LOVE this small shop! I have two daughters 11 months apart and this is my favorite place to shop for items that match/coordinate for my girls! I have recommended them to a LOT of my Mama friends that are also on a budget.

One issue-I had received an item that the print appeared smeared in one place. I contacted the shop owner and she told me that she would check her shop to see if she had another 2t she could mail me. She emailed me back that evening and said that she did not have it and apologized and issued a refund really quickly! Amazing customer service if you ask me!

I am a local customer and I actually know the girls who run Taylor Tots personally. I have stopped by the house when they are sorting and packaging orders like crazy! I have ordered about 30 items (picky boy mom here) and love everything that I have gotten.

You do have to wait on the items to arrive, some things take longer than others, but they are very responsive to emails and everything I have gotten has been excellent quality!

I will always support this group of hard working moms!

We love Taylor Tots! This business has been able to provide quality and cute clothing for my children all around the world. They are ALWAYS fast to respond to emails and are very upfront with their shipping and delivery process. If I could have my daughters entire wardrobe from them I would. I am constantly getting compliments and recommending people to the group! They are the best ever.

I have two girls ages 10 and 18m and a boy age 3 and have shopped with Taylor Tots for over 5 years! The cutest clothes at the best prices. I have shopped in their store twice and they are always very nice. If there is ever an issue with orders the owner is very quick to resolve it and she's always been very kind to me. I have recommended Taylor Tots to all of my friends.

We love Taylor Tots! I have been shopping with them since they opened and not once have I been disappointed. My little girls closet it full of clothes from Taylor Tots!! Jenna and her team work around the clock to get us good deal and adorable clothes!

I've shopped with TT for years and not only are they the nicest people ever they work so hard to get super low prices for and truly care about their customers!

Absolutely love Jenna and her team! We have been shopping here for Atleast 3 years! Great quality outfits and a super friendly group of girls! I have spent $1000s of dollars with them and only had one issue! It was fixed immediately!

Taylor Tots is such an amazing small shop! Anything I have ever ordered has come in within the allotted TAT and if I’ve ever needed to size up because my baby has grown faster than expected, they quickly did that for me. I love all of their styles they offer and such amazing prices, especially since I shop for 3 girls.

I have orded 11 items from this store, they were a rough total of $113. They were supposed to be delivered in May/early June. I have contacted the owner several times and when they would be shipped. She keeps saying she is working on it. I have asked for a refund, since these items will no longer fit my daughter and she will not issue a refund. At this point Unwound like my money back.

Terrible customer service!
Do not take responsibility for their issues and make excuses for items not being delivered.
I ordered an item on March 1 that said 3-4 week delivery. I waited almost 10 weeks before asking where my item was giving her the benefit of the doubt that they were just overwhelmed.
I received a response on May 10 that they were working hard on shipping and my item was in and they would have everyone’s shipped out by the following week. So I waited.... in the meantime someone else posted issues on a public forum about how they have giveaways and never anyone announced that they won (recently did a $509 GC giveaway and no winner announced) they stated the person wanted to be anonymous....
so then on June 3 I think?, I emailed again very agitated and didn’t receive a response. (They did state they were busy answering emails) So I posted on a public forum that I hadn’t received my items and to be cautious to people commenting because they will block and delete you from their online *** group if anything negative is posted. 15 min after posting I was refund most of my money and blocked. Couldn’t answer an email but was able to block and partial refund within 15 min....
anyways I also ordered an item April 1 (posting date) that said that following mon/tues the items would be in and shipped. We are into early June and still nothing either. I spent $70 on the items I wanted weeks (and months) for.
Very poor customer service and took zero responsibility for their issues other than stating some people lied on the post and they were contacting their attorney.
Rather than fix their issues they were focused on legal action.
I would NOT recommend this business!!
I felt this review was necessary due to the fact they have 16k online *** followers and felt like people should be able to locate info on them!
Any negative question or comment/concern is automatically deleted from their page so you’d never have a clue there were issues if you were local like I am and from others issues and word of mouth in a local forum.
