I had to file *** claims on 7 different purchases from June through October yesterday evening after having emailed her since September with no resolve. In response to my *** claims she entered tracking numbers from other purchases where I did receive my products. I have had to now call *** and have them reopen the cases and email them the proof that the tracking was falsified. Turnaround times on items purchased in June through August was listed as 4-6 weeks. Beginning in September, everything was supposed to be listed as Ready to Ship with a turnaround time of 10-14 days. Not one single purchase was ever received in the indicated turnaround time.

Each one of *** invoices shows valid tracking through *** and the USPS showing products as delivered to the address that she chose when she made the purchase. There were 4 products in July that were refunded upon request when she didn't get them in the allotted time. I show every order as either delivered or refunded, proof of all of this is available.

I am rejecting this response because:
All but two purchases that were refunded through *** (from a total of 7 purchases that were refunded) were issued a refund after myself and *** were able to prove that FRAUDULENT tracking numbers were added to those purchases in an effort to force *** to close my claim. *** has now refunded me over $200 from those claims. This was not an effort by the business to correct their shopping issues, instead they lied and were then forced to issue a refund via their payment processor. At this point in time, the only purchase that *** was not able to assist with was one $14 purchase that was outside of the 180 day protection window. A purchase which I have emails from the business owner stating would be refunded and never was.

I have ordered numerous times from this business. I have orders from October of 2018 and January of 2019 that I paid in full and never received my products for. There was a third as well, and when I emailed regarding my missing items I received a refund for only the third order (the one that was still within timeframe to file a claim with ***) since then I have emailed multiple times without receiving a single response, and have not received refunds or even reasonings for my missing items.

I show all of this consumers purchases either refunded in full or shipped with a USPS tracking number. Given specific invoice numbers, I would be more than happy to provide documentation that correlates with that invoice number :)

I first contacted "Jen" from Taylor Tots on May 20, 2019 concerning items that were ordered in February that I have not received. She stated the items were either still on their way to Taylor Tots or that they were in. Since then, I have emailed several times (7/31, 8/16, 8/22, 10/21, 10/25, 10/28, 10/29, 11/1, 11/5, 11/11, 11/19, 11/21, 11/22, 11/25, 12/2) asking about these same items, and others that had been ordered and never received. I finally asked for a refund for the items, which totaled $115. After several requests, she finally issued a refund for $10, which is the cost of one of the items I asked her about. However, I am still owed the remainder and she is no longer answering my emails.

After looking over all of invoices purchased by this customer, every purchase contains a USPS tracking number. This customer is not owed any product and has no outstanding orders with my business. I am happy to provide tracking numbers for each individual order if needed.

I used to really love this company, they provided cute clothes at a great price. However, in early October I ordered two outfits that were supposed to ship within 10 days. One was a Thanksgiving outfit for a baby. By late October and early November I was requesting either a refund or a different outfit so we could at least get multiple wears out of it. I did all this privately by email, never on their fb page because I knew they would instantly delete it anyway. Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal an got a refund right away but also got kicked out of the group. A few weeks ago I filed a claim for the other item I never got and they tried to dispute it and even went so far as to print a shipping label (maybe to trick me into thinking it got lost in the mail???) but it was clear from the tracking info the item never got taken to the post office and PayPal finally weeks later (actually just yesterday) ruled in my favor and processed the refund. A company that kicks out anyone who has an issue and tries to get it resolved, or refuses to keep honest reviews on their page just to make people think they are perfect is a business of lies. For the record I sent MANY emails before going through PayPal and the last 4-5 of them went unanswered, so they cannot say I didn’t try to resolve it with them first. Just ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Don't waste your time buying from them! Ordered several outfits and never received them. Ended up filing PayPal claims and received most of my refunds back. One item was marked shipped on the last day she had to resolve my PayPal claim and she never shipped it. Just stalking apparently. PayPal thankfully refunded my money immediately after I called. The owners customer service is TERRIBLE and extremely rude.

Did not receive two outfits I ordered. Emailed twice regarding the outfits and was told “she’d look it up when she had time and refund if no tracking attached.” I waited another 48hrs and still no response, emailed a third time saying I was filing a PayPal claim since I had not been contacted or refunded. Within 3 minutes after that, she refunded both outfits and blocked me from the Facebook group. Poor poor poor customer service.

I ordered a dress from her a month ago and just get the run around kn where it is when emailing with her. She advertised 10-14 days to ship and it's been a month! I asked for a refund so I can order elsewhere and she hasn't responded, refunded or shipped my dress. After researching her company further I found that HUNDREDS of other women have had the same problem and have waited up to 8 MONTHS for a refund. This is totally unacceptable. I want to add that her site stated that my dress was READY TO SHIP!

