I have ordered literally over $1000 worth of product and have received only part of the things I have ordered. I now have been waiting on items I have ordered from make to may and the seller told me she would refund me and now it has past the 180 day mark to file a *** claim. That's where she gets people, telling them it's coming from overseas so it cuts into the 180 day mark. I have emailed multiple times. At first getting responses saying she was issuing a refund, but never did and now, she is just completely not answering my emails. I just had a new baby and I feel robbed of over $200 worth of merchandise that I have never received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for months when I saw people complain about them, but enough is enough. That is my hard earned money that is basically is her hands and I get nothing.

I am rejecting this response because:I received a refund for $124 for the stuff outside of the 180 day claim period for PayPal. The remaining $66 I had to file claims through PayPal. Have not yet received all refunds. The remaining $12.25 was for an item that was a wrong item, that I was told was being sent out and never received.

I have finally received all of my refunds which was indeed $212.25, not the $124 that she claimed. I had everything documented, as should she. Their shouldn't have been an issue with refunds and I shouldn't have had to attempt to claim fraudulent charges through my bank. Not exactly sure how this lady is still running a business after stealing so much money from customers who were so loyal.

I purchased a product from this business on June 28, 2018. I began contacted the seller, ***, about my product in September asking when the product would be arriving at my home. She told me then that it would be on its way. I told her I had had a complication and did not want to be alarmed when the product arrived and would cause me any additional emotional problems. She offered a refund. I told her that if the product would be coming in and I would get it, that I would still like to have the product. She emailed me back and said it would be in in a few weeks. I emailed her in another month and she told me it would be shipping it out. I have emailed her again several times since then. On a December 18th, she responded to an email saying it was shipped. I responded back asking for a tracking number. She still would not respond and provide a tracking number. I have emailed her twice since then; one for the tracking number and one for a refund. I have not received any response. I attempted to file a dispute with *** due to not receiving the product and continuing to get the run around. I was out of the 180 day window, so the company favored the seller and denied my refund.

I ordered an item back in June. I had communication with the seller, Jenna ***, over email about an item I hadn’t received. From what I understood it never got sent out. She re-sent it, I asked about the Juny/July items I had ordered and she stated they were in and sorting. Months went by. I emailed the seller multiple times to get a reply, I received one package that was ordered in July but still hadn’t the June one. I knew that was odd so I asked about it. She said they shipped, I asked when and stated I didn’t get a tracking number. After multiple emails after that she finally replied with the option of a refund or she would resend it out. I opted for refund at that point. She said she would get it processed, I emailed asking about the refund multiple times after that. Never got a reply or a refund. Still haven’t seen the item in the mail either if she even sent it out. I still to this day have heard back from her. I finally got with PayPal. It was after the 180 days but they still refunded half of it back to me. I at least got half back, but still have yet to hear from her. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend. Her customer service needs work.

I have received several items from this shop and I LOVE all I’ve received!! Good customer service and friendly communication.

I have ordered clothing from this company for 3 years and in the last 7 months I have not been receiving the items that I had ordered. I would request shipping information from them and they would not issue it. They have finally refunded me for half of the items that I had not received, and the other half of the items they are ignoring me about. They use PayPal as a payment source and these invoices were paid over 180 days ago so they will not help with getting refunds now. I have never been lied to like this by a company and I will no longer reccomend this company to anyone.

All refunds where issued to *** on 1/2/2019 for any items not received. All other items not refunded have tracking attached to the transaction.

This is a boutique for children and she also sells her clothes online. I purchased four items in July and they were Christmas outfits and come September I emailed her and then again in November and then again in December then requesting a refund. After she told me she would give me a refund I waited a week with nothing. She blocked me on her page and then blocked me in messenger. After doing further research there are countless complaints about this company and it needs to end. She is taking peoples money and not giving them the purchased items.

Buyer has been refunded in full and was refunded in full before she ever made this complaint. I have all *** receipts showing the refund provided.

I ordered 7 fur vests in August 14,2019 for 7!of my granddaughters Christmas. On August 13,2019 I paid $12 to become a VIP Member just so that I could get the vests for $10 each. As of today, I still have no vests & no tracking. She has only randomly responded to my emails (which is the only way to contact her) she has never really given me straight answers. She said she was working on shipping them in November, but they never showed up as shipped on her shipping thread. She told me in December that they had shipped and I would have them by Christmas. Still not here, still not showing in the shipping thread. She did say she would refund my money if I didn’t receive them by Christmas, but when I e-mailed her she didn’t respond. I have had to file a claim with PayPal and since I did, she blocked me from the group. I wasn’t going to order again anyway. The order I placed on the summer was all messed up and took forever and I let that slide. My daughter never received the 3 dresses she ordered and since all of this I have found where many people are getting the run around and getting ripped off by her. I really wanted and needed those vests for my grands Christmas. Ordering in August should have been plenty of time to get them. I think she lets it go so long that people forget what they ordered. My daughter and daughter-in-laws ordered the girls outfits (from somewhere else) to match the vests we never received. It has really upset me.

