Liars and cheats...do not under any circumstance use this company My key broke off in my door, and I called a local number thinking if was a vendor in my neighborhoodThis is a call center and the offices are located somewhere else I asked the locked to just remove the broken key from the lock and he said he couldn't (I found out afterward they have a tool that can extract the key) and the guy drilled a hole in the lock without even trying to get the key out I asked him how much and he didn't tell him until the very endI told him I have the same key for all of my locks and he said don't worry, and then took the dead bolt and the regular lock of my doorHe put some crappy locks on my door that do fit, and I'm going to have to pay another locksmith to repair the damageI keep asking the price and all he keep saying is I'll give you a good deal the is no name on the receipt, which I think is intentionally done, so you cant track then down(661) 622-is the number listed on the addbut (747)-256-is the number of the installer This guys charged me for something that should have been a minor procedureThis is a bait an switch company I called the company the next day to question the prices and the locksmith that installed the cheap locks threatened me and told me not to call the company I have call the local number everyday and they have not called me back and in fact hung up on me today This is a scam businessUnder no circumstance should you give them your business The Revdex.com should shut the downthey are beyond unethical

I needed a new car key The dealership was offering me a much higher rate I am so glade that I contacted this company because I saved a bundle I felt that I got a good deal than what the dealership was asking forThe locksmith was also friendly and he seemed pretty smart

Do not do business with Locksmith Connections! I've seen multiple complaints on the exact same issueThey give you a fee to send the driver outThe driver takes no more than minutes to unlock your vehicleYou are told on the phone before the technician arrives the fee will be $total$for the driver to get to you, $to unlock the carThey tell you if it's anything more than the "standard" unlock, they'll let you know of the upcharge before they fix whatever else may be wrongMy unlock was standardLess than minutesMy technician used his square device to charge my card which did not read a total charge amountWhen I double checked the charge and called their office, their Supervisor was unprofessional, very clearly chain smoking and said there was no information on their end as to why the charge was increasedJust that it wasn't the standard unlockLuckily I've been able to dispute the charge through my bank but JUST SAY NO to Locksmith ConnectionsThis company

I called the company to do a key replacement for my vehicle on 11-26- The technician gave me keys and neither key locks or unlocks my vehicle The key does start the car, so they told me it is an issue my lock not the key They refuse to come back out to assist and refuses to let me speak with someone in charge

This customer states that he was told the price would be between $35-$to unlock his vehicleWe record all conversations and I have reviewed each callThe dispatcher did inform this customer of the $trip/service charge and that the price starts at $There was never any discussion about
price again or price rangesI believe this customer had more than likely talked to multiple locksmith companies and was mixing them upI have no problem refunding the service charge of $15, but as for the amount he is disputing, which is $120, that is just not possibleI do apologize that the experience wasn’t a positive one, but we did provide a service, and the vehicle was openedThe price given is not anything unusualWe are advertising nationwide, and depending on the area or region, lock out prices do vary from $up to $If it is necessary I can most certainly provide recordings of all conversations to the customer or the Revdex.comPlease let me know what I can do to try and resolve this situationRick E

I have read your complaint and understand that you would like the locksmith to fix your ignition or you would go elsewhere. I have contacted the locksmith and he informed me that the ignition issue was a problem before his arrival. He tried to make you another key for your vehicle for a
while but found that he could not make a key because of the ignition. You did not pay for services and the time he spent on trying to make you a keyYou refused to have him work on the ignition for a feeHe will not repair an ignition for free and the locksmith stated that he did not break your ignition

Their agent quoted us at $arrival and “starting at $30” priceThese scummy scammy peoplelocksmith shows up and demands $
That’s waaaaaaay more than the quoted price! We called the agent who quoted us and they said “we’ll do you want to get into your home or not”I’m sorry, how do you go from such a modest price to 3-4x the amount?!
The agent was super rude over the phone and even got mildly confrontational after I said I would leave a review of the service providedTo any and all potential customers- stay away from this websiteBait and switch, misleading, terrible customer service, and scummy business practices

This place is a bait-and-switch scam My wife and infant locked herself out of her carI called up the their local dispatch number (California, MD) and they said it would it be a $start up fee and rates started at $ When the technician / highwayman got there, he said he would open it up only for $ HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE!
I asked him why the differenceHe said that's what he charges Naturally, he had me by the short and curlies so I paid it with protest When I called up their business to complain, the manager was incredibly discourteous and refused to even discuss changing the chargeSimply put, these criminals are thieves that will use your bad luck against and there is nothing you can do about it NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!