This is not a valid complaint. This customer was refunded in full when she requested it. She was not owed money at the time that she made this complaint. This was her only purchase that she has ever made with me, and it has been refunded in full.

I am rejecting this response because:She did not refund me until AFTER I filed the complaint and I feel that other customers should know that these are the lengths it takes you have to go for them to send your item or get a refund. There are many other people who's total purchase cost goes into the hundreds that were never shipped their items. It needs to be known that shopping with Taylor tots is a risk!
But yes she did refund my money the day after I filed this complaint! Oh and then blocked me from her Facebook business page so that I couldn't leave a review. Thank you so much for helping me to get my money back so I can buy with a company who had me my item within the time they stated. My daughter LOVES her dress.

Keeping my kiddo in style, sale after sale! My husband want to know if there’s a frequent shopper discount! Love the customer service at the shop and always with Jenna! If I could choose all complaint categories that apply to my experience with TT, I would choose: customer service issues, delivery issues, product issues. I paid for an outfit on 8/7/19. The preorder sale post said “beginning of October arrival.” It is now almost 2 months after that. I sent TT an email on 10/28/19 complaining about my late orders. I emailed again on 11/1/19. She never replied to my emails. On 11/6/19, she posted on her business Facebook group page that the plan was to have ALL preorders out in full by 11/17/19. I have been very patient, but I still never received anything even a week after that. I have had issues with ALL 6 of my other preorders from her as well. I actually only ever received ONE of the 7 preorders that I paid for. And that took 24 days of emailing her to actually get it shipped after she posted that it had already shipped.

On one order, after emailing twice because it wasn't sent to me originally after she posted that it had shipped, I finally received the correct outfit in the wrong size with tags cut out and a hole in the pants. I emailed her 10/25/19. On 10/28, after a couple more emails, she said she would get me out another one that day. On 10/29, I emailed again. Finally a shipping label was created. That shipping label never made it to the post office. On 11/5, I requested and received a refund via ***. I chose not to go through that hassle on the rest of my orders.

And I'm not alone. Instead of shipping out orders that customers paid for months ago (that she supposedly has in stock), she continues to sell new ready-to-ship items on her page. Unfortunately, the issues with this boutique owner are never-ending.

I have filed *** disputes/claims on multiple orders from this boutique owner including this order. It has been a struggle to get anything sent to me that I paid for months ago. She has stopped responding to my emails. I'm done dealing with her and the complete lack of customer service. She is doing this to so many people.

This is an invalid complaint. This customer has no pending orders with my company. She filed *** complaints on every order that she has out and was refunded by me. I have documentation of where all items were refunded through ***.

I am rejecting this response because: The fact that she claims my complaint is invalid shows the true colors of this business. After she chose to ignore numerous emails from me, I filed a dispute on this item through ***, escalated it to a claim (so I didn't have to deal with the business owner), submitted this Revdex.com complaint, and only THEN was I refunded. They request all customer service communication via email and post that you will be removed from the group for filing a *** claim... yet all of that could have been avoided if she would have RESPONDED to my emails. At least she responds quickly to *** claims! Thanks to *** and the Revdex.com, I have been refunded all of the money Taylor Tots owed me for products that were never delivered... and even the $12 VIP membership that I was not able to use (because I am blocked from the group). And I wish I had read the reviews on Taylor Tots before ever ordering from them!

Did not receive multiple items that I ordered.
Was promised a refund but never received it, then I was promised a store credit but they wouldn’t let me use it to purchase items.
So I went through *** to get a refund and because of that they kicked me out so I can no longer purchase anything. I’m still owed a refund on an item I paid for but was never shipped to me but I know I won’t get my money back.

I have reviewed all of this customers purchases. I show a USPS tracking number of: *** connected to the transaction in question.

Unfortunately, after 120 days, USPS tracking expires. It will just say "Label created, not yet in system" but has been attached since early March of 2019.

I am rejecting this response because:The seller initially never produced a tracking number for this purchase and I had originally agreed to refund and apologized for me not receiving the item. They can produce false tracking numbers now because obviously there’s no way to prove it was a legit tracking number. Also, if they were able to produce a tracking number, why didn’t they? Why did they offer to refund with an apology? I waited over two weeks for a refund to show and it never happened. It was after that that they stopped communicating with me.

