Ms [redacted] purchased and placed her listing for her 5th wheel with Once Driven on 9/15/ Since that time, potential buyers have viewed her listing on www.oncedriven .com The website is most certainly real, and Ms [redacted] 's vehicle is being marketed (as promised) when she signed up with us Per the Once Driven 45-Day Money-Back guarantee, Ms [redacted] would be eligible for a refund anytime within the first days of listing with Once Driven, if she sells her vehicle to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven In addition, I have provided a direct link to Ms [redacted] 's listing on [redacted] and [redacted] below for her convenience.Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] is not eligible for a refund Once Driven will continue to aggressively market her vehicle until it is sold[redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After conducting research - I have found your company's strategy of browsing personal adverts and contacting them when they specifically stated they do not wish to be contacted for solicitation Your strategy/practice is illegal Simply adding me to your company's do not call list is unsatisfactory as I should have never been contacted in the first place I have found countless complaints across the internet on various websites of similar situations as mine Restructure your corporate strategy to meet legal compliance of the law I am researching legal action in the form of a class action lawsuit Not for monetary gain - but because the company itself is an annoyance and deserves to be shut down due to incompetence My advice to you: Seek a career with a reputable company Regards, [redacted]

Per the Once Driven refund guarantee that was agreed upon when Mr& Mrs [redacted] agreed to on 2/25/2016, Once Driven will continue to market the [redacted] vehicle at no additional fee until their vehicle has been sold Unfortunately, a refund of their purchase price is not an option based on the refund guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Unless you are in firm control of every employee, it seems that you have someone giving information to potential customersOr, you are aware of such activity and choose to look the other way to claim plausible deniabilityHow would you like to defend customer poaching and illegal soliciting through Craigslist? That is how I was contacted by your businessThis is explicitly against the websites policyAgain, you lied about pre-interest in my vehicleYour terms and conditions for a refund were also not given to me in writing until after I was charged the fee and my information was collected via telephoneYour employees failed you properly explain through the phone all of the conditions for a refundThis is fraudThis is advertisingThis is a dishonest, unethical company trying their best to get as much as they can for as little as possibleYou take advantage of every legal loophole possible and expect to get away with itMy bank has an ongoing investigation into your transactionYour continued lack of business etiquette and failure to accept responsibility will only guarantee that this situation remains unresolvedI will be forwarding this failure to do right as a business to the proper social media outletsAgain, to anyone who is approached by this company - Stay awayThey are unethicalThey are liars and are trying to steal your hard earned moneyDo not allow them to do so

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, when I signed up for this service I was told that if my vehicle sold in less than days by another provider I wold get my full $refunded to me I sold the vehicle via [redacted] list not from their website I tried to give them the buyers name and phone number to verify that he purchased it and they declined to contact him I have since today confirmed that he has not yet re titled the vehicle but will be doing so this week I expect once Driven to refund my full $ as I did comply with ALL of their provisions of the listing [redacted]

Mr [redacted] was read (and agreed to) the terms of service before his payment could have been processed Once Driven will continue to list Mr [redacted] 's vehicle until it sold for no additional fee, per the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

Mr [redacted] refund was processed today The refund of $($minus the $processing fee) will be back to his original method of payment within 3-business days On behalf of Once Driven we apologize for the delay When Mr [redacted] refund inquiry was initially made, the title transfer for his vehicle had not yet posted, thus making his refund request invalid I checked today for the title transfer verification today, and the title transfer did match Mr [redacted] initial sales date claim in September. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is in reference to complaint ID # [redacted] , to send back to the business (oncedriven):Although I understand their reply: that their day money back guarantee is stated on the website and on all receipts, I am a bit confused. An agent who called me told me lies:I was going to get at least responses a day, and he anticipated that my car will get sold in a few weeksI didn't get even in a yearDo you call this service 'marketing' and expect customers to pay for it?The CS rep stated that I could come back to prove the sale of my car, anytime, not in daysWhy would I, as the consumer read the policy, which your CS rep clearly stated to me already over the phone? Furthermore, oncedriven just last week in their response wrote: The same guarantee that Once Driven has on its website and all receipts that are sent to each customer (upon purchase) state the 45-Day money back guarantee, and give instructions on how to obtain a refund (if eligible) within the 45-Day guarantee datesThis is another lieI have my receipt, and nowhere on there is there anything about a 45-day money back guarantee or instructionsI will forward my receipt, which I still have right now ***

Once Driven has reviewed Mr [redacted] 's attachments, and has processed his refund The provided documents do show transfer of ownership Had this information been asked for when Mr [redacted] called Once Driven on 9/10/2016, his refund would have been processed on that date Unfortunately that did not happen On behalf of Once Driven, I apologize for that miscommunication The refund of $was processed today Mr [redacted] will need to allow 3-business days for the refund to appear back to his original method of payment.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After jumping through every hurdle and after speaking to my assigned representative [redacted] and hearing her say that it took awhile for the title transfer to show up but she's putting in a request now to process my refundand after she stopped communicating with me for the next month or soAFTER I make several negative blog posts on Revdex.com.com and a few other reputable websitesTHEN I finally get a return phone call from [redacted] and within hours I might add.Now you decide to challenge rather or not the vehicle has been sold?? If I can prove its been sold? how would you like me to do that for yousend in my birth certificate or would a copy of my DMV transcripts suffice? Regards, [redacted]
