I ordered dog beds from flip the trend on nov.1st and almost months later I still have not received themI have tried to contact there email address times and never received an answerI was given a phone number and it just rangNow it says it's disconnectedThere is no chat anymore on there website to be able to talk to someone This place is a ripoffAt first I was told if I didn't receive my dog beds by Dec5th I would receive a refundNever was able to get ahold of anyone after thatThey took my money but I have no productRippoff

Fraudulent company!! Takes your money does not deliver! Do not order from them !!! Order a dog bed 12/12/still not here and no reply to live chat

I ordered dog beds from this company in OctoberI emailed them in December about not being delivered yet and was told that it was on back order even tho I got a notice that me order was sent in OctoberNow it's March and I still don't have the beds, didn't get a refund, and there is no longer a site for them so that I can get into contact

I purchased dog beds on Dec19, Weeks passed and I emailed the company through their websiteI received an email stating they were backlogged with all of the publicity they receivedI was assured I would get my product within weeksThe two weeks came and went and I emailed againAgain they responded and stated they would refund my money but STILL send the product as they wanted HAPPY customersSERIOUSLY?! Still nothing and today the email AND website is not longer in use!!

I've ordered a bed for my dog more than a month ago I tried a few times to get in touch with them as item was not received after they finally did I got emails one saying that my item is on the way 2nd that order is cancelled and a refund will be issued which I did not give my consent for! I replied that I want the product not the money back but no response from a week ago and no item receivedAfter reading the reviews I realised that everyone who bought from them never got their items!

I also ordered beds from them on December first 2017, it is now February and still no bedsHave emailed several times and get a "canned" response" twice after emailing and messaging them over times they apologized said that my refund was on the way and even gave me a date both times when to expect it...guess what, more lies Even better, they tell me this product is out of stock, but yet it is still for sale on their site....This company, IF it's even a company are out to just take your money and you will never receive the product, just a lot of liesI really did not want to leave them even one star, if they had a minus stars I would have chose that I would never recommend this site to anyone

Ordered THREE items over days agoSelected express shipping, paid $and it was supposed to arrive in 6-daysNothing arrived, contacted supportThey said it should be there any day and there was a delayWeeks later and still no products and now no one responds to messages

they are a scam they take your money an dont ship the protect when they suppose towhen asked about why you have not recieved your purchase they dont answer until you tell them you are reporting them to the Revdex.com an tell them you know they are a scam an that you want a refund

This is a scam never received any of my order and they told me product was damaged and it'll be longer, now they will not answer any emails

I placed an order for dog beds on 10/29/2017, using my credit card My emailed receipt shows a delivery of 6-days After waiting and waiting, and not receiving my purchase, I tried for several days to make contact with the company both by phone and by chat On 12-13-2017, I chatted online with Sarah, who told me that my order was in batch 32, and they were presently working on batch orders She stated that they were backlogged because of so many orders received, and that my package would be shipped out quickly As of today, May 22, 2018, I still have not received said package I have also found that their website has been shut down as of 3-18-