I have made multiple purchases from Taylor Tots. I still have orders from January that I never received. In total, I have 16 different purchases and failed to receive over 6. When emailing to ask about my orders which were months and months over due, she lies, fails to answer questions, and just claims items were shipped. She cannot produce a tracking number after being asked multiple times. I was owed $57 from orders from January. I had to ask multiple times before she finally refunded me, although it wasn't actually a refund. She just sent money as a friend on Paypal, I'm assuming so it doesn't show that she had to refund me because she never sent my orders. I only got $55 from that. Most recenently, I ordered a dress in July that was suppose to be here in September. At the end of October, I asked for shipping information or my refund. She claimed that she send the item on Nov 1. A week and a half later, I still hadn't received my order and asked for shipping confirmation with tracking information or my refund. She states it was "definitely shipped" but again no tracking information. I emailed her 4 more times with no response for over 1 week. I finally asked for my refund and expressed my disatisfaction with her customer service. Immediately, I was deleted from the group, but still no email resposne and no refund. I emailed her the next day and stated how it was funny that she could delete me from the group within 1 minute of asking for a refund, yet can't reply to my emails for over 1 week and still can't issue a refund. She states that I was deleted for "inactiity" and that I got my refund. LOL. It hasn't even been 3 months since I've ordered, but it's fine. I was just waiting for my refund and/or last order until I deleted the group because she is a liar and scamming THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE! Again, I still haven't received my refund for my dress or the "VIP" that I purchased for 1 year, but then was deleted from the group for "inactivity". In total, I am owed $24. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER SEND YOU PRODUCT, BE RUDE WHEN YOU ASK WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ORDERS, DELETE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR REFUND, AND AGAIN STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Caitlin claimed 12 items and paid for 11. One purchase was canceled due to non payment. Each purchase shows tracking attached. I can provide tracking for each paid invoice for this customer. She has no product or money out with us.

As you can see from my attachment (and I can certainly provide more email evidence), I never received a RWB Mickey dress and shirt that I ordered. She stated she would refund me. I never received the $20 refund. Later on, when I Purchased this dress that I am referring to in my original complaint, she stated she would just use store credit for the $20 since she never refunded me and told me to cancel the invoice so she does owe me money. In the last email she ever sent to me before she stopped responding, she said she refunded me the $10 which again is not true. I emailed multiple times since then asking for the refund, which she never sent. She did refund me $12 for VIP. So now she owes me $10 for this dress/RWB Mickey outfits she never sent (I did actually receive the item I used the other $10 credit on).

I have been ordering from Taylor Tots for a few months now! I have always received my items in a timely manor. They have always been open about communication when asking questions. They have great quality outfits for both boys and girls. I will continue to order from them!!

I love the store. I have went to the shop, ordered pre order and RTS and have always been pleased. On the rare occasion of something getting lost in the mail they have always resent a package or credited my account. They are up front about the time it takes to pre orders in are constantly updating their shipping thread. They are polite and understanding and do their best to solve any issue brought to their attention. They provide quality clothes at a reasonable price with kind and friendly service.

I am a long time customer and have never had a bad word to say!! Great clothing, excellent prices and incredible customer service!! Thank you Taylor Tots

I have been a long time customer of Taylor Tots because I firmly believe in supporting local businesses more so than corporate businesses. I believe people that support local businesses also get their support in times of need- ( I work at a school and have experienced this first hand)
I have appreciated the affordability of prices with this businesses and how quickly I get email responses. I have been able to dress my 5 grandkids and myself at times in the cutest clothes. If I have had any questions, they are resolved within the time frame stated on her business page.
I am aware that several customers have been complained but I also feel the Revdex.com needs to be aware of good things that are happening. I am satisfied with the prices offered and the communication between myself and this business.

I have ordered 20+ items from Taylor Tots. I've only had one item not be shipped to me by expected date and I contacted the owner and she apologized and explained the situation. She offered a refund, but I chose to receive the item instead. She stayed in constant communication about the status of the item. She also offered to up size since it was going to be a little behind schedule. As a business owner, she did everything she good to satisfy the customer and to help me out. The items are great quality and cheap! I will absolutely continue shopping with Taylor Tots!

Every time I've been in the store, I have been treated like I was their number one priority. I explained to them what I was looking for and they helped me find the perfect outfits. I have also ordered through the Facebook Group and I love how the owner treats her customers like family. She asks us what we like and listens to our opinions. She even admits to her faults, because everyone is human. It takes a true business owner to admit when they are at fault. She has also been honest about shipping delays because a majority of her items have come from overseas. She has recently changed over to items that are Ready to Ship only which has sped the process of shipping up entirely, making the whole experience even better than it was before. She did this because she listened to customers concerns of shipping, and is trying to make it better for everyone. Taylor Tots has my business for sure. Highly recommend.
