SCAM SCAM SCAM

Well I ordered 2 months ago they collected 102 dollars from me and I cannot track my order So if I don t hear anything today I am going to attorney generals office and to my bank to get my money back.

I ordered a dog bed on 3/18 with an advertised delivery date of 7-10 days. On 4/12 I clicked on their "track shipment" button and discovered that not only were they not a California company as advertised, but they are located in China and the tracking indicated that it was just shipping from their warehouse in China. I felt that this company was obviously not reputable when the represented themselves as an American company, but they did not honor their delivery date. In addition, I was notified after placing my order, that beginning in April, I would be billed an additional $12.47 per month for a subscription that I never signed up for or agreed to. They initially offered to provide a 25% discount and cancel the subscription. I declined saying I wanted a full refund. They then offered a 50% discount, which I also declined stating that I expected a full refund. They no longer responded, so I filed a complaint with my bank, who refunded my payment pending their investigation. This is not a reputable company. They do not deliver the products they advertise.

Have not rcvd order - been two months - and unable to get a response from company.
Ordered dog bed ($87.00) on 25 Feb 20, rcvd email stating it was shipped and would arrive 7-10 days. Not having rcvd by 16 Mar 20, called and requested cancellation, which they would not do, but they did refund us half ($43.50) with the promise (and confirmation email) that the bed would arrive in 7-10 days. As of 15 Apr 20, still no bed, and they are no longer answering calls or replying to emails.
Simply want the other half refunded - $43.50.

Desired Outcome

Simply want the rest of our refund.

I provided the required information and received no response back. Sent a second email on 4/8/20. Received no reply.

Called the company at *** and spoke with "***". He could not find any information. When I would not provide a credit card number the call ended.

I would either like what I ordered now or my money refunded immediately.

4/3/20 I got on a website & before I got all my info in they charged me 165.00. My order # is ***. I called them on the 4/6/20 to see if they got the order bcuz I didn't get anything. so they sent me an order confirmation. I have a tracking #*** that directs me somewhere in china. 4/9/20 Now I'm getting $13.07 charge on my debit for some VIP club they signed me up for that I now know is supposed be charged after the 30days after your order date.it hasn't even been a week, that ive been trying to cancel and I cant get through.4/13/20 I've emailed them numerously to cancel the vip thing. I've called the only number they have *** and they disconnected me 4times!

I either want my 2 dog beds and if they cant do that I want a full credit back of 165.00 plus the 13.00

Worst company to deal with. Do not buy from them!

The company advertises that it's a company in the US. It is in China. Sends bogus shipping info. Price disclosed after purchasing.
The company falsely advertises that they are an American company. Then they don't show the price of the item until after you click on purchase item. Then you will be sent a bogus tracking number that sits and never moves. Basically a label created. And in very small print, they also state they will be charging your credit card 12.47/month for an exclusive membership. I have emailed the company and put in a dispute in with my credit card. My concern, is that I used a giftcard Visa to purchase and they are not as easy to receive a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the overpriced dog bed, where the price being charged wasn't disclosed until after submitting all my credit card information. Many other consumers had the same complaint about this company. I take some responsibility for not doing more research on this company. Come to find out no one gets their product and still gets charged their exclusive membership fee even after they've asked to cancel everything.

Wrongful price advertisement & charged nearly triple the advertised price when checkout complete. Still have not received product ordered 2 months ago
Emailed customer service as soon as I saw the total that was wrongfully charged to my checking account. I was told that it was because I ordered a larger bed and that wasn't so. All beds were being advertised at the same price. I requested that the order be cancelled and then I was told that I could return the product at my expense for shipping. All this given within just seconds of the order being placed. Then early March I received an email confirmation that the product had been shipped and should be received in 5-10 business days. I still have not received the product. Since then I've sent multiple emails requesting service and still have not received a response.

I would like a refund but at the very least I would like for the company to make good on the sale of their product and ship to me what was ordered.

Called twice, claim already sent. Sent partial refund
Ordered 2/23/2020 by debit card, order#***. Called ***. 1st call, refunded partial amount because they overcharged, would not refund all, claimed pet bed was already shipped. Told me it was definitely shipped 3 times. 2nd call 3/17/2020. Said was already shipped would receive 18-25 days. Said it had to go through China. Ad said American made. Said I could return it to ***, could find no such place, didn't receive bed anyway. I just want my balance refunded of 30.45. They also told me this is what they keep if order cancelled, I said I want it all returned and thats when he claimed it was already shipped.

I ordered 4 of the dog beds on February 26, 2002. Have not receive them as of April 4, 2002. They did not hesitate to take my 140.87, but when I called, April 22, 2002, to see if they had been shipped out was told yes and given a tracking numbers that do not match with UPS, FedEx or USPS. I feel like I was ripped off. I will certainly not order fromThis company again.

I repeat Eva D. No product received when expected, led one to believe product made in USA when in fact made in China. Quick to charge your bank account however for product and repeated VIP charges which you can't dispute until it has cleared your card. They have their money before you can dispute and cancel the charge. Never, ever, REPEAT - never ever again buy from anyone other than a trusted vendor and do your homework before you buy! Can't even give a one star.

I cannot reach them no matter what time I call them.

Ordered product and never received
2/27 order 4 dog beds 190.42 I filled out what I thought was part of the form as.soon as I put my address and bank no in I get the amount IAM being charged with no approval of order or email or phone no I called 3/15 to find out where my order is and they said it was sent still no product on 3/30 they charged my account another 12.42 without my permission

I ordered a pet bed on 2/20/20 it is now 3/24/20 and I have yet to get it. $87.00 down the drain.
They say it is processing. Tracking #***

I have tried on several occasions to contact them but nothing. I sent emails on 3/1,3/17,3/23/3/24. All they say is it is processing. I want my money back if they are not going to produce the product. I will never order from here again.

Ordered two made in USA pet beds. Called and told delay due to coming from China.Company still claims made in US. Won't return money. Offered 50% back
Company claims pet beds are made in the USA, called to check on order told shipments come from China. I do not want ANY items from China and tried to cancel order, was told they couldn't stop the order even though they confirmed the item has not been shipped.Was told I could have 50% of my money back. When I said that was not acceptable was told that I would have to wait until the item arrive and then ship them back for a full refund. Fraudulent company with false advertising.

I have verified that the money has been placed back on the card. For me, this matter is closed. However, I do worry about the false advertising and all the other complaints I have seen on a Look N Shoppe facebook page where you can see the numerous complaints about this company. I suspect this is an Asian owned company that manufactures and distributes asian material as it being an american made company. I believe it also runs under numerous names with multiple address as fronts in around the Los Angeles area. I believe this company should be thoroughly investigated as I feel it is a bait and switch operation. This matter is closed with me. I will make sure that others know that the American made claim is false and that this company, or so-called company is a scam. Too bad we allow these kinds of companies to exist here in the US.
