they should be shipped out soon. Over the next five months I continue to email her in question of the whereabouts of my items, always being told that they were currently working on them. After receiving two of the items she owed me, I realized they were now too small for my child and I could no longer use them. So, I finally requested a refund for everything she had not delivered to me, as well as the membership fee she required us to purchase starting May 2019. I had not received anything from her since that membership fee was required, so I requested it back as well. She eventually refunded me for everything that I could not dispute through *** due to being passed the 180 days that PayPal requires you to file a complaint. She also refused to refund the VIP membership, stating that it was nonrefundable. I told her that I understood a normal membership fee is not refundable, but I did try to use it however she was not delivering on her end. So I did not feel like I should be required to pay that to her for services she refused to provide me. She owes me $45 still.

In 2019 she had 8 transactions. 4 have tracking attached. 3 were refunded. The one transaction that didnt show anything has been refunded and it was for $15. The VIP membership was NOT a requirement it was optional and plainly stated nonrefundable in post.

I understand the VIP membership stated non refundable, but seeing how I was not able to benefit from this “service” they were providing, I feel that money was just taken from me. I tried to use it but never received my items. However, if she feels good about keeping my money then fine. Let her have it.

however, in November 2018 I never received an outfit I ordered and when it was brought to *** attention in July and she offered a refund but I accepted an exchange instead. However, I never received the items I asked for in the exchange. I have included screenshots of our email in this matter. I cannot get into the group to get screenshots of the items I asked for in exchange and they don’t give you an invoice if you do exchanges or store credit.

I have had multiple paid in full orders not fulfilled since May 2019. I have been very patient with the business contacting *** through email and social media. I have spoken to her more than 20+ times regarding $236 dollars worth of missing products. These invoices total the $236. We've spoken several times regarding a credit, which is why I left a good comment on the Revdex.com, but there is still no guarantee I will get my products. She is leaving the business, leaving me without merchandise, and at this point I have decided to cut all ties with this companny.

I have ordered children’s clothing from Taylor Tots since 2017. However, in 2019, I never received many of my orders. Starting with orders placed in January of 2019, I had 9 outstanding orders that I had not received. After many emails back and forth with the owner, ***, I never got any clear answers as to when my items would be shipped. The answer was always “it is currently being sorted.” I continued to wait. Finally in September of 2019 I began asking for refunds. It took until December for her to begin refunding me. I did receive 1 of my orders. And she gave me refunds for 3 of the remaining 8 orders. However, I’m still waiting for the remaining 5 refunds which add up to $88. I have all the invoice numbers, *** receipts, and many emails detailing all the transactions and requests for refunds. The 5 remaining invoices are now past the 180 days *** requires to file a claim, which I can only assume *** knew this and that’s why she chose not to refund those specific orders. She has since deleted me from the *** group where she conducts business and will not answer my emails.

I ordered two outfits in July 2019. I emailed multiple times inquiring on the delivery. On 12-30-19, Jenna stated the items would be shipped. After still receiving nothing, I emailed Jenna again 5 times with no reply. I would like a refund for the $30.

I ordered numerous items from Taylor Tots. I would receive some items but many items I would have to email about not receiving them. I was told on January 7, 2020 I would receive refunds for the items I never received. There were four items I never received. I only received a refund for two of the items (still waiting on taupe floral set #*** and aqua boots #***). I emailed back to ask for the remaining refund on January 14, 2020 but I have not received any response. I let her know I needed a response before my buyer protection ran out through *** (Jan.26 & 27). There was still no response. I tried not to go this route but she has my money and I don't have the boots or the outfit.

I ordered and paid for a pair of floral booties for my daughter back in July. I never received the booties. I emailed Taylor Tots starting on December 3rd checking on the status of my order. I send an email and then go days with no response. Finally, I was told on January 13th I was issued my refund, which I never received. I was told again on on January 22nd that my refund was issued, which I never received. I have sent several follow up emails informing Taylor Tots that I have never received my refund with no response at all. I get absolutely no response from Taylor Tots addressing my concern.

I absolutely did not receive a refund. The video I was sent shows nothing except a refund button being pushed. I also sent Taylor Tots an email with a picture of my *** account showing there was no refund issued or activity on my *** account since December. I can provide numerous emails showing that on multiple occasions I was told my refund was sent, but I never received. I can also provide any of my *** accounts documents showing there was no refund ever received. I just want my hard earned money back.

I ordered and paid for several items from Taylor Tots dating back to June 2019. I have contacted *** regarding issues and have several emails and messages via *** saying that items were shipped and they never were. I finally asked for refunds and she said that she would but only refunded $30. I filed claims on the other items but was only able to get back an additional $50 because of the 180 window through PayPal. Jenna has refused to refund all additional moneys which are from June, July, and September of 2019 and will not respond to any messages.

VIP Payments are non transferable or refundable, as stated in the post with all of the information. I do not see any purchases from the customer in the month of May. There was one invoice sent on May 7th but it was canceled due to non payment. This says that the disputed amount is $0 and the purchase price is $0. I will need specific invoice numbers.

Attached are some of the most recent correspondences from Jennifer Taylor along with invoice numbers not yet received but paid. No where does it state attached VIP is non-refundable. Whether or want to refund that or not, I am still owed $75.75 for other merchandise paid and never received.

I ordered and paid for the item in April 2019. There was a long turn around time. In October 2019 I contacted a Taylor Tots about not getting the item. The business told me they would get another item sent from their supplier that night. In December the business told me they have the item I ordered. The business has not responded to any of my emails since then and I still have not received the item I paid for or a refund.

I purchased two pieces of clothing from Taylor Tots- a cheerleading set for $18.00 on June 5, 2019 and a colorful pumpkin set for $17.00 on June 20, 2019. I have emailed the company numerous times. The emails began with me inquiring about a few invoices on November 5th, 2019. At first, I had three items out, including a Jojo outfit from March 3, 2019. I asked to replace that one in a November 19th email and they did with a Christmas outfit. However, I also sent a response email after she told me she would replace the other outfits on the same day. Since then, I have yet to get a response from them. Follow up emails were sent from me on January 6th, January 13th, and January 29th with no response back from the company.

I’ve been with this group since 2016 I’ve bought roughly $1700 worth of clothes over the few years. Unfortunately 2019 was not the year for TT. It started with the preorders in January. I ended up getting “Store credit” for the items that did not come in. We were in contact and she issued store credit for those. I continued to order from her and I purchased some outfits at the beginning of May and into July that I have not received. I’ve contacted her numerous times through email asking about the outfits and it was the usual.. “They’re in and we’re sorting through them.” So I waited. I continued to email and she started ignoring and never responding back. I shouldn’t have waited because now I’m past my PayPal 180 days. I did get to submit some claims for things from late July and I received some money back but she still owes me $65. After she reimbursed me through pay pal she deleted me from the group and blocked me. Which she does to everyone the submits a claim. Just because she deletes us doesn’t make the problem go away. I’d really like my $65 refunded.
