I ordered dog beds from www.flipthetrend.com on November 11, at 9:48pm, order # *** My order total was $9.98, paid by ***I have not yet received my order I contacted customer service on November at 2:15pm through their chat (because I could not locate a phone number for them), and was told “the estimated time of arrival is December 4, The ETA is final and hereby will not subject to any changes If you don’t receive the items within this time frame you can request for a full refund no questions asked.” The company will not get back to me, and their chat no longer works I just want a full refund of $back
I purchased an item from this company and after weeks and no product I contacted the company and was told there was a delay, I waited more weeks and still no product, so I did a search on *** and found many more similar cases as my ownI emailed the company and demanded a refund and if I didn't get the refund I would proceed with legal ramificationsThey sent me an email telling me my obscene behavior was unwarranted and that if I said anything else they would pursue a lawsuit against ME!!!! I feel that if the company was just to read the first reviews and/or complaints they would see that they had no chance at winning a case against me....I never used profanity, I just demanded a refund immediately, and if I didn't receive it in days I would pursue legal actions against themNothing obscene about that

I did a 'Live Chat' and got the run around I really angered them when I threatened to report them to the Revdex.com My order status has not changed It's been sitting on 'Completed' for months now

I attempted to go to their website and could no longer find it and instead found all sorts of articles about it being a scam
I ordered dog beds and received a guaranteed 6-day delivery I had to contact the company three times after my order was placed I was told that the beds were damaged (their shipment received) and that they were waiting for new beds but would be within the 6-day delivery window Second time I contacted them they guaranteed delivery of 11/26/ The third time I tired to reach them has been without success The chat window is not working and I am unable to send them an email through their 24/contact form as the form will not allow me to fill in all the blocks required I have received nothing but they have stolen my money
