I have spent thousands of dollars on children’s clothing for my 4 girlsfrom Taylor Tots. Been ordering for a few years now. Up until Jan 2019 I started having issues. Things weren’t being recieved that I had paid for. Jenna made excuses. She would eventually fix it. Well fast forward to now and I’m still missing items from Jan 2019 to October 2019. I asked for refunds. She got hatful. *** was able to get me $98 back 1/29/2020. Then Jenna refunded another $6. She owes me a Class C felony amount of money. I haven’t received over $900 in product and she’s now avoiding me and wont refund me. I have all of the proof. I am going to list invoice numbers, price of each item and description along with purchase date below. I have print outs of all of this. She’s don’t this to so many people and owes $1000s of dollars to people. I just don’t see how the legal system hasn’t shut her down yet.

was a regular customer and helped out moderating the page for a 50% discount.

She did come to us and say that she was missing some items and asked if we were willing to do blind boxes (which are a type of discount surprise box) for items she was missing to cover her credit that she had with us. We agreed, packaged up 4 boxes and sent them out to her. *** was sent all items priority mail through the ***. We have attached screenshots where *** and *** had a conversation this month about products, sizes, and it covering the entire credit.

In addition, *** was sent a $104.87 refund through ***. There are also several items listed that have tracking attached from as far back as March 4th.

No one was ever rude or out of line to ***. She blocked every one of us off of social media, and blocked my phone number (we spoke on the phone, I considered her a friend) without ever mentioning needing a refund to us. This was after her boxes were already agreed upon and packaged. I have since found out that she did the same thing to another business through ***.

we agreeded in NOVEMBER! For $400 in blind boxes. I can attach those screen shots. I never recieved those blind boxes. Now she wants to send them. That doesn’t cover the $800. *** Has done this with everyone. She doesn’t get to keep people’s money. The only reason I was refunded through *** is because *** put her at fault. She can’t prove she has sent them. She continues to behave in this manner. I will only accept my money. I will reject the blind boxes that took her 3 MONTHS to send me. So they will be shipped back to her return address. Even if I did accept $400 in blind boxes I’m still missing over $400. Also I have written statements from the post master that what she states was shipped only had labels printed but never actually made it to the post office.

Besides providing the proof of the messages that I attached in my last response, where we were finalizing the details of the boxes for ***'s credit in January, I'd like to provide tracking proving that they were delivered to her.

After sending these boxes and providing a refund in the amount of $104.87 to *** as well as several emails sent back and forth with her admitting that she had received items that she had originally listed as missing we consider this issue with *** resolved. As mentioned in my last email to ***, any further contact with *** should be done through our attorneys.

I am rejecting this response because: I did in fact respond that a couple of items I ended up not all. shes dong her best to try and cover her rear. she has stole from several people. I'm in the process of filing theft charges. She couldn't provide me tracking for the invoices I listed. we never made an agreement for the items I listed. What *** made her refund me for was also not listed. what is listed is what I am still missing with no refund or items. Its quite irritating that busineeses like her are allowed to be ran. She has scammed many people. ***s husband and sister in law are also going to be served if I don't get my money because they all aided in the theft. Its not just me there are hundreds of us. She manipulates everyone she can and keeps their money. I wont be another one of the stories. Several of us have been in contact with the Attorney General and they have explained how to press charges. Again everything I attached NO agreement was made for except the boxes whch yes I got but I'm still missing over $400 in orders after you subtract what the boxes she sent me equal. which is still a class C Felony amount.

I have 3 orders from as early as May, 2019 that I have not received. I contacted the business owner multiple times and have been told that refunds have been processed. I have not received any refunds. I cannot dispute with Paypal as the timeline is out of date. I can no longer get anyone from the business to communicate with me.

Invoice number *** was refunded through the *** invoice. The remaining $49 was sent friends and family through ***.

She sells items and claims to have it sent out within 10-12 days but that is far from when she actually does. For example I purchased 3 pairs of leggings on October 22nd. I received An email at the end of November with a tracking number. The label was just created and never dropped off at the post office. After emailing December 8th and never receiving a response a week later I filled a Pay Pal claim. It stayed open until December 23rd when she actually mailed the package. Worse business I’ve dealt with.

