I ordered large dogs on October they keep saying 1st shipment was damaged will resend..never received they dont return any information..its a scam

I had ordered dog beds on Nov 1stDidn't receive themI was able to chat with them and they said they had received some damaged ones and that it has been taken care of and I would receive my items by Nov 26thIt is now Dec and I have emailed and tried to chat but they have not emailed back and they're always offline nowI have requested my money back but nothing yet

I placed orders on 11/19/They were supposed to be delivered in 6-days but they have not been received as of 1/18/I have contacted them via email times with no resolution or responseThe number that is on this website is a non working numberThey do not list another number anywhere on the website

I ordered two pet beds on January 22, I emailed them mid February asking about status of shippingI was told it should be delivered the end of FebruaryToday is March 11, Their website is no longer available and any email sent gets sent back as undeliverable

No shipment and cannot get ahold of anyoneAll excellent five star reviews on their site, but I tried to leave a negative one which they never posted! Call your bank cancel card cause I don't know what they will do with personal informationWhat a scam!

I have emailed and chated several times to flip the trend and was finally answered telling me delayed shipments .I track my order an d it says completed but I have not received it and once again I cannot get them to answer me

I give this place no stars as they do not deserve any stars at all Their company, if you really want to call it that are liars and stole all of our money I also placed an order on December 4th for a dog bed and never received it I have sent them emails and now they are no longer in business They ripped all of us off and slithered away taking all of our money! DO NOT ORDER from them ever!! Not unless you like to give your money away as they will promise the beds, then they will assure you that your money will be in back in your account with in hours and you never see it! If I could I would not give it any stars as it does not ever rate star, but it won't go through unless I give it a star

Made orders on line with this company and have not received anything from them, I would like a refund from them and would like them scammers stopped

I also ordered a dog bed, and what I thought was a great price, only to not receive it I sent them an email in January stating that I had ordered quite awhile ago, and the answering email stated that I should receive my dog bed by the third week in FebruaryOver the last 3-days, I have been trying to email them asking where my dog bed was as I had yet to receive it, only to have my email returned to me stating undeliverable!!! This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
