Do not buy from this retailer. I have been waiting on an order for more than 6 months now. I have called once a month and they tell me the same thing that they will expedite the request and order is in transit. I finally got a partial refund but I'm sure I will never see the rest of the order. Plus there is no place on the website that says they are in China!!!

I ordered three pet beds on July 18 2020. Still not received. Account charged. Call but they won't refund and cancel order. Scam all the way

Please be aware that I received my requested refund today 8/13/2020. Thank you for your help.

Ordered 2 dog beds in May and arrived mid-July. No response to my e-mails. Terrible quality. Returned. Requested charges be reversed.
I had to spend over $25.00 to send the beds back. The company does not respond to e-mails. I need to have my charges reversed on my card. If I knew they would take 2 months to arrive I would not have ordered. They are of poor quality.

Desired Outcome

I want my credit card charges removed for the beds.

I called customer service on 7/29 and spoke to a rep. She said she had no record of the e-mails I sent and no indication that beds were received for return. She asked for UPS Tracking #. I gave it to her and she said she could not find it. Questioned me as to where I sent it and what e-mail address I was using. I told her the one from the website. She then said to send her an e-mail. I sent e-mail with the UPS tracking info. Then, I got an e-mail telling me about getting the beds. I had to write another e-mail and explain again! Finally, I got a response that they were refunding my money. Very poor customer service and disorganized. I hope, others will read the reviews before making a purchase from this company.

I really dont know where to start. I thought I was buying a $24.99 pet bed. Through the whole online process the screen said $24.99. When I got the conformation email my card was charged $87.00. But I love my dog. I have been trying just to find out where the item is and when it would be here for the first month. But as of 6/6/2020 all I want is a refund. They have refunded $21.40 twice. But that still leaves $44.20. And I want it all back. But they say they cant because it has shipped. The tracking says FedEx took it on 6/5/2020. It has said it was in transit since then. I have called them at least once a week. Called today still waiting on them to get back to me.

I've experienced the same multiple problems as others. Now I received the wrong size, the company once again claims no responsibility, no exchanges.
Order date May 9th, billed $87 to my Visa. I've exchanged approximately 20 emails with *** M, customer wizard, Incident #***. It took until July to receive the order. The ad said $39 for anti-anxiety beds; when you selected your size it failed to inform that the price changed until you entered submit. I already started the ongoing emails and in 2 of them canceled my membership; yet, I was charged, *** said I would be refunded the charge. *** claims on June 24th it was refunded as of today 7/14 my credit card company states it has not been done. Due to my experiences with the company at that point I tried to cancel the order; *** replied you only had 24 hours to cancel.No where in any of advert or ordering process was this stated. When the package arrived I received a small, I ordered an extra large. *** replied no exchanges could be made because I already received the small. I couldn't cancel my order and I couldn't know they were sending me the wrong size before hand. Every email I received *** states they have no responsibility for any of these problems. She offered in total a 50% discount the price would then be $43.50 which is still above the original advertised price of $39, and she expects me to accept this. I have a Doberman a small literary does nothing to help him. I believe fraud is an appropriate charge; I understand the Revdex.com tries to settle the dispute. I'm hoping for this outcome but, would appreciate guidance if they fail to comply. Forgive me I have experienced practically 3 months of struggling with this company.
I am requesting the extra large bed I ordered, the refund posted to my bank, possibly the 2nd % off offered, and a postage paid return label for send the small back. All in a timely manner.

Desired Outcome

I expect the size ( extra-large) and color (grey) I ordered and paid for within no less then 4 weeks delivery time. I also expect the refund for membership to be made immediately and the 2nd discount promised, if it's not made before you receive this notice. I will happily return the wrong sized (small) bed when I receive a postage paid return label.

I ordered 3 beds for my dogs back in late aprilof 2020, they were supposed to be on sale yet my total was 189$. Then the site says shipping is 2 to 3 weeks, cool except it took till july 3rd to get me just 1 of the 3 beds. (Shipped from china) After numerous emails with the company they gave me a second tracking number. (Shipped from Indiana) which I received today to see it is once again just 1 dog bed.
So they took and refused to refund money untill I ship all 3 beds back. But have only shipped me 2 of 3 and only after I got on them for false advertisement. Do not buy from this company. They will rip you off

I ordered the calming dog bed on 4/17/20. As of 7/4/20 I haven't received my dog bed.
I placed my order for a calming dog bed on 4/17/20. I received an email letting me know about the tracking number on 4/22/20. When I looked up the tracking number it said that the dog bed is being shipped from China. I don't understand why it was being sent from there. On 5/16/20 I sent an email following up to why I haven't received my dog bed. On 6/2/20 Alvin from customer service responded to let me know that the dog bed has been shipped. I clicked on the tracking button and it said that the bed was still in China. I emailed customer service again on 6/9/20, letting them know that I haven't received the dog bed. Pat responded to me on 6/15/20 saying that the bed was shipped an now it is in Los Angeles. It has been in LA since 5/25/20 and it is now 7/4/20. I have requested for a full refund of $43.97 and haven't seen the money put back in my account. This company is very misleading. It should not take 3 months to get anything I demand my money back from them and they are not responding back to me. This is bad customer service and I have reached out to them several times and all they would say is that the dog bed has been shipped. Pat told me that she would give me 25% back but I don't want it since it has been 3 months. I want a full refund back. Also noticed that there are alot of complaints from other people about this company Look N Shoppe that have the same issue I am having. I have attached some documentation for you to review.

I didn't receive my item until 3 months after I purchased it. The dog was supposed to be medium and came in a small...it doesn't fit my dogs. Way too much money and not worth the shipping fee to return!!

I am being charged for VIP subscription after canceling, and I have not received my order. I want a total refund.
I placed*** on 4/23/20 for 2 dog beds. The order total was $136.33. As of 6/21/20, I still have not received my order. This company is in Los Angeles, CA. I was not informed that the products ordered would be shipped from China.

I have also been charged $12.47 for their VIP subscription on 5/26/20 and 6/21/20. My wife contacted them on 5/28/20 to cancel the VIP Subscription.
Both my wife and myself have contacted them several times. We finally got a tracking number

I want a refund of the total amount charged as of 6/21/20, which is $161.27. And, I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit union due to the second VIP Subscription of $12.47 after it was cancelled.

We finally received the dog beds we ordered. I believe they were delivered on Wednesday, July 1st. They also credited us for the (2) $12.47 VIP subscription charges. When I received my two packages, I tracked them to see why it took so long. They were sitting in a *** warehouse in Southern CA for about a month. Thank you for contacting Look N Shoppe. I think filing a complaint against this company really helped. I will never order from Look N Shoppe again nor recommend them to anyone.

By April I had yet to receive my order so I begin calling and emailing the company. The people were rude evasive and would not offer any help or even a refund. They said a manager would call back the next day. Four times I called and was told the same story and never received a call back. I emailed three times. The response was your request has been received and that it was being reviewed by our support staff. I just want my money refunded. I could care less about the merchandise. Please Help!!

The amount due was paid by credit card on the day of the order. Every time I contact the customer service people I am told that it is one its way and there is nothing they can do. I have little faith in the shipping details that they are supplying and want my original method of payment credited.