Currently still waiting on packages I ordered almost a year ago, I couldn’t file a claim on PayPal for these items because it was past the 185 day mark! Contacted Taylor SEVERAL times asking for a refund or even to send RTS items she had in store to replace the items I didn’t get. She ignored me!

I placed 2 orders with Taylor Tots on 1/27 for $33 and 2/15 for $20. Never received either item and no tracking #s were issued. I emailed *** multiple times over this and there was always an excuse as to why items were not sent yet or that they were in process. I asked multiple times for refund which I never received either. She drags you along with excuses until you are past the "cutoff period" to file a dispute and get a refund. She blocks you from group when you complain and wont answer emails any konger. Lesson learned on shady companies...just want my money back.

There were no tracking numbers when this Revdex.com complaint was created and there still arent, items were never shipped or received. I have included 3 screen shots. 2 are of the items in dispute and you can clearly see there is no tracking info. I did include a screenshot of the only other item I ever ordered from her and miraculously received. You can see the tracking is clearly noted on that invoice...but not on the ones in dispute. I DO NOT want items shipped now- before you even try that- as they are too small...hence I orderded a year ago!! I want a refund! If not, my bank will be notified of fraudulent activity on your part for falsely advertising goods you never intended on shipping.

Invoices do not always reflect accurately after they are a year old. The items in question are a year old, so I can't provide delivered tracking numbers, unfortunately because after 120 days the USPS tracking numbers expire.

I am willing to send *** the items in question in the next size up, if that would resolve the issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I would just appreciate a full refund please so that we both can just move on. The invoice for the one item that I did receive, that clearly shows tracking, is around the same time frame. I attached it to the previous post. I also have an email (attached) from June where you stated you were behind and the items just hadn't been shipped yet. You offered to size up then and I agreed. Still did not receive any items. If they were not shipped until after june as you were saying...that has not been a year-more like 6 months so the tracking should show up if they were truly shipped to some location somewhere. I just want a full refund please to close this out. I'm done with bickering. We both know the items were not shipped, nor did I receive them. If you check *** and search your name or Taylor Tots, there are tons of people with the same issue...not just me. I would not have a reason to be on here if I received my items. Just refund my money and let this be done!

Have ordered numerous items from her never received them. Asked for a refund through email and messaging, but she keeps avoiding me. She keeps making excuses saying items just came in or expecting them soon. Has been 7 months on some items. I noticed numerous complaints on her for the same reasons. My daughter had same problem with her and so did some friends and family. It looks like the only way to get a response from her is on this page. This woman is a scam artist. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. My daughter called her out on *** and tagged me in it, she didnt have any problem messaging me about it, but when I messaged her about my refunds she said I would have to email.

has purchased 12 items through the span of March 14th, 2019 and July 30th, 2019. All transactions have tracking numbers through the USPS. Only her most recent purchase shows delivered because the others are from April 2019 and before. We are able to pull those numbers up, but because they are over 120 days old we are unable to show where they have delivered any longer. I am happy to provide all numbers if needed :)

I have ordered items from Taylor Tots, paid for them, and have not recieved the items. I have ordered three items that had not arrived. After emailing multiple times (business said this is the only way to contact them) they have refunded 2 out of the 3 purchases. While asking for the last refund the owner blocked all communication with me and is not responding to emails. I have tried to resolve this since September 28th and feel that this is my only option.

All transactions with *** have been refunded in full. I can provide PayPal statements showing that she has been refunded and is not owed any product or money.

TERRIBLE customer service!! Do not order from them. You won’t receive your products and you won’t receive a refund when you ask for it! Stay away.

I bought boutique dress and outfits from this seller online and was doing good for a while then. I started noticing I wasnt getting items I seen were shipped to the the group. When I tried to resolve the issue, seller at first said she would make things right then ignored my emails and removed me from the Facebook group. I asked for a refund or my items due and got no response.

None of the tracking numbers proved to be accurate. I never received my items and they need to just accept their error. I would not go to this extreme if I had only received my items. I asked you nicely to send me the items and my refund. Please just accept your error and refund me. I will withdraw my complaint if only make things right. It's sad I had to go to this extreme to get what is owed to me.

I can not provide false tracking numbers. All tracking numbers are generated through the *** and sent to the address that the consumer *** provided when checking out.

Are her last 5 tracking numbers through us, dating back to May 2019. Tracking numbers over 120 days old no longer work through the *** but the tracking numbers at the top do still work if you'd like to verify. You should still be able to call the *** and get a GPS location of where the items were delivered. All items, except two that *** was refunded for upon request, have tracking attached and show the same address that she herself provided.

If items did not deliver, then *** needs to speak with her Postal Worker. Unfortunately once I pay for shipping, provide the tracking number and it shows delivered, it is out of my hands. I will not be refunding for items that have delivered months ago. Thank you.

This is not even all the packages I have ordered. This is ridiculous! You did not provide tracking numbers for all my missing shipments. You are sending some that have been delivered which I'm not including in the ones I'm asking for a refund for. I will not give up on my fight for my refund. You know you have messed up and I am going to make sure you fix this. I know I'm right and have NOT received several packages. I have sent you the missing items names several times and YET you keep sending like 5 tracking numbers and a couple being items I already received. Please send me my $94 so this can be done with.

