We've worked with David H at LoanPal for two home refinance efforts and he's been spectacular on both. We've actually used LoanPal for other loans as well and we've always been fairly treated and kept fully informed and supported. No negatives at all

I had set my financial goals. Loanpal was able to show me how I can accomplish theses goals with no pressure sell and assisted me through the process without stress and worry with each step. It all made sense and was easy to do.

Loan pal staff, all of them, were very professional, thorough and timely. I will finance with them in the future.

I refinanced my home through Loanpal and it was so easy and stress-free. They handled everything for me, and were always quick to answer my questions. They have amazing customer service. I am so happy I went with them!

We had solar panels placed on our house a few years back. Due to being laid off I had to file bankruptcy last year which discharged September of last year. The account was not included in the BK and we continued to make our payments. Around November or December Loan Pal then refused to accept payment. We were not aware until April and found out what happened. They said due to me filing a BK they needed my discharge paperwork. This is understandable and I had my attorney email over the paperwork in April. Still nothing. I followed up in the beginning of May and emailed them again. I followed a few weeks later and emailed them again. Everytime I call I cant get somebody that can fix this. We are now in July and we are paying a lot of money on our electric due to Loan Pal's negligence. In addition we are trying to refinance our house and this is also an issue on the refinance. As of now we have paid hundreds and hundreds more in our electric bill not to mention this is stopping our refinance that will save us over $40K in interest plus lower our monthly payment by $150. We are losing a lot of money on a monthly basis due to the negligence of this company that also sells our information to solicitors.

I have had a great relationship with LoanPal and decided to refinance my Solar Panels as well as my house with LoanPal. The customer service for the billing department is sleeping at the wheel, so-to-speak. When I refinanced my solar panels with an assumed loan, after a divorce, there was an over-payment made on the previous account (to which I was the co-borrower). The refund was, understandably, issued to my now-ex-wife, who was the primary account holder. I called the billing department and explained that I have been making the payments and that the refund needed to be issued to me. Upon request, I submitted the divorce decree, which shows that my ex-wife has no claim to the panels or any of the financials pertaining thereto. I have further submitted banking statements showing the payments from my account, and even a front and back photo of the originally issued check, which has an endorsement to myself, signed by my ex-wife (I can't deposit it, because it is now considered a third-party check).
I have called multiple times and have asked to be contacted with updates regularly, including if there is no information to report, just to let me know that I'm not forgotten about. I am promised over and over to receive a return call, and that has not happened at all - I have received one or two follow-up e-mails. I have been told that all of my information has been sent to corporate for disposition, but have not received follow-up, after several weeks.
In today's digital world, it seems to me that this should not have taken more than an hour to resolve; certainly no more than a few days with all of the documentation.
I called again yesterday seeking to escalate and get resolution. I was told that the manager (***) is on vacation, the person I was dealing with (*** - Supervisor) was not in yet, and that they did not have a contact number or person for anyone above ***, so I could not escalate through the company. I have had to waste several hours dealing with this, what should have been a minor issue with easy resolution.

Sir or Madam,I am writing to inform you that this complaint has been resolved to satisfaction. LoanPal sent a check for the full amount in my name, and I have been able to deposit it. I could not find a convenient way of updating the case on the Revdex.com website.Regards

Great customer service. Fast service. Staff is always on top of everything.

Loanpal has great workers that will help you through financing houses or solar. Even with the pandemic everything was handled ok. Due to the pandemic or the distance we live from loanpal in California, it was hard to get ahold of the representatives sometimes.

They suck at sending you the pay off for your loan they don’t want you to pay it off. Would not deal with them again ever

I have had 9 mortgages in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. In the beginning everything sounded great for refinancing: lower interest rate, cash out, skip a payment, escrow refund - should have been able to wipe out almost all of my debt except mortgage and cars. But every time I spoke with them, the numbers changed lower and lower on the cash out. I was over charged on the escrow set up because the annual insurance premium was already paid, overcharged on the title search because not one person (out of the three I was regularly speaking with) mentioned providing my current title insurance to save money at closing. I didn't find that out until the notary was sitting at my kitchen table and I was reading and signing the 30 or so pages of contract documents and disclosures. Every title company I've dealt with previously has gone to the title company on the last mortgage for that information. I ended up with about half what I was originally told to expect from the cash out, and the home appraisal was within about a thousand of was supposedly used to make that estimate. At least $2,300 in extra fees and overages taken out of my pocket due to errors and omitting information. I'll get part of that back after a year when they adjust my escrow, but not the rest.

I have tried calling for a pay off and was blown off by customer service. This is not the first time that I have been blown off

They made the process easy and made me feel like Im more than just a number. Tim was more than just the person processing my mortgage refinance. He became a friend through the process.

They called and asked me to give me bank information over the phone. This practice is extremely dangerous and I have no idea why they think it’s an acceptable way to gain somebodies financial information. Please beware because a company who acts like this should not be trusted.

Awesome customer service. Our loan officer Joseph B since day 1 and all the through to the finished line he's been there.

Everyone that I dealt with was patient and knowledgeable. I was able to contact someone when I had questions and get answers in a timely manner.
