I ordered a dog bed on the 5th Feb, I knew it was too good to be true I feel scammed as have tried to email them and it just bounces backWhy are Facebook letting them still advertise on their site if they are fraudsters????

November 17th I purchase a dog bed from them and have never received my orderThe 1st email I sent them was answered with an apology and that shipment with my order on it was damagedI was very understanding as crap happens sometimesAnother month went by, December 22nd, I contacted them again and the response I got this time was that the shipment was in transit and that my order would be shipped soonAnother month goes by, February 11th 2018, and I email them yet again and their response was that my order was in transit and I should receive it by the end of FebruaryHere it is March 29th with no dog bedI try to email them again, and their email address can't be found along with their Facebook page and websiteSo now I have no way of contacting for them to get my order or a refund

I ordered dog beds on 10- I have contacted them on, 10-27, 11-and 12- They originally said they were low on the dog beds Now I can't get them to respond All I want is my refund

I ordered a product and its been a year when I spoke to whoever these people are they told me it was comingIm not sure why this is happening and no one is getting the law involvedI want what I ordered or my money backWhy do I even have to ask this

I made two orders back in October for a "giveaway " dog bed where you only pay shipping I never received the dog beds ,the first time I contacted the company it was past the days of delivery time I was promised ,they said the orders we're damaged and I was promised a new eta and was told the eta would not be changed and if I did not receive my items on time I could get a full refund no questions asked This eta has passed to items delivered no tracting and my order says competed So I contact the company again and was told the same thing with a new eta a month out! Mine items should have already been shipped and delivered and they are giving me the exact same response they did the first time but a month out???? No I asked for my full refund as promised and I was questioned on it and when u told them if they did not refund me I'd report them to Revdex.com and they're response was to proceed with my Revdex.com report This company should be shut down they don't send what you paid for they just steal your money and give you the run around excuses as to where your products are

I ordered a dog bed from this company and had interactions with them during the time I was waiting for the order, they explained that due to high volume in orders it was on back order but assured me it would be here by 3rd week in feb so I tried to email them back to inquire about it and they’re no longer reachable

I ordered a dog bed on Dec 3rd, They took my money and I never received the product!!! I have contacted them three times They sent me a generic email asking me if I wanted my money back I have told them YES and I still have NOT received my money back, They are scammers!!!
