If I could give 0 I would. I purchased a gift card and 5 outfits, 4 of them being with the gift card in January-March 2019. I never received any of the outfits and only an $16 cash value refund. She refused to do anything for the gift card outfits although I was the one who purchased the gift card. I was given the run around for a couple of months, was told they were in transit and then was told they were shipped but I somehow never received tracking or the package. They also like to trash talk their customers when they ask about an update. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered several outfits from this business earlier this year and I have never received them. I have emailed many times since August to try to get the outfits mailed to me with no success, so I emailed her to let her know that I would like a refund for the outfits since I still haven't received them. A month ago she said that she had put my refund through, however, I still have not received the refunds. I have emailed her four times since then to let her know that I still haven't gotten the refund but she has not responded to any of my emails. I also have another dress that she still hasn't mailed to me in addition to the outfits that I need refunds for and she won't tell me if she is going to mail it to me or if she has to refund that one as well.

I just went in and refunded the remaining orders she had out, she has never requested a refund on those.

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the 10.00 refund for the pumpkin princess dress on 11/10/19. However, I don't know whose bank account she refunded for the 20.00 in spring flutter dresses or the 24.42 for the yellow sherbert outfits because it wasn't mine. I have not received a refund for those four outfits totaling 44.42. I have checked my account for the last four weeks and there has not been a refund sent from Taylor Tots which was supposed to be done on October 9th.

I ordered 4 items in April & May, 2019, but have never received the items. I have emailed the owner, *** regarding the items over the past few months. She responded a couple times with excuses as to why they hadn't shipped, but now is not responding at all to my emails, and the time frame for a *** claim has expired. The total paid for these items was $40.

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars with Taylor Tots over a two year period. Jenna, the owner, is great to do business with and very transparent with communication. I’ve received all items to date and have been satisfied with quality and turnaround time.

I have ordered several items from said business over this year, 2019, and have not received multiple items. I have tried numerous times to contact and they are impossible to deal with or to get results from.

I am rejecting this response because:she still owes me a total of $83 for items I have not received. She did refund me everything that *** would allow me to do but it only goes back 180 days. I have multiple items past that time that I never got. Again, a total of $83!

So far with Taylor Tots I have ordered 17 items and received 15 items. They arrive within turn around time. I have reached out to the owner and she and her staff were very friendly and accommodating in sizing my outfit down when I ordered a size too big. I'm a first time Mom and I have appreciated being abe to clothe my daughter so afforably! I am a forever customer

Grandma with 4 granddaughters! I am able to clothe my grandbabies for so cheap! I go into the store and the sales clerk, Madison is so friendly and helpful. Sometimes the sizes are a little off since these outfits are produced overseas and they are really accommodating in letting you exchange sizes as long as they have that outfit still. You can not beat the prices or customer service!

They have the cutest clothes for kids especially when it comes to holiday outfits’ Super great price and you can’t beat the customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers! They even have the cutest little shop if you need an outfit in a crunch and can’t wait for it to be shipped!

I have done business with Taylor Tots for three years. I keep up with my purchases in a timely fashion and let the owner know by email if there's something I'm expecting and haven't received. She has always issued me a refund in a timely manner or given me store credit. I have done business with many other people that I cannot trust and will not do business with those people again, but Taylor Tots is the one business I never have to worry about keeping my money. Cute clothes, great prices, and great service! They have even worked with me to change sizes if something came in behind schedule and they have never sent out a product that is bad quality. I recommend to Taylor Tots on a regular basis and we get tons of compliments on our clothing.

I ordered a dress on May 10th. 7/31 had not received the dress so I emailed and she said it was shipped. 8/20 still no dress so I emailed again she said she’ll ship another in to me. September 6th still no dress so I asked for a refund. She emails back sure process it now. 9/14 check *** no refund was given. File a claim thru *** finally get a refund and she removed me from the Facebook group. This woman is very shady, buyers beware!!!!

