I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I requested a refund form on sep 9th it took more days and a Revdex.com complaint for me to finally get a "refund issued"Not only is the regular refund of $(after $processing fee!?) a slap in the face but it also states in the resolve message that it was processed the 29th and will take 3-buisiness days...well it's oct and still no money in my account! I believe they are just saying things to resolve a complaint but not actually doing anythingI still have received not one call or email for [redacted] regarding a refund after my nearly day attempt nowI got yelled at, hung up on, transferred to nothing for weeks (not to mention the service itself was pointless and didn't do as advertised) and the best that the refund manager can do is respond solely to a Revdex.com complaint and give he bare minimum refund without proper call back or email or even apology for how much time they have wastedThe fact that it took his drastic of a measure to get the money I was guaranteed is unacceptableI am sticking to my initial request of the full amount I paid for $The ridiculously high $"processing fee" should be refunded for days of wasting my time a rude customer service(update while typing) received a call for first time from a new customer service rep (still not [redacted] the manager) and she called to say my refund still hasn't been processed but "will be soon"I asked her when I will get confirmation emailShe did not knowStill getting run aroundRegards, [redacted]

Per the Once Driven refund guarantee that was agreed upon when Mr& Mrs [redacted] agreed to on 2/25/2016, Once Driven will continue to market the [redacted] vehicle at no additional fee until their vehicle has been sold Unfortunately, a refund of their purchase price is not an option based on the refund guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards,when I signed up for this service I was told that if my vehicle sold in less than days by another provider I wold get my full $refunded to me I sold the vehicle via [redacted] list not from their website I tried to give them the buyers name and phone number to verify that he purchased it and they declined to contact him I have since today confirmed that he has not yet re titled the vehicle but will be doing so this week I expect once Driven to refund my full $ as I did comply with ALL of their provisions of the listing [redacted]

Mr [redacted] refund was processed today The refund of $($minus the $processing fee) will be back to his original method of payment within 3-business days On behalf of Once Driven we apologize for the delay When Mr [redacted] refund inquiry was initially made, the title transfer for his vehicle had not yet posted, thus making his refund request invalid I checked today for the title transfer verification today, and the title transfer did match Mr [redacted] initial sales date claim in September.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

Furthermore, oncedriven just last week in their response wrote: The same guarantee that Once Driven has on its website and all receipts that are sent to each customer (upon purchase) state the 45-Day money back guarantee, and give instructions on how to obtain a refund (if eligible) within the 45-Day guarantee datesThis is another lieI have my receipt, and nowhere on there is there anything about a 45-day money back guarantee or instructionsI will forward my receipt, which I still have right now ***

If I can prove its been sold? how would you like me to do that for yousend in my birth certificate or would a copy of my DMV transcripts suffice? Regards, [redacted]
