Show me the listings and the charges you incurred for them Posting a few photos and text on a site is not marketing and a complete rip-off for I continue to pursue legal action and am filing the case in the district court this afternoon I will also continue to request a refund up until it is processed or we go to trial Additionally, many other individuals who have entered the same complaints as myself are joining me in my pursuits Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] requested her refund days after listing her Corvette with Once Driven Technically, this was an invalid refund request However, as a good faith gesture, Once Driven did allow Ms [redacted] to submit her refund request late, and offered a refund if the title transfer information for her sale could be provided Below, I have placed a link to Ms [redacted] title history for her Corvette [redacted] The last title transfer activity for her Corvette was on 5/28/ To be clear, emission inspections do not constitute a transferred title If Ms [redacted] has any additional title transfer information that can be provided, please have her attach any documents in a reply to our response.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
