When Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 7/14/2015, he agreed to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back Guarantee policy before his payment of $189 was processed. Mr. [redacted] was also forwarded a direct link to his listing which also has direct access to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back... Guarantee. I have attached a link to Once Driven's refund policy for Mr. ***'s convenience. [redacted] Had Mr. [redacted] sold his Cadillac on his own within the first 45 days of listing his vehicle with Once Driven, he certainly would have been eligible for a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee). As agreed to on July 14th , Once Driven will continue to list Mr. ***'s Cadillac for him at no additional fee.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Once Driven has read Mr [redacted] complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond Mr [redacted] stated that the guarantee was in "fine print" Before Mr [redacted] payment was processed, the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee was explained in detail and Mr [redacted] clearly agreed to the terms before his credit card was processed In addition, Mr [redacted] was sent a confirmation email which has a direct link to its refund policy Considering the only contact Mr [redacted] has had with Once Driven was to set up (and pay) for his listing with Once Driven on 8/12/2016, I am not quite sure where his assertion that Once Driven is a scam arrived When Mr [redacted] spoke with Once Driven on 8/17/2016, his refund request was denied due to him agreeing to the 45-Day Guarantee on 8/12/ After it was explained that he was not eligible for a refund, Mr [redacted] then stated that he had already started the charge back process with his bank In light of those comments, Once Driven will not be processing a refund of Mr [redacted] payment since his bank will most likely make his funds available.If Mr [redacted] does change his mind about charging back his payment, and sells his Yamaha to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first days, he would be eligible for a refund of $minus the $processing fee that he agreed to on 8/12/2016.On behalf of Once Driven, we wish Mr [redacted] the best of luck in selling his MotorcycleSincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

When Mr [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 4/23/2015, he was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's refund policy statement before being charged for the $service fee Mr [redacted] was also sent a confirmation email, along with the photo instructions email on 4/23/to the same email address listed in his complaint The email account provided by Mr [redacted] did receive these emails on 4/23/2015.Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] is not eligible for a refund since he has not sold his vehicle by other means within the 45-Day Guarantee Date If Mr [redacted] had sold his vehicle through another source within the first days of listing with Once Driven, he would have been eligible for a refund of $($minus the $processing fee) For everyone's convenience, I have put a direct link to Once Driven's 45-Day Guarantee for review[redacted] Per the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee agreement, Once Driven will continue to list Mr***'s vehicle at no additional expense to him until his vehicle has sold.Sincerely,

Mr [redacted] did send in a handwritten Bill Of Sale for the sale of his motorcycle After further review, Once Driven has accepted this paperwork as a validated form for his proof of sale, and has refunded his service fee minus the $processing fee The refund of $was processed today, and will appear back on his credit card account ending with within 3-business days.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager
