I refinanced to absorb a new solar panel loan & to reduce my monthly mortgage payment. Debra & her team were friendly yet professional, answering my Q & walking me through the entire process step by step. Easy to reach via email or phone/text, and they responded quickly. Worked out great!

Site is a scam. Their company address is a park in NY. The return address on my package is a random gas station. Was supposed to send me a Sony controller and instead sent me a 10$ controller I paid them 63$ for. Website says I'm entitled to a refund and they are offering me $2 for my inconvenience. Total scam.some *** sitting at home with a PayPal account ripping people off. The item description also is sketchy on all their products to truck consumers.

The company kept offering to give me a two dollar refund. I still replied with no and reminded the company they sent me the wrong product. They also wound not give me their return address. They kept replying with that if I sent the item to the return address it would be destroyed. I google mapped their address. The company address on their website is a park in NY and the address on the package belonged to a gas station in Alabama.
PayPal reviewed the complaint in my favor. I had to mail the item to an address in China and now have to wait until it is delivered to receive my refund.

Easiest refinance I have ever been through! The folks involved were very responsive whenever I had a question. I would GLADLY work with them again!
Three weeks ago I was cold-called by loan pal in my cell phone who is currently servicing my solar loan. They explained that they had loan options for me and that they could help me refinance and lower my current APR. I explained that my situation was different and it was a non-conforming loan. The repressive said it was and that I was wrong and that a new government loan was possible under ***/ *** Again I said "non-conforming Jumbo loan". He again insisted it wasn't and proceeded to take down more information and run my credit. The phone got quiet and he said he would have to call me back... No call and after Mulitple calls and emails he called over a week later apologizing that there was no such program that would fit my needs. My credit has been reduced unnessarly and my time has been wasted by a sales person that almost tryed a bait and switch.

I have researched Mr. issue and have confirmed what he stated in his complaint. The Loanpal management team has taken the appropriate action with this particular mortgage loan originator. This is not the experience Loanpal trains and teaches and we will use this situation to ensure, to the best of our abilities, it does not happen to another customer.
We will be sending Mr. an *** gift card for is troubles.

I combined solar panel and mortgage and things worked out great. All those I dealt with, especially Jason D., were true professionals.
The loan process went smoothly until I needed to cancel, it seems that you can't cancel the loan once approved, I think I have been scammed by :"Titan Solar Power" and "Custom Home Services" and canceling the loan seems the only option for me, I have been in contact with loanPal several times over the past 2 weeks and all I get is they need to review it, my last contact was to inform me that I have to show them a cancelation notice from Titan Solar Power (whom I cant get a response from) before the can do anything
