HORRIBLE COMPANY TO ORDER FROMI ordered a Dogs bed on 12/03/and they told me weeks for deliveryI emailed them after weeks and they said "We had an issue with deliveryThey are due in next week"Emailed again weeks after that "Oh it's getting ready to ship out"Now their email doesn't even workIt bounced back as undeliverableI have all the emails to prove it

I ordered a dog bed and never received the dog bedI contacted them numerous times and no responseI tried chat and they are always closed

I paid shipping for an item that I never receivedMy order has been listed as "complete" and waiting for shipping for weeksThis company is a rip off!

I never got my product and lots of others are having same problem too .said they refunded my money but yet to see it .or my two xxxl dog beds .every time I try to contact them I just get the run around from them or never on line .plus said to express delivery but never got it .when I ordered on nov 5th here its the 26th now of nov .said I should get today the 26th told them no mail on sunday .said oh then I dont know then .they are rude when u try to find out where your beds are at

Well another one got scammed...yep me!! Ordered one in JanuaryShould have known it was too good to be true! Haven't received it either

Wish you could do ZERO STARS Do not order from Flip the trend Not only had it been months of them telling me every month that items will be here at the end of each month they do not reimburse you back even though in emails they say they will Now you can't even go to their website anymore It is no longer up This is a scam company and I typically would have never ordered from them but I figured for once I will take a chance...BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART! Should have stuck with my if it sounds too good to be true then it is motto and DO NOT BUY!

I ordered dog beds January 5, 2018, their tracking system states that order number *** was completed on January 5, It is now, January 21,the website does not respond to my emailI will wait the a few more days then dispute charges and file with Revdex.com
