I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like personal contact from the business owner.Not a copy and pasted form letterThey contacted me from a [redacted] ad which specified "do not contact me with unsolicited offers".In talking with their representatives its obvious this is a common practice.It was also obvious that the people answering the phone did not care, and would actively prohibit me from escalating this situation.I would like to know what measures they have put in place to stop this practice of harassment from continuing.Anything short of this and I will continue to pursue legal options via representation Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] claims that he was never told that he needed to submit at least one photo of his Hyundai to be eligible for the 45-Day money back guarantee offered by Once Driven This specific refund requirement is read and agreed upon with every Once Driven customer prior to the sale of its service ever being completed In addition, Once Driven sends photo instructions via email to each new customer, and also makes a courtesy phone call to all customers that have not submitted their photos to Once Driven within the first calendar days of listing with Once Driven, to make sure that this specific requirement is completed For Mr***'s specific account, a phone call was placed to Mr [redacted] on 10/6/2015at 2:P.MEST., a second voicemail message was successfully delivered to Mr***'s phone number of [redacted] This message specifically states that Once Driven had not yet received photos from Mr***, and reminded him that we needed the photos for his Hyundai no later than weeks from his original start date Had Mr [redacted] ever sent Once Driven photos of his vehicle, we would definitely entertain his request for a refund However, after more than reminders form Once Driven, Mr [redacted] did not provide us with any photos of his HyundaiOnce Driven was not given an opportunity to market Mr***'s vehicle effectively Mr [redacted] is not eligible for a refund.I have also included a link to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee below for Mr***'s convenience[redacted] Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Regards, [redacted] needs to send in the recorded conversation of there selling tactics that lead you to believe your car has people INTERESTED IN BUYING YOUR VEHICLE not just having 500 plus people look at your marketing material!! I don't care if he sent the recording in of me stating that I had 45 to get a refund or not! The only reason I signed up with this company as it was stated by representative they had BUYERS interested in my vehicle already NOT LOOKY LOOS!! That is there fraud sales tactic to get you wrapped into signing up with them. I also tried to cancel this in the 45 days but [redacted] kept telling ME TO GIVE IT MORE TIME, CHANGE THE PRICE ITS TOO MUCH etc! Pull those phone records. I can send the records of EVERFY SINGLE time I called this company to complain about no movement of the car AND I HAD THE RIGHT TO CANCEL [redacted] drug it out making sure I got past the 45 days they so want to try and stand BY!! I have sent email records already proving my complaint issues. TITLE 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICESCHAPTER 6 CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT48-603. Unfair methods and practices. (11) Making false or misleading statements of fact concerning the reasons for, existence of, or amounts of price reductions; also to make note, I didn't need to threaten to call my credit card company its a fact I will do so if necessary. I am making it very clear to this company how they are in the wrong! This account needs to be refunded asap.

Mr [redacted] requested a refund from Once Driven on 9/2/ As of today, 11/10/2016, the title for Mr [redacted] vehicle still has not been transferred to its new owner Mr [redacted] claims that his vehicle was sold to a dealership At that time, we requested paperwork from the dealership showing where the sale took place to expedite his refund request As of this morning, Mr [redacted] still has not provided Once Driven with any information showing where his vehicle has in-fact been sold to a dealership.Once Mr [redacted] provides the required paperwork showing where his vehicle has been sold within the first days of listing with Once Driven to a buyer not provided by us, we will happily refund his purchase price minus the $processing fee.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The last paragraph of my previous response clearly stated the issues I have with this company and being refunded if my car was repossessed was only one of the problems The issue is not only the information given to me by two employees regarding a refund if my vehicle was repossessed but my car wasn't even posted for sale until I complained I haven't had even one person referred by Once Driven contact me but again I was assured during the first call that my car would likely sell in a few days As I mentioned in my previous message, Once Driven has failed to provide even the most minimal service I had to call and email several times to get a response at all from my contact there and when she did finally contact me it was because I told her I'd filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and sent her the complaint number I was then told that my account was being turned over to the "Refund Department" which would lead any reasonable person to believe that they will likely receive a refund When I sent an email requesting contact information for the Refund Department I received no response Instead Once Driven immediately responded to my complaintGiven the reputation of the company and the numerous complaints against them it's not at all unlikely that they would fail to provide the services paid for Given the number of complaints filed with the Revdex.com it seems that I am a far more reliable source of information or services they provide than they are As I said before, I would like a refund Feel free to keep the $but I am entitled to receive the rest of my money back since the company gained my business under pretenses and has failed to live up to expectations of service they offered Regards, [redacted]

If Ms [redacted] sells her Mustang to a source not delivered by Once Driven, she will be eligible for a refund minus the $processing fee.Once Driven has delivered the service that Ms [redacted] purchased on 6/1/ Once Driven will continue to proactively market her vehicle to assist her with the sale until she has sold her car Unfortunately, a repossessed vehicle does not constitute an actual sale, and would result in Ms [redacted] not being eligible for a refund due to a Title Transfer not transpiring.Again, Once Driven's intent is to help Ms [redacted] sell her vehicle before a repossession may be necessary.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager

I have checked the title history for Mr [redacted] 's motorcycle, and there has been no change to the title transfer history Unless Mr [redacted] can provide alternate proof that his motorcycle was sold on 6/14/(as he states), Once Driven will not be able to process a refund Once Mr [redacted] can provide proof of his sale within the first days of listing his motorocycle with Once Driven, we will gladly process his refund.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