I never had an issue up until I never received an order I placed back in June 2019, I emailed multiple times to which I got the responses”we are sorting through them” “they are shipped” etc I never received anything months later and so I emailed again and she responded”you should have received that, I can send it out right away or give you a bigger size or refund etc I’m sos sorry”.(beginning of November) To which I opted for a refund and she said she sent it on PayPal and I never received it, she then went on to ignore all my emails up until the beginning of January when I requested through PayPal a refund. She selected “goods and services” when REFUNDING me so PayPal would take a percentage of the refund I received. Directly after sending the so called refund she blocked me and for some reason my husband on all social media.
She ignored my emails still then finally responded today January 28th that my full refund came out fo her account that I would need to take it up with PayPal about the fee she caused and that I made a comment on social media supposedly that got me blocked. (Stalker much!!!) No explanation for my not even relevant husband being blocked. I have all the email and screenshots from PayPal to prove. If it would allow me to give zero stars I would.

The full refund of $28 came out of my account to Ms.. The $1.11 paypal fee that she was charged will have to be taken up with PayPal. They do charge a fee for being able to use their services. Ms. was removed from the group after very publicly complaining about the $1.11. My personal social media is deactivated, they are not blocked, which is irrelevant since that's not how I handle customer services questions or concerns.

I have 8 invoices that I have been emailing for months for updates on statuses, shipping, and refunds.

I get a couple emails that don't get follow through or resolution then no replies. I have been contacting this company for MONTHS with TONS of emails. Promised refunds and see nothing.

Products from the 8 invoices I have detailed total $166.25. Also a VIP "Membership" that turned out to be useless for $12.

Purchases run from 6/3/19 to 10/7/19.

VIP Memberships are non refundable and agreed to upon joining VIP. The VIP post states that it's non transferable and non refundable. I will need all missing invoice numbers in order to verify that product has not been delivered.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. At first I loved this company. But, after not being sent an item and the lack of response from Jennifer I finally had to go to my bank to get my money back bc she refused to respond to my emails. I would not recommend doing business with Taylor Tots.

I have emailed multiple times. I have an email from her saying she will not be sending any of my items because she does not have them. I asked about a refund and she has ignored me for the past month. I want my product or my money back and she refuses to do either one.

Great shop, friendly staff, great quality, and receive all my items in a timely manner. Recommend this company to everyone I know.

I ordered childrens clothing from Taylor Tots over the course of 2019. Some orders were filled and others were not with the knowledge they would take some time. After January 1st I requested and was promised refunds for 12 unfilled orders. I was refunded 2 orders and then deleted and blocked from the group. Taylor Tots still owes me 161 dollars for 10 unfilled oreders.

I ordered a ready to ship JoJo set for my daughter. It came quickly and is even more beautiful in person. She loves it!! We will continue to buy from Taylor Tots!

Worst customer service I have ever received. They promise your products by a certain date and three months later nothing!!

I ordered and paid for a cheerleader uniform for my daughter in June 2019. I was supposed to receive the item in 8 weeks max. When I still hadn’t received the item in October I started emailing Taylor Tots. This is the only way you can communicate with them. They did reply and say the item was in, but they were still sorting . So I allowed some time for that. I emailed again and was told she thought they shipped it but didn’t have a tracking number, so they’d ship one out ASAP. Still nothing . So I asked for a follow up again , they stopped responding. They led me on just long enough for it to be 180 days after the *** transaction so I could no longer dispute the transaction. Now they have blocked me from their page.

I have made several purchases with the company over the last couple of years. Last year starting around late summer early fall I started noticing I was not getting items that I had paid for. I have contacted the seller on several occasions about these items and either received, I will get that out to you tomorrow (which didn't happen) or received not response at all. I have been combing through the rest of her purchases. These purchases show attached tracking delivered to her confirmed address in *** in Humphrey Arkansas.

The tracking number provided was tied to Invoice number *** for the aqua maroon floral set size 3T however when I received it was a 2nd Grinch dress still not the Aqua maroon set I had ordered. I want to be able to help you to resolve your issues, but some things aren't adding up on our end. There are two tracking numbers attached to the Aqua/Maroon Floral sets. You have listed you didn't get either for a total of $20. In your response, you said you did not get the 3t. Did you receive either of these? If so, you wouldn't have been missing $20 there. We are combing through each invoice to offer the best resolution possible for you.

I am rejecting this response because: I only received the size 8 in the Ainu Maroon the 2nd tracking was a duplicate grinch outfit that I had to mail back to you and my own expense. The $20 on item is the total for the invoice I originally received so I am not looking for the full $20, only the item 3T or a $10 refund for the item not received.