I emailed them about an item not received (ordered on May 4th). No response. I sent the email again. She said she would refund me the money. The money was never refunded. I emailed several times asking her to make sure she issued the refund and to send confirmation. No response. I would just like the refund she told me I'd get for the item I never received. Taylor tots know that they did not ship the item in question. I have emails from the owner proving that. Jennifer Taylor also informed me that she would issue the refund for the item she never sent, but still has not. Also, when I tried to call the business using the number provided on this site, I was told it was a wrong number. Then, that same number called me the next day but hung up. I immediately called back and got sent to voicemail twice. I called again the next day and asked to speak with Jennifer. I was told she wasn't there, so I decided to leave a message stating that I still had not received the refund that she herself said she would issue 30 days prior. I was told she already had. When I asked for a confirmation number to that issuing statement, I was yelled at for "calling a private number", threatened to be charged with harassment, and then hung up on.

I have attached the emails where the owner stated that she in fact hadn't sent my item, along with the original invoice that I paid. This business needs to be shut down for fraud because she is literally trying to say that she can't issue my refund because she can't find the tracking numbers now when she knows she has already informed me she never shipped my item and agreed to issue a refund.

Horrible customer service. Ordered outfits back in May that never came in. I tried for months through emails to either get a refund or the items. All I was given was excuse after excuse. She printed fake lables that never made it to the post office, then changed the story that she was shorted outfits and they would be sent out. Then she said, I'm so sorry we put your items in the mail today ( 10/23) that as of today (12/15) never came. When I asked for the tracking number she just chose to ignore me. If I tried to comment on the group she immediately would delete any comment made. I have dozens of emails saved to back my claims up. Just disgusting she would STEAL from people.

My money was only given back to me by my credit card company after I called and disputed the charges. I got ZERO refunds from Taylor Tots, just snippy emails that made no sense giving me the run around.

I ordered 6 outfits from Taylor Tots that I didnt receive. I have been emailing them since June, they first told me they had just come in and they would size up for me since it took so long, I never got anything so I emailed again, she said she would look into it, I have emailed 3 times since with no reply

Below are the USPS tracking numbers that are attached to the consumers transactions with Taylor Tots. However, the consumers last purchase was April 4th, 2019, so tracking numbers will no longer load due to the length of time since the package was sent. Tracking numbers are only visible through the USPS for 120 days. This can be confirmed through the Postal Service.

On June 24, 2019, I emailed them to see if any of the items had shipped and they had not, she did say they were in and they were working to get them out. The tracking number she gave is an outfit I received and I told her that but she did not give me any other tracking numbers for the outfits I didn't get and like she said you could track up to 6 mo so at that time there was no excuse, she just quit emailing back

I am rejecting this response because: I have had more than 11 transactions with them, 11 was through *** the rest was on a gift card. I have been emailing since May on June 24th, they still were not shipped, according to her email they just received them and were sorting them, she offered to size up which I accepted. I still had not received them so I emailed back on August 29th she told me that they had been shipped and asked me if they were on a gift card, I told her some were and some were through ***. On Sept 3rd she told me she would check the tracking numbers on Sept 11, she told me the gc were too old and told me she would give me cash value for what I didnt receive. I asked her about the ones I paid with ***, she never answered but did answer my question regarding if they mail through *** so I called the PO and they said they have tracking for 120 days. On Sept 13, she told me she would look into the tracking numbers and only replied back with one, the sunflower sweetie which I had received in April and didnt ask about. I still have all of our emails if you need to see them to prove what I am saying. I emailed several more times asking about the tracking numbers for the outfits I didnt receive but she would not respond. my question is if she had the tracking numbers attached why didnt she send them to me when I was asking, it wasnt too late then and how would she know if the tracking numbers were attached to the shipping if it was too late

Ordered an item from Taylor Tots 1/6/19. Never received item. Never showed item even shipped. Paid company via PayPal $14.00. Emailed contact person for Taylor Tots on 11/16/19 for update or refund and no response. Then was deleted from facebook group.

I have ordered items from Taylor Tots back in July 2019. And have asked multiple times on when it would be in. I’ve asked for a refund in November for all my items I have not received and she told they were shipping. So I waited. It December now and still don’t have my items. I filed a claims on pay pal and she turned around and put tracking numbers on old items saying I have already received them when I have not. I have contacted pay pal and they say I need to take it up with the post office. I just keep getting the run around now.
I have kept track of everything I have not received. I’ve kept emails and have messages from Facebook of this company lying and telling me it’s shipped and they won’t refund my money after I’ve asked multiple times.

When I print a label through ***, it attaches to the transaction. I am not able to put "false" tracking numbers in. When Ms. Medley filed her PayPal complaints, I escalated them through *** and they closed out in my favor because they showed valid tracking through ***. There were a few items that she was in fact waiting on that I closed out immediately with a prompt refund.
