I called for a quote and was told labor was $and the call was $Which meant to me , to unlock my car, would cost $After they arrived and unlocked the car, he told me the total was $I was never told that that included another $for a unlock "Method" feeThis company, is clearly praying on people's circumstancesThey know their customers need their service, so they leave information out and don't tell them about what I consider are hidden feesIf you review the negative reviews on this company, this company is clearly advertising and most likely involve in illegal activity that needs to be investigated

Do not use the locksmith! Had to call the police to come to my home to help settle a dispute this morning after calling Locksmith ConnectionsWas locked out of my house and a neighbor called this company for meI spoke with them on the phone and was told it would be a $trip fee and an additional $(or more) for serviceThe service man came out in minutes and had me sign a receipt foe what looked like $before he would open my doorTook him less than minutes to pop open the doorWrote a check for &25.00, handed it to him and was told the amount owed was $Thus the reason to get the police involved Sometimes you just know you are being ripped off!

I am rejecting this response because: I told the customer service girl in Derry NH at least times I could come to the store where she finally stated we don't do that we come to you. I responded so there has to be a higher cost for the key for you to come to my home. She said, no it's only $and we will work with you on the price when I told her I felt $was too much for a keyShe well wait we don't want to lose your business and mis-lead me to think it would be less than the $because she would give me a promotion of 10% off I was looking for someplace I could go and have just the key carved out ( I have high cost chronic medical cost and need to not waste money.)

We hired locksmith connections on Novto fix our front doorThe tech came to our business and dismantled our lock and submitted a bill for $that we paid at that time for the service call and parts to fix the lock He then and was not hearrd form until Novat that time he came back with used parts and installed them in our doorHe then took out a grinder and cut a large whole in the strike plate to make the lock barely workHe then came into our office and submitted another bill for $to our company for more parts that where unexplainableWe then refused to pay because there where no new parts and the lock was grinded out barely functional
He then became very angry and completely dismantled the lock threw the parts on the floor and leftOur door was left unlocked for the night and we are at square one

I went back into my recent calls and called the number back and it was disconnectedAt this point I was scared and afraid outside late with this stranger who is demanding $

I called Locksmith Connections when I was locked out of my houseWhen I called the dispatchers were very polite and helpfulThey explained the starting prices to me and told me a technician would be on their way as soon as possibleThe technician called me quickly and arrived just as fastI had a situation in my life at that point that caused me to evaluate the security of my homeThe technican explained my options on changing my locksThen he changed all of my locks on my home for meMy experience with Locksmith Connections was such a good one that they now have a customer for lifeI have referred some friend and family to them and they are as happy with their service as I amI would recommend this company to everyone

I lost my car keys and didnt know what I was gonna do...I called locksmith connections and they came to me ans made me a new key on the spot...they did a great job and had me taken care of in no time....and the best part was that they were easy on my pockets...WILL DEFINITELY BE USING AGAIN

this company is terrible They use various locksmiths and they do not stand behind the work of the people they send out This is a marketing firm that has no value to the consumer You can find more reputable companies to do business with by using the internet and or a local phone book I was treated poorly by this company and several people told me they would call me back and they did not ever return phone calls
