On 2/1/I was told that my order was in transit and I would receive it the second week of February
On 2/17/I was notified that a refund would be issued but it would take 10-days for that to happen
I do not understand why it will take so long to get the refundMy bank account was debited instantly by these people, seems they can return the money faster than 10-days
There needs to be criminal charges filed against them for all of the money they have gotten from peopleThat in my book is theft