I have ordered more than 25 items from this business and did not receive all of them. I emailed and would get the same responses like "Everything is in we are working on sorting and shipping" sometimes I would even be given a round about time frame for items to be shipped.like "we should be caught up on all orders by the end of the week". Was promised refunds that were never received. Because of this promises that that things were in and that they would be caught up in the next week or so I waited. And waited and waited until it was to late to file paypal claims on all items. I did receive a refund on 2 items and thought a third one but the owner put tracking from another package on the third item so that it looks like I received it. Items I did not receive include... Dumbo set, 2 ruffle jackets, Boo dress, Forky outfit,Teal pumpkin raglan and dress, 5 of the Meet me at that pumpkin patch shirts, thats the ones I remember off the top of my head. The Forky out fit shows tracking but we recieved Grinch pjs in that package. I emailed her about that and she never responded. I have all emails between the owner and I am I have the listed items I was waiting on in the last few emails. She wants to drag you along so either you forget that you ordered or it becomes to late to file a paypal claim. When I filed the paypal claim she put tracking of another package in one not recieved so I was unable to get refunded that. I just want all my orders not received refunded. Now she won't respond to email after blocking my from the facebook page for filing a paypal complaint

I have the emails asking about these items over and over and continually told items were in and they were shipping things out. I have one email that states the items have been packed away in the basement boxes (for next year I guess). I want to see shipping info on all items under my name. I’m not asking for anything I did receive and I received the majority. I’m just asking for things I did not receive! I have been more than understanding that things fall behind time frames and that things might get lost. The things I am owed are things that never were posted as shipped to my pay pal or her Facebook page. She also never posted those items as extras.

All tracking numbers are provided under the specific invoice number. I can have PayPal forward a report stating tracking numbers, that the address is verified through PayPal, and how much postage was paid. This is also readily available to the consumer.

I am attaching a screenshot of my *** Activity log; obviously, it shows there has been no additional refund since 01/14/2020. At that time, part of the original amount I was owed was refunded ($12), but I am still waiting on the remaining $36. The shop owner has stated through email numerous times that I have been refunded, and also said that in her response to my complaint on here, which as you can see in my attachment, is not the case.

I ordered a dress and a shirt from the company, but never received the shirt. I would like a refund for the shirt. It was a grinch raglan ordered and paid for on June 18, 2019. I received the dress on December 23, 2019, but not the shirt.

is a liar and a ***! She does not run her "business" ethically or treat her customers like human beings with feelings. She has stolen over $150 of my hard earned money from me after I had ordered multiple clothing items from her. She promised she would send them out to me immediately but never did. She also sent incorrect sizes and orders with missing items. She guaranteed that she would resend the missing/correct items/sizes but never did, then refused to resend the correct sizes after the items were sent back at the buyers (my) expense saying I had already received my items. After multiple contacts with her, she guaranteed me that she would refund me through PayPal. This also never happened. She treated me like I was ignorant by telling me that PayPal transactions take several days to go through. Which is not the case, they are almost instant. She however continued to guarantee me a refund that never came. After which she stopped replying me to my emails, began deleting my comments that were posted on Facebook. Once I filed for a refund on PayPal, she immediately (within five minutes) deleted AND blocked me from the Taylor Tots page where no contact could be made with her. She lied to PayPal saying that the items had been sent, however; tracking numbers could not be produced. *** closed her store front on January 11, 2020, which is another alarming sign that impending failure of this so called "company" is happening. Don't forget this is exactly what happened to the online "businesses" *** and ***.
All items that she is marking up two to three times the price and selling on her online "store" can be bought through actual businesses like *** and *** for much less. They ship and arrive much quicker, you don't have to wait a year to get your item and size up two to three sizes with the fear your child will out grow it before you get it. They will actually replace or refund money lost or unreceived items. STOP BUYING FROM THIS CONARTIST! STOP risking your hard earned money on the chance you may get your item.
DON'T BUY FROM TAYLOR TOTS!

I love their selection and their pricea cant be beat! They are very professional and very personable which is amazing, considering the size of the clientele! Great shop!

They do not send your products in a timely manner and sometimes you never even receive the product at all. I have had several items that took a year to recieve or even get a response to send me a refund. I have one final product I order 7 months ago and still have not recieved it. When I contacted the seller they refused to give me the refund and the blocked me from the business page and will no longer answer my emails. I would suggest never to buy anything from Taylor tots.

Beautiful and affordable children’s clothing! My favorite online boutique for all 3 of my girls. Friendly staff always there to answer questions in a timely manner.
