I ordered two items in November I never received my order, even though the tracking on their site says complete Their required fields to contact them on their site won't let you type anything in the subject box so that you can talk to a person and my chat requests have gone unanswered You also cannot call to speak to anyone The email I was sent says to days for shipment
Like a few other people that have commented, I placed an order for dog beds at the end of October & have not received my orderI've called about it timesI got the same story about the items being damaged that someone else also wrote aboutI was assured that my order would arrive on December 5th, but it didn't

FLIP THE TREND***I was also one of the people scammed by Flip the Trend back in December I purchased a dog bed from them, and have never received it The order when I check it always says completed Wish I would've known Do not do any type of business with this company Guess it's a lesson learned

I ordered free dog beds from this company in January 1st, I just had to pay shipping and they immediately withdrew the funds from my accountOn January 12th, I still had not received the product so I emailed them and asked for a tracking number as the ad had said product would be received in 6-days via express shippingThey replied saying they were out of stock due to there being more product ordered than they had planned forThey said it would be approximately weeks but if I didn't want to wait they would issue a refund but ship the product anyway when it came inI told them I did not mind waiting an additional weeksWell, on Feb11th, I still had nothingI emailed them again and told them just to give me a refund because I was tired of dealing with themThey apologized and stated that the beds had already been shipped but they would still issue a refund and to allow - days for the refund to hit my accountThey promised to keep me updated on everything s
I purchased a dog bed from Flip the trend on November 1, for $3.99, order #*** In the order confirmation email it states Shipping will be via express shipping (6-days) I did not receive the bed within that time frame so I reached out to flip the trend to inquire about it I was then told, the item was on back order and it will be to my house no later than 11/26/ It is now 11/and I have not received the bed In the mist of this going on I have found a GROUP of people that this has also happened to, who are now all getting the run around with extended delivery dates and not a response back when asking for refunds All we want is our money back for a product that we feel was a scam!
