I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have emails sent to Once Drive well before the day refund window indicating that I had sold my motorcycleI was told that all I needed was for it to clear title transfer to prove the saleI was told that the CaDMV could take some time and it didI was patient and waitedIt cleared and I again asked for my refund and was then told that I needed a Bill of Sale which was never mentioned during the time I was waiting nor is it mentioned anywhere on their money back guaranteeIt is obvious that I sold the bike when I did and was held up by the DVM which they are using as an excuse not to honor their money back guaranteeI don't know how to get ahold of the guys that bought the bike and he live in [redacted] which is about miles from where I liveTheir business must not be as nationally acclaimed as they advertised if they have to work this hard to get $out of an old man about to retireIf anyone can tell me how to get ahold of the guy that bought my bike I will try and get a Bill of Sale Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] claims that the representative "conveniently" never stated that there would be no refund eligibility if her vehicle hadn't sold This is clearly not true Once Driven representatives are required to read a mandatory refund statement (and the customer must agree to the refund terms) before processing payment for its service In addition, Once Driven does not "Scam" anyone The terms of service for Once Driven's refund policy are clearly stated on each call before payment can be processed These terms are also emailed to our customers as soon as the payment has been processed And, our customers have unlimited access to these terms of service at any time by visiting our websiteIs it possible that Ms [redacted] misunderstood the terms of service? Mr [redacted] contacted Once Driven to purchase its services on 8/26/ Mr [redacted] vehicle was marketed and listed on Onceriven.com along with several social media outlets in an effort to assist him with the sale of his vehicle The most recent DMV title history search provided by the DMV database shows a title renewal on 4/26/ Once the title transfer for Mr [redacted] shows on the DMV database, Once Driven will refund Mr [redacted] per its refund guarantee which Mr [redacted] agreed to on 8/29/at 1:P.MEST Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

Mr [redacted] refund has not been processed due to no information supporting that a Title Transfer for his vehicle has occurred As of today (6/7/2016), there still is no Title Transfer reported via the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System database (NMVTIS) As of today (6/7/2016), Mr [redacted] last Title activity was reported on 12/21/when a lien was reported for the vehicle in question.If Mr [redacted] can provide sufficient proof that his car has been sold, and his title has transferred ownership, Once Driven will be more than happy to accept his refund request If it is discovered that Mr [redacted] vehicle was sold within the first days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, Mr [redacted] would be entitled to a refund of $($minus the $processing fee).Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
