I am rejecting this response because: On the first visit by your locksmith none of the problems with the pedal or the lock were resolved We paid in full at that time and the locksmith said he ordered a part for the lock and pedalWe did not here from locksmith connections or sub contractor for two weeksWe then made multible calls to locksmith connection and sub contractor showed upHe had used parts and took a grinder and made a 3/4" cut out to the lock plate that I am still trying to understand whyThe door still did not open properly and when I questioned sub contractor about the grinder cut out he became angryHe then presented another bill for and when I questioned the work he had done he became even more angry and dismantled the lock and took his parts and left(THIS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF WAITING )I had to call another companyThey fixed my lock with new parts and it took minutesI would like a full refund for the parts that he removed and the unqualified job that he didn't finishAlso I had to have additional work done to fix the damage he did to the plate with his grinder

I called the company to do a key replacement for my vehicle on 11-26- The technician gave me keys and neither key locks or unlocks my vehicle The key does start the car, so they told me it is an issue my lock not the key They refuse to come back out to assist and refuses to let me speak with someone in charge

That’s waaaaaaay more than the quoted price! We called the agent who quoted us and they said “we’ll do you want to get into your home or not”I’m sorry, how do you go from such a modest price to 3-4x the amount?!
The agent was super rude over the phone and even got mildly confrontational after I said I would leave a review of the service providedTo any and all potential customers- stay away from this websiteBait and switch, misleading, terrible customer service, and scummy business practices

This place is a bait-and-switch scam My wife and infant locked herself out of her carI called up the their local dispatch number (California, MD) and they said it would it be a $start up fee and rates started at $ When the technician / highwayman got there, he said he would open it up only for $ HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE!
I asked him why the differenceHe said that's what he charges Naturally, he had me by the short and curlies so I paid it with protest When I called up their business to complain, the manager was incredibly discourteous and refused to even discuss changing the chargeSimply put, these criminals are thieves that will use your bad luck against and there is nothing you can do about it NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!

I have read your complaint and understand that you would like the locksmith to fix your ignition or you would go elsewhere. I have contacted the locksmith and he informed me that the ignition issue was a problem before his arrival. He tried to make you another key for your vehicle for a
while but found that he could not make a key because of the ignition. You did not pay for services and the time he spent on trying to make you a keyYou refused to have him work on the ignition for a feeHe will not repair an ignition for free and the locksmith stated that he did not break your ignition

I contacted this business to come to my home to fix my front door and screen door locks The serviceman came and quote me a price of fixing the doors locks The verbal agreement was for him to replace the pins in the cyder for the front door and change the complete lock on the screen door for $ The first mistake that was made was the serviceman went and brought the wrong lock for the screen door He brought a lock for a left handed door instead of a right handed door The lock was slightly bigger than the original lock therefore for him to accommodate the problem he place additional holes in the door to accommodate the lock He made the hole in the frame bigger to accommodate the lock in order for it to fit into the hole Once he place the lock on and lock the door the lock got stuck and he got so frustrated that he broke the key off in the lock He gave up trying to get the broken key out of the lock I call the company and they told me they would send someone else to

I locked my keys in my car at a gas pump on October 31st and I called the first locksmith that popped up on my phone to come get my keys outWhich was the locksmith connections when I called the company the lady that answered told me it would be 70$I said okay send them outThen a guy called me back and told me he would be there in minThey took min to show up not in a company car or anything representing the company When the finally showed up it only took him min to unlock my car and then he told me that would be 250$ I already unlocked my door so I had to payThey foundry explain to me why it was 250$ at the time just told me that was the priceSo I paid when it should of been just 70$

I only stated that it is misleading. I also explained that when I called Kannapolis Locksmiths I received no indication that it was Locksmith Connections… the lady I spoke to represented herself as being local. If I had known it was a referral company, I would have ended the call and service right then. Once I found out it was a referral service sending a Charlotte locksmith the cost was more than $than I expected, it was too late to back out… I had to get in my home, fix & eat supper and get to bed. The only thing I expect out of this is a refund of $from you and or the locksmith, and that your company acknowledge you are a referral service when a potential customer calls you. If there is no resolution, I will not cease in my efforts to get it resolved. There are other options for me to pursue. Respectfully,*** ***

I called for a quote and was told labor was $and the call was $Which meant to me , to unlock my car, would cost $After they arrived and unlocked the car, he told me the total was $I was never told that that included another $for a unlock "Method" feeThis company, is clearly praying on people's circumstancesThey know their customers need their service, so they leave information out and don't tell them about what I consider are hidden feesIf you review the negative reviews on this company, this company is clearly advertising and most likely involve in illegal activity that needs to be investigated