Tell us why here...I understand that you have refused service and no payment was madeThe locksmith suggested that he would need to break your lock in order to get inI believe since you did not want the service to be performed, the locksmith was trying to be creative to help you get into your home so that you did not have to pay for a locksmithIt is not uncommon for a locksmith to look for other methods to get into a customer's home with permissionSince you refused service, the locksmith did not charge you and he went along his day

I called *** *** about a billing mistakeMy intention was to alert a superior of the deceitful business practices of their technician, but instead I was met with hostility by the supervisor named Garret C*** (was the name given) who works 5/@ 3:55pm.I had my intelligence insulted, my hearing ridiculed (I am hard of hearing from an accident), and I was mocked when I said I would file a complaintHe dismissed my original complaint responding with sorry there’s nothing I can do (I didn’t ask for anything)I insisted that his technicians actions were wrong and he became so aggressive over the phone I began to physically shakeHe shouted over me intentionally not allowing me to get a single word in, and when I asked for his name he said garretI asked for his last name and he hung the phone upI called back and reached a different associateI asked to speak to garret again and then I can hear garret snatch the phone and he begins to shout again saying it’s not the

Just leave"! He then told me I owed him $for the service call I said "No" Way

I contacted this business to come to my home to fix my front door and screen door locks The serviceman came and quote me a price of fixing the doors locks The verbal agreement was for him to replace the pins in the cyder for the front door and change the complete lock on the screen door for $ The first mistake that was made was the serviceman went and brought the wrong lock for the screen door He brought a lock for a left handed door instead of a right handed door The lock was slightly bigger than the original lock therefore for him to accommodate the problem he place additional holes in the door to accommodate the lock He made the hole in the frame bigger to accommodate the lock in order for it to fit into the hole Once he place the lock on and lock the door the lock got stuck and he got so frustrated that he broke the key off in the lock He gave up trying to get the broken key out of the lock I call the company and they told me they would send someone else to

On April at approximately 9:PM, I found myself locked out of my apartmentAs my apartment management team does not respond to lock outs after hours, I called Locksmith Connections and was told that I would be charged a service fee of $and the cost of opening my door would start at $I mentioned that, since my deadbolt was not locked, it would take about two minutes to open my door if the locksmith came with an air pad that could be placed in between the door and the door frame, as I had watched doors in this complex opened that way previouslyI asked how much that was likely to cost and was told that the service would be on the lower end of the spectrumI was contacted by the technician who arrived promptly I explained the situation and he said it would be AT LEAST $(including the service charge) to open my door I was also told by the technician that no lock would be opened by this company at the $put $rate; it just did not happen- and the operators at disp

I called Locksmith Connections for assistance with an emergency lockout at my place of residenceI placed my faith in the honesty of the technician they sentI later discovered he charged me twice the flat service fee trip charge published on the company websiteIn addition to that, he added more cost because it was an "emergency." Once he could not open the door, he indicated that he could remove the lock (an ordinary door lock) for an additional fee--$(a price significantly over the rates published on the company website)After removing the lock, he offered to install a new lock--for $300! It began to dawn on me that these prices were rather exorbitantAfter I demurred, he insisted he could call his boss and get the price down because he didn't want to leave me with a lockless doorHe came back with a lock which he installed for $199--which I soon discovered was way over the standard fee By the end of this service, I had been charged over $Moreover, the lock was so p

I am rejecting this response because:From: *** ***Date: Thu, Jan 7, at 5:PMSubject: RE: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #***.To: [email protected]***,I have not asked you to change your name in the ad. I only stated that it is misleading. I also explained that when I called Kannapolis Locksmiths I received no indication that it was Locksmith Connections… the lady I spoke to represented herself as being local. If I had known it was a referral company, I would have ended the call and service right then. Once I found out it was a referral service sending a Charlotte locksmith the cost was more than $than I expected, it was too late to back out… I had to get in my home, fix & eat supper and get to bed. The only thing I expect out of this is a refund of $from you and or the locksmith, and that your company acknowledge you are a referral service when a potential customer calls you. If there is no resolution, I will not cease in my efforts to get it resolved. There are other options for me to pursue. Respectfully,*** ***
