I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After reviewing Mr[redacted] account with Once Driven, it appears that he has not sold his boat, nor asked for any additional assistance from Once Driven since listing with us in November Is Mr [redacted] boat still available?Once a response to this inquiry is made, Once Driven will respond accordingly.OnceDriven was notified on 1/that the boat was sold The boat was actually transferred to the new owner and cash settled on 1/9/ I can provide bill of sale if needed OnceDriven did not respond to the notification until 1/ Understood at it crossed a weekend.None of this is the point Based on OnceDiven's response, I can tell that they will not try to satisfy my request by "doing better business" Reminder: I was told directly by the sales associate that "OnceDriven already has buyers/clients waiting to buy my boat otherwise it would have been a waste of time for them to contact me." As such and since I never received one contact, buyer, client or anything from OnceDriven, that would clearly make their claim false Therefore, advertisement I request that their sales associate be directed to not embellish in order to make sales Assuming these phone calls are recorded, you could go back and replay the statements.And since I was falsely 'driven' by OnceDriven, I requested a 50% reimbursement Half my fault agreed Sincerely, Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although the response does resolve the issue of the money that was owed to me, I feel that they only resolved this issue because the Revdex.com got involved I have attached a file that was sent to them in a earlier email that is dated In addition, I had filled out the forms they requested online over months ago and still received no refund, nowhere on their online form was the above document requested and it is only by luck that I retained it for my records I discussed this with one of their customer service reps and her response was essentially, "yes, I know that we did not ask for it in our forms online but we actually are asking for it now and if you don't have it then you will not be refunded." At that time I faxed the form to her immediately, two days later she said she never received it They I sent an email with it, which is attached and dated, still no response It is obvious that this company is just looking to get people to fight for their refunds and those that give up add the the companies bottom line They are crooked and I have proven that they are lying [redacted] ** Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 8/16/ Before Mr [redacted] 's payment could be processed, he was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's 45-Day refund policy For the Revdex.com's convenience, I have supplied the recording of this call , where Mr [redacted] agrees to Once Driven's terms of service Had Mr [redacted] sold his motorcycle through a source not provided from Once Driven within the first days of listing with us, he would have been eligible for a refund Since his motorcycle has not sold, Once Driven will continue to list his motorcycle until it is sold At the time this response, Mr [redacted] 's listing has been reviewed by potential buyers times Once Driven will continue to aggressively marketing his motorcycle until it is sold.Sincerely, [redacted] Quality Assurance Manager