I ordered a 4 pair of icing shorties from her preorder on January 21st. They had a TAT time of mid-April. Literally still have not received them.
I emailed her the end of April and was told they were on the way to her. Fast forward to beginning of June, I was told she had them and would be getting them out ASAP. Today, still no shorties.
I filed a *** claim and removed myself from the group. Thankfully that was the ONLY thing I’ve ever ordered from her page, and I was able to get the same shorties from *** for cheaper!
Her page will not be missed!
It is also clear that on it around July 30th, *** If you wish to learn the ugly truth about this shop, just search for it on the buyer beware boards of . Steer clear. But if you decide to order still, may the odds be ever in your favor...

Absolutely the best small business around. Top quality clothes and the phenomenal customer service. ALWAYS greeted with smiles and kind words and they always respond to my emails or silly concerns promptly and with tremendous kindness. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of clothes from them and will continue to do so! The prices cannot be beat!!! If you do not shoo at Taylor Tots, you are missing out.

I had tried refunding this consumer to the original *** account that the purchase was made. I received an error message saying that she only accepted payment through her business website. I contacted this consumer about this issue, she wanted me now to refund through a different *** account. She could dispute the charge with her bank if I did not pay her though the original *** account, I have had troubles with this before with other customers and *** account refunds. I spoke to my rep at PayPal, they told me not to refund to different *** accounts. I have tried to do what I can for this consumer, at this point its been on the consumer to get her issue resolved with *** for a refund.

I have contacted *** and have been told there is not an issue with my account. Taylor Tots has been advised of this. I have a personal *** account I am not a business. I have a trail of emails starting in February, 2019 where I have asked for the status of my order. Was told one pair of shoes was in but the second had not been received and they were waiting for the second pair before they shipped. After several months I asked that the shoes be shipped and a refund on the pair they did not receive. I received a refund for one pair and never received the ones they told me months ago they had, so then asked for a refund for the second pair. I also have asked numerous times for a tracking number for a pair of capris that are part of a set that was ordered but I only received the top, she told me several weeks ago the capris had been mailed but I have never received them. I can not get a response with a tracking number from Taylor Tots. I can provide copies of email correspondence if needed.

I provided her proof from ***. I would like to issue a refund. She sent me an alternate email where to send the refund. *** advised me not to send it to the other email. She needs to contact *** again which I told her the entire time. I told her that two days ago.

I have not received my refund or my product from Taylor Tots. I have provided her with my *** information where I tried to purchase two pair of shoes, I paid for both pair but only received a refund for one pair. I have provided all the information she has requested from me and still no refund. I can provide numerous emails where I have tried to communicate with her.

I absolutely love Taylor Tots. My daughter is always supporting the TT style! The entire staff is polite, responds quickly, and the clothing is perfect that is super affordable. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure the clothing is what we order and affordable for anyone.

As a mom of 2 girls in this expensive world we live in, I am so thankful for the break on incredible quality and adorable clothes Taylor Tots offers us. Our closets are full of TT. Customer service is top notch and I’ve been a patron since day 1. We love our purple packages!!

I have purchased from Taylor Tots for over 3 years. I have purchased mainly in bulk, because I own my own online business and like to purchase inventory from Jenna since she keeps so much on hand. She has always been so nice to work with and very accommodating. Once and order was behind and she offered to refund the entire order for me so that I wasn't waiting or disappointed. I declined, because her items are already priced amazing and I knew that I would not have any issue selling off the inventory. My business has recently taken off and grown, so I order from overseas myself. I still go to Jenna for advice and mentorship, and she's always ready to help. I would recommend her to anyone, be it retail or wholesale. She is a wonderful person who works her tail off for her customers.

I have 6 year old twin daughters, and they love the soft outfits that I buy from Taylor Tots. I love the selection, pricing, and that all items include shipping with the purchase price. I have never had any issues or ever been disappointed. I buy knowing that the items are being imported from overseas and that the turn around times listed are estimates, not guarantees, just like the owner has made sure to tell all of us frequently.

I shop for 7 grandchildren and Taylor Tots is my go to place! I can get outfits for all of my grands at a low price and all of their prices include shipping which is nice!

I have had one issue with receiving a boys shirt instead of the girls shirt with one of my orders. The owner was very quick to reship the correct product and told me to gift the wrong product to someone who could use it, so I wasn't given the trouble of having to ship the item back and wait on a replacement or a refund.

I have been very pleased with all of my experiences with this small shop, and will continue to shop with them as long as my grands will allow me to put them in ruffles and matching tops! :)
