Please beware of doing business with Lisa Leonard DesignsI placed an order on 12/6/for two ringsOn 12/20/16, I received a package with only one ring in it, but the packing slip indicated that both rings were in the packageThe value of the ring that was missing from the package was just under $I immediately called the customer service phone number that was on the packing slip, but got a voice message saying that "due to the busyness of the holiday season" I would not be able to leave a messageI was told to send an email but that it could take up to hours to get a response backI emailed the company and it took hours to get a responseThe email response was off-base, indicating that the agent who replied had not read my email carefullyThis was a very negative shopping experienceI did not receive the product I ordered in time for Christmas; and the customer service was extremely poor

I would love to say that service and shipping are slow but the product is greatUnfortunately after one month I have still not received my order nor has anyone provided me a tracking number Also, they don't take phone calls or voicemailsThis is odd and I am skeptical about this outfit

Complaint: 11433183 I am rejecting this response... because: you have handled this whole situation poorly! I'd be embarrassed and much more! You can ship out poorly done rings in 7 days but you couldn't correct them in 7 days? You stated my rings were a priority!? Then why do I not have a gift to give my mother and mother in law! When someone orders for a special occasion from your company and gets poorly misspelled rings you should have made it right and I should have my rings to give as gifts tomorrow! But I don't!! I believe I got the fake shipping email to make me think that my rings had shipped so I'd stop asking about them! It's so wrong!!! Danielle also told me Monday that my rings were being created but when I asked about tracking on Thursday she stated they weren't even being worked in yet and that must of been a glitch email!!! How do you send out a fake email about shipping really??? I should not have been penalized for yawls mistakes you should've made my rings and ship them out and I should receive them point-blank!!! So not only was the product not up to par, The customer service and the delivery is just as bad! Honestly I don't think there is anyway to make that right because you have made Mother's Day a complete fail and the fact that I have no gift! Yes it does matter when you're trying to make that day an awesome day! So I will take a full refund but I want to be assured that my rings are going to get here with in the next week! Period!!! The customer received an incomplete orderAfter going back and forth, we agreed that we would refund the order in fullThis happened on 12/The refund was delayed because the customer took action with Paypal before we were able to refund the full amountWhen it is in Paypal's hands, the process can take much longer and we are removedFull correspondence attached

I inadvertantly made a duplicate order of a ring on a recent Saturday afternoon I made a cancellation request less than hours later early Sunday morning Lisa Leonard denied the cancellation request claiming that work had already been started on the duplicate ring, and I'd have to return it after it was delivered in order to get a refund It strains credulity that a) work on the ring was started late on a weekend afternoon, and b) the company's systems cannot allow cancellation before shipment, and c) the company would rather create the product, pay for shipment, and wait for return before issuing a refund I have not yet received either ring at this time I will return them both Hopefully, the refunds will be issued

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the PDF of our email exchanges was not the "full correspondence" as Lisa Leonard indicates There were several more emails written previous to their offer of 25% off and the tracking number.I initially received automated messages to my email sent 12/12, after replying to their automated message I actually heard back from a person on 12/ who said the gifts were "on track to be delivered before Christmas" and that "you will receive a shipping confirmation shortly".On 12/I emailed again and requested that someone please call me, but I received no phone call On 12/I received an email from the same person who responded on 12/indicating that the items had been shipped and she included a tracking numberI was so relieved! THEN when I tried to track the package the following day (12/23) I figured out that it was the WRONG tracking numberShe sent me tracking number of an items I had already received on 12/(I had ordered items and had only received 1)There was NO shipment of the items I was waiting forI alerted them to this on 12/23, I received an automated message about wishing customers a Merry Christmas and then the exchange on the PDF that Lisa Leonard included was the end of our communicationOn 12/I received the CORRECT tracking number and the package arrived the next day.I have received the package and the 25% credit, so that part is now resolved, HOWEVER I DO NOT ACCEPT THE RESPONSE MADE BY THE BUSINESS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ACCURATELY PORTRAY THE EXTENT OF THE EXCHANGE, NOR DOES IT SHOW ANY REMORSE OR APOLOGY FOR SUCH LOUSY BUSINESS PRACTICES.I also have a question, how does this business have an A+ rating with Revdex.com when there are so MANY similar complaints listed? My sisters and I ordered a necklace from here for Mother's DayThey promised that it would arrive before thenWe got the necklace a week after Mother's DayWhen we finly received it we were to embarrassed to even give it to our motherIt looked NOTHING like what was promised to usAfter emailing, times, calling customer service numerous times and Facebooking, we have yet to get a response on how they are going to make this right***responded one time to a post saying to private message her and then nothing happened when we did I can honestly say this is the first time I have written a BAD review about any companyThey are unprofessional in not getting back to you, but have no problems taking your moneyAll we want is a refund!!

I had placed an order for non-personalized necklaces I realized less than hours later that I needed to add one more charm to my order and they would not change nor cancel the order They told me that I could reorder the necklaces and pay for them twice and then return the necklaces that I receive Wow!! Really?!? You mean you started on the necklaces right when I placed the order? I should be receiving the jewelry very quick, not like others who received it very late This really stinks because if they had better customer service and were willing to help I probably would place more orders with them There pieces look beautiful, if they are all made cheaply they will all go back I would not buy from Lisa Leonard Designs company

This business seems to be a scam, after reviewing other customer complaints online it seems this company charges a person's card but then never delivers the specific item that was orderedI ordered a necklace on 11/25/16, was told it would take 2-weeks to be delivered, and have yet to receive the item after a monthWhen trying to contact the company the phone number goes to an automated message that will not take voicemailsWhen emailing the company the response is also an automated messageWhen responding to said message the reply was a different automated message saying, "you should receive shipping details in an email shortly," I never received an email and have yet to find out any details on my orderI was a refund but cannot get ahold of anyoneThis is a fraud and I am pissed

I ordered the infinity ring with stones and I received my ring on July 28 and there is a stone missing out if the ring. I contacted the owner and she said she couldn't do anything and I needed to contact customer service regarding the issue. The ring is cheaply made and not sure the stone will hold even if I got a replacement. I have not heard back from customer service. I paid over $100 for this ring and I would not say it's worth that. I asked for a full refund or a replacement but I'm not convinced the replacement will be much better. I'm really disappointed!

I ordered a bracelet on 11/11/I have filed numerous inquiries as to where my bracelet is and when I can expect delivery and no one can tell me the answer to those basic questions They keep saying it is in productionTheir own FAQ says production can take up to days, and it has been days since I ordered I don't believe this company is reputable or even existing in California
