Our agent (Zach) is very friendly and responsive. He always responds to calls/texts/emails promptly, and got our refinance processed very quickly and without delay, even amidst the current COVID-19 shutdown. The entire experience was perfect. Thank you Zach!

Started back in September of 2019. I am excluding names just titles.
9/4/19 Started with Loan Officer, to refinance house to include solar panels I just financed thru them (get one loan)
9/30/19 Started with loan processor
10/3/19 Got appraisal back then following week Loan officer called and said I had to be in home for a year.
We moved in December 2018
1/16/20 contacted same loan officer cause I have been in home over a year.
2/5/20 Same loan processor e-mailed me (They have loan approval)
2/11/20 Loan processor sent for me to e-sign documents.
2/12/20 Was last I heard from this loan processor
2/21/20 Received a call from a new loan Processor, Was told I do have to make mortgage payment this month, that it would be closing on the 24th and I would be receiving $192 back.
I have been holding on to the money, I usually pay before the 15th, but the Loan officer told me to hold off on paying.
So on 2/22/20 I used the money I had for my payment, and used it to pay another bill.
2/22/20 received a closing disclosure in the mail, Closing date 2/24/2020, Disbursement date 2/28/20, had settlement agent info, and that I would receive $192.35 at closing.
2/24/20 Did not hear anything about closing
2/25/20 E-mailed Loan officer after not hear anything still
2/26/20 Finally called me and saying yet some other issue.
2/27/20 Telling me I need to pay my mortgage, I let him know I spent it on another bill because we were suppose to close on the 24th.
2/28/20 Went a got an installment loan, over 100% interest so I could pay my mortgage that day.( This cost me over $1000)
3/13/20 Loan officer called saying they couldn't do loan, but could do a Stream-Line loan
3/16/20 E-mail Loan officer about stream-line details
3/23/20 Another Loan processor
4/1/20 Yet another Loan Processor
4/8/20 Call from Loan Processor, say waiting on one item.
14 minutes later, Loan officer calls saying they can't do it because of who has my loan now.
So needless to say, I have wasted several months, damaged my credit score because I know of at least 2 times they pulled my credit if not more.
Late fees I incurred from my mortgage for following they directions.
Plus having to take out a quick high interest loan, pulled credit again and costing over $1000 in interest

Loanpal is wonderful. Everyone was friendly and made sure we got the best rate for our refinance. I felt like they were very transparent with all our costs, and felt good about our choice to use them.
