Very smooth process, with friendly and knowledgable agents who were always available to help.
We recently refinanced our home with Loanpal. Nathan kept us informed by phone and e-mail through out the whole process and even accepted texts after hours. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Nathan and trust that he will give them the best quality of service as he did us.
They were very patient. Very friendly and new their job very well. Would recommend them to anyone

I paid for two dust masks on 4//2020 the price came to $38.85.... I haven’t received any info about my product since... I’ve tried to reach out via email thru a link that was on my original confirmation page when I paid for the order but the email I send keeps coming back to me saying undelivered mail return to sender as tho their email isn’t legit & I’ve tried sending them an email on different phones, I entered the email manually as well as pressing the direct link on the confirmation page & it all comes back the same way. If their only form of contact is thru email & their email is fake what am I suppose to do? All though I need a mask, Ik now I got scammed & I was really just looking for my $ back but they have to be stopped because how many other ppl are they doing this to.

I secured a solar loan with this company, and it is attached to my Mortgage as lien. I am in the middle of securing a new loan for my home and the loan I got causes lending issues the way it is attached to my home as a lien. I am in good standing on my loan and called to get the current payoff on Friday because I need to pay it off so I can finish my new home loan and was told it can take 24-48 hours now its Tuesday and I called twice and was told there is nobody there that can supply me with the payoff. At this point I am trapped paying interest on a loan that should be payed off, but they will not give me the payoff to appease my underwriter.

The filing that Mr. is referring to is a UCC-1 filing for the solar equipment on the house which was included as a requirement in the loan documents Mr. signed. It is not a lien but does have to be removed in order to refinance a mortgage or sell a house. Loanpal has a procedure to help our customers with these tasks, which does take a little time to complete. This request was rushed and completed. if this is not the case, please have Mr. reach out to me directly at *** and I will personally handle for him.

There are signs that are put up all over the town I live in
This sign saids "FREE ROOF GOVERNMENT PROGRAM" and it has a number to call at the bottom of each sign. I called the number and spoke with someone name ***. He told me about several government programs that was offered in the area that would help me get a new roof for FREE. He said he needed general information about me to determine whether or not I had been the actual owner of the home. He asked for the last 4 of my social security number...I asked him why he needed it and He explained that it was all part of their verification process. A few minutes after we spoke, I received an alert from Experian stating that a Inquiry was made against my Credit Report from LoanPal and it was a hard Inquiry. I called *** back immediately. He said it was not a hard pull but just for verification purposes..I then told him a free service should not require him to check my credit report at all...but he just kept saying..he didnt pull my credit. I then started sending him screenshots of my credit report as proof so he could see for himself but He has yet to respond to me after I sent it to him. I have called him several times and left him several messages so we can resolve this matter but he refuses to answer me. I have filed a complaint at LoanPal..and contacting the Revdex.com is my next step. I am also disputing the inquiry on my credit report but something needs to be done with the representative and this company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! IT IS NOT A FREE GOVERNMENT PROGRAM!!!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!...

We recently acquired loan from Loanpal for solar installation. Representative told us we have to have the monthly payment automatically deducted from our checking account. We were told we can choose the date for the automatic deduction. Loanpal refused to change the date for our automatic dedication.

It is correct that we cannot change the autopay due date for the solar loan at this time. We are working towards an improvement to offer this capability to our borrowers that we anticipate to have available shortly. The autopay can only process on the loan payment due date; however, one-time payments can be scheduled in our payment portal for any day of the month that the customer chooses. The customer can self-serve in the portal, and schedule up to 12 payments in advance. Or the customer can contact our customer service department @ *** for assistance in scheduling the one-time payments.

As stated in our original response, our systems do not allow us to change the payment date on a loan, which is the date we will initiate payment via ACH. We suggest you call into our customer service department, withdraw your ACH and then make one-time payments on the date you wish to pay. But please note, you payment due date will not change so depending on when your payment is made, it could be made late and possibly have negative consequences and/or follow-up calls from Loanpal. I am rejecting this response because: negative consequences. the business can change the date to the 1st or 2nd of the month. I have never heard any loan/bank being unable to make that change!! this is extortion and unfair practices.
