I purchased icing shorties in January 2019 and never received the items or a refund. I requested that I be refunded for all outstanding orders in July 2019 due to the items being extremely late. I was refunded for all orders EXCEPT for this particular order that was 4-5 months old by the time I realized my orders were not being shipped. I paid with PayPal, so I would have been able to file a claim on the other orders, but the order in question was older than 180 days, so I was unable to get my money back and coincidentally was the only order NOT refunded.
When *** requested refunds on all purchases she had out, she was still within her 180 days of *** protection for all orders. She was refunded promptly. She did not saying anything about her 4 pair of icing shorts or request a refund on them because they showed valid tracking through ***. Now, 6 months later and almost a year after that purchase, she is claiming that she does not have the shorts or a refund.
USPS Tracking attached to her *** transaction: *** since April 1st!
Tracking will no longer pull up through the USPS because it is over 120 days old.

This is 100% false. There have been no updates to tracking as I have checked REPEATEDLY for months! I just checked again, and no tracking is included on that order and no tracking was ever provided to me. I have attached screenshots of the invoice. When I requested refunds for all of my orders it was July 1, 2019. Jenna is correct, technically I WAS in the 180 day protection window for PayPal, but I’m sorry I didn’t think to go back SIX MONTHS to look for missing orders until I started noticing all of the many complaints about missing product. That’s when I discovered I had an outstanding order from January of 2019.

I have purchased from Taylor Tots for years as a wholesaler. She is honest and reasonably priced. She's very professional. She openly communicates about any issues and she's always available to discuss any problems I may have. I'm thankful to have such a wonderful US supplier.
I love Taylor Tots! I have purchased at least 15 items in the past several months, both preorder and RTS, and have always received my items in a timely manner. The quality of the items is outstanding. I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases. Their customer service is exceptional as well. I have reached out to the owner to change the size of an item after placing an order and she took care of it immediately.
I have been purchasing from Taylor tots for a while now. I have been highly impressed with the quality and cuteness of clothing. The team has been extremely helpful and kind. The price of the clothing can not be beat and it is cuter than the most expensive boutique. Anytime I had a question, I would email the owner and receive a prompt courteous reply. Anytime the outfit would take longer than expected I would be given the options to size up, refund, or credit. They have always done right by me and I will continue to purchase adorable clothing at very affordable prices from a small town honorable business that takes care and does right by its customers. Did I mention they have a shop too? Those that do not want to buy online can stop by the store for even better deals, plus you can try on the clothes! They have a very small staff, but the amount of items they produce is astounding. Stop by the shop Friday or Saturday to get a taste of the cuteness that is Taylor Tots. I highly recommend it. You will thank me later!

Taylor Tots is a life saver!! Me having a niece and nephew to spoil can get expensive, but with Taylor Tots I’m able to get cute AND SO AFFORDABLE clothing/accessories for them both!! I’ve followed the business for several years and have always had a positive experience with them and the workers. Quick to respond to emails and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend and will always be a customer!!!

Cannot get items I ordered and paid for, back to July, 2019 They give you the run around, will not answer your questions and refuse resolution. Once you complain, they immediately delete you from the group.
I know several others having the same problems. Do not purchase from them. I have received only 1 out of 11 shipments.
Do not do business with these people! You will never receive your product and when you ask for an update you either get deletednir you get the run around on why your outfit from 6-8 months prior still hasbt shipped. She will lie to you and steal from you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Great people and great service. My husband and I go to their shop just about once a week and he never minds because the prices are phenomenal! I've ordered online a few times and I got the items as described in the turnaround time posted. Definitely a 5/5 experience and I recommend them to all of my friends and family!!

have done business with Taylor Tots for over 3 years. Jenna the owner is one of the most caring and generous individuals I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She and her team bring so much to the table as far as adorable outfits that do not break the bank. I love going to the shop and ordering online because I know that I will be taken care of. This is one of the best boutiques Nation wide in my humble opinion. She and her team are absolutely awesome. No notification of lost online order. Collected money from me months in advance and failed to deliver purchased items. Did not notify me nor offer a refund or store credit.
Customer requested to swap out previous items for new items. I obliged and she ordered new items that have not yet gone out in full. Refund on prior purchases was never requested, she only requested a shop credit, which she was given. I have explained this to her in email, and her replacement orders were going out this week. If the customer would just prefer a refund, she can let me know.
