I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Refunding half of my payment was a very respectable customer service move on OnceDriven's part I think this shows that they are a reliable and sensible company that may only have a few glitches There is no perfect company on earth.My situation was for a boat and not for a car, which has a much different market and timing to market Maybe one day, the rules of engagement for boat sales could be different from car sales Selling boats in the winter takes much longer Cars don't have this seasonal effect as much Regards, [redacted]

Good Afternoon,On 9/23/I responded to Ms [redacted] s complaint with the following:In order to process Ms [redacted] s refund, I will need to obtain the first digits of her credit card number used to purchase her service with Once Driven The card account on file with Once Driven ends with *** Once we are able to obtain the card information, we will immediately process her refundIf Ms [redacted] has provided the card information, I have not seen it, thus, the refund has not been successfully processed.Once the required information is obtained, her refund will be processed immediately, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

When Mr [redacted] listed his motorcycle with Once Driven on 10/6/2016, he agreed to allow Once Driven to list his motorcycle with Once Driven until it was sold He also was read and agreed to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy which does allow for a refund (minus the $ processing fee) if his vehicle is sold to a buyer not delivered by Once Driven at any time within the first days of listing his motorcycle with Once Driven.Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] is not eligible for a refund from Once Driven at this time If he does sell his motorcycle to a buyer not delivered from Once Driven within the first days of his listing, Once Driven will gladly process his refund request Until that time, Once Driven will continue to market Mr [redacted] 's motorcycle until it is sold.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
