This letter is regarding my order placed on December 17, through Flip the Trend They were offering free dog beds, only pay the shipping I have included the invoice emailed to me on December 17, I emailed them on February 6, asking where the product is I received a return email on February 7, stating the calculated ETA based on your location is by the last week of February On March 3, I emailed them again asking if the order was on it’s way That email rejected saying it wasn’t a valid email address Today, March 9th, I decided to check this company online and found 100’s of complaints through the Revdex.com The majority of the complaintees stated they were going to dispute the charges, so I decided that was probably my best route alsoI did make one last attempt to email and it was, once again, kicked back as undeliverable I have included, as requested, all pertinent emails regarding this dispute
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I purchased "High Quality Dog Bed Sofa Mat for All Dog Breeds" on October 23, and I've not received any of my itemsIt is now Jan 25, and not tracking number nor a refundI've sent numerous emails requesting for a refund or tracking number and have not received on reply from this companyDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
