Came to service my door no Identification and took my money after I questioned his company

Locksmith Connections sent a contracted locksmith out to help us when our friends were locked out of their apartment The locksmith used a drill to gain entryThree days later the lock jammed and the door handle/knob became inoperable When we contacted Locksmith Connections, they refused to connect us with the locksmith and they were abusive in their communication as we looked to have them or the locksmith revisit the apartment to assess the situation
The technician immediately used a drill to open the lock when he arrived
According to Shareeda, the representative at the Locksmith Connections call center, the technician should have attempted to pick the lock without using a drill before taking that step in the process

I am rejecting this response because: On the first visit by your locksmith none of the problems with the pedal or the lock were resolved We paid in full at that time and the locksmith said he ordered a part for the lock and pedalWe did not here from locksmith connections or sub contractor for two weeksWe then made multible calls to locksmith connection and sub contractor showed upHe had used parts and took a grinder and made a 3/4" cut out to the lock plate that I am still trying to understand whyThe door still did not open properly and when I questioned sub contractor about the grinder cut out he became angryHe then presented another bill for and when I questioned the work he had done he became even more angry and dismantled the lock and took his parts and left(THIS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF WAITING )I had to call another companyThey fixed my lock with new parts and it took minutesI would like a full refund for the parts that he removed and the unqualified job that he didn't finishAlso I had to have additional work done to fix the damage he did to the plate with his grinder

The worst extremely unprofessional Scheduled to have locks re-keyed Technician called the day of the appointment, past the time he was supposed to arrive, and advised he was running late (other job taking longer) and would be there by 3:30pm (original appointment time was between and 2) The next time I heard from him was 4:30pm saying he was done with his job and would be at my home in minutes I told him unacceptable and made an appointment for Sunday (7/1) at 10:00am He never showed and didn't call and when I called the number he called from it went right to voice mail I called the office 7/to complain told them I lost confidence in their serviceI was transferred to a supervisor who was still trying to make the sale and told him I was going to another company and he asked why did I call and I said to make a complaint to which he replied complaint noted and hung up It should be noted that the supervisor said they called me several time on 7/at around 3:00pm to which I responded - I did pick up a call around that time but the other party hung up He also said they called my home number (which I was not at because I was waiting for their tech) and my home number was listed as a secondary contact not a primary Additionally, the supervisor's tone was nasty once he found out I had an issue and was disputing what his records say I would shop around before calling these people
