I ordered a calming bed for my pet on 2/15/2020. I realize the pandemic were in but asked for a refund and haven't heard anything
On 2/15/3020 I ordered a calming bed for my dog. On 2/25 I was emailed that it was being shipped. I would receive it in 7-10 days. They replied on 3/4 that it was on its way after I contacted them on 3/3. Then I've heard nothing from the 3/11 and 3/14 email. I realize the Covid outbreak has caused chaos. But their customer service isn't service at all. I just want a refund.
I just want a full refund and be done with this company.
On ordering page it said made in USA when it was made in China.wouldn't let me cancel or give me a refund which they also noted on order page. 30 day guaranteed 30 day refund. Total rip off
I purchased 3 dog beds from a company claiming to be in the Los Angeles area. According to their email, the product would ship in 7-10 days. I called on day 12 to get an update from the company and *** stated that the product would ship at the end of March from China. I do not want any product from China and I know for a fact it takes well over 30 days if you do order something from China. Also in light of current world wide health outbreak I also know all shipments from China are on stop. I asked for my money back stating that their email confirmation was a lie and that there was no where on their site that stated the product was coming from China. *** refused to let me speak to a supervisor or get their name. I have called several times and she is the only one that answers the phone. I do not believe that address on the email is legit. It is a Los Angeles email. I want a full refund now.
