Ordered a dog bed on 5/3/20. Was told delivery would be in 7-10 days and I would be notified of shipment. Cannot get company to respond to calls.
I purchased a dog bed on 5/3/20 from this company. I have not received the item as of today, 5/12/20. I paid *** for the item which was already taken out of my bank account. I have attempted to contact this company by phone to find out the status of my order #XXXXXX and have been on hold for over 35 minutes. Nobody ever interacts with customers. They also noted I got this "special price" with a VIP membership which will start as of 6/3/20 and an automatic withdrawal from my bank account of *** per month. I have the option of canceling at anytime....which I wish to do if I could reach anybody. At this point I want to cancel my order and any supposed membership. After 35 minutes of being on hold via phone, a voice came on and said "Nobody is available to take your call. Please try your call again later." I am so tired of these Facebook scams. And that is what I believe this to be. This company needs to be closed down.

I would like a refund and this company be prosecuted for fraud and closed down.

On 3/29/20 we purchased a dogbed on the Look N Shoppe website.
Item has not been delivered and customer service refused to fix problem
On 3/29/20 a purchase was made on the Look N Shoppe website. The product is - XXL 100 1 Luxury Anti-anxiety pet bed *** to a cost of $87.00. A confirmation email was sent. A shipping email was sent on 4/2/20 saying the item would take 7-10 days to deliver. No delivery company was listed. There is a track my order button that take us to "17 track.net". This shows a number ***- This site shows the item being accepted through the facility and 4/16/20 has Chinese writing.
On 5/8/20 Customer service for Look N Shoppe was contacted. The representative said they would only reimburse 25% of the cost and they could not advise the location of the product.

This is the first that I have seen this response from the company. I am not satisfied with this outcome, the order was placed on 04/14/20 and payment was taken out of my account on 04/17/20. It is now 05/29/20, that is well over the estimated 14 to 21 days for delivery. Also I have tried to use the tracking number that has been provided by the company (LBRMPXXXXXXXXXXYQ) and it is coming up as invalid on both the UPS/USPS tracking system. So I am DEMANDING a full refund of the full purchase price of *** ASAP.

Feb 25, 2020, bought dog bed. Because of virus was delayed. Has called or email company with no resolve. Wanted bed for dying dog, dog is dead.No Bed

Bought bed on Feb 25, 2020, Price was charged $77.45, I thought it was cheaper so called back to cancel order, they gave me $16.88 discount and waited. I have made several calls and emails since wanting the bed for my old dog; that was dying, to no avail. I checked with the post office and found out it never left China. I called 5/1/2020 they offered to to refund and keep bed when I mentioned turning it into Federal fraud or scam. By then I lost my temper and stated I wanted the bed.

The sorrow I feel is the loss of our dog and not being comfortable while she was dying. The refund will help our dog,now, receive medical testing and the bed will keep her comfortable. The company has been nice and helpful, but it took to long to receive the merchandise.

STAY AWAY! Waited 7-10 days for my 2 dog beds to come and didn't get them. Thought they were be coming from California only to find out they were being shipped from China. I had emailed them about this but they never responded so I tried calling them instead. When I called they told me to be patient and wait a little while longer because they were shipping from China. I went to order a pet bed, I was told 50% off. I was not even given a chance to review my order and I was charged full price and *** shipping.Scam
I wanted to order a pet bed. It's advertised 50% off and free shipping. It asks for the size and color we want, then asks for shipping and billing information, when I went to review my order because it never gave me a price, it just charged my card *** for the bed, which the first page showed *** if you order one bed, but also *** shipping. We buy a lot online and this really feels like a scam. I called *** and it rings then hangs up. No voicemail or even operating hours to call back. It says we can cancel the order within 24 hours, this order was fraudulently placed at 8 pm this evening, 2 hours ago. I also sent an email to ***@bestoffersusa.com requesting a cancellation, wanting my money refunded.My order number is XXXXX.
I have discovered that there are several names of companies like Look n Shoppe and Toolsuni that lead to Best Offers USA. They all offer false claims of a discounts and/or free shipping on a pet bed. But its a fraudulent claim and they charge full price and shipping.
I want my money refunded and my name and information to be deleted and not sold. These companies track and collect your information, IP address, websites you visit, as well as, name, email, phone number and they sell it to third party companies. I do not agree to this practice from this company.

Yes I accept that the company refunded my money,, It was put in the bank today.
The one I told you that I presented to the bank as fraud evidently was fraud and the bank took care of it.

I've ordered 2 dog beds back in February. I've had several emails and still no products.
Ordered back In February two anxiety dog beds. My card was charged immediately. Back and forth with several emails telling me that the items would be sent out as soon as possible. I called and was able to speak to someone who told me that the ordered had shipped and provided a RA# so that I could send them back. It's now 5/1 and still no product and a card that was charged. This is a bogus company who scams and cheats . I wish I had never purchased from them. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't take 2 months to receive items.

They have this VIP service that is not clear...Had I known they were going to try and charge me 12.47 monthly I would have never agreed to it...My order for the XXL dog bed has yet to arrive and it's been well over a month since ordering...When I called about the extra charge I was told they couldn't reverse it and I have to pay it...I wish I'd have seen all these negative reviews before hand...This is a SCAM company and I will NEVER buy from them again...

I placed an order with this company for dog beds (through FaceBook) which ended up being a bait and switch, jumping the price by 3x the amount advertised. Upon seeing this I called this company and cancelled the order. (After having to listen to the used-car sales pitch for 20 mins)

Just recently, I noticed charges from this company in small amounts ($12.47) appearing on my credit card. I called to dispute these with my bank and ended up having to have a new card issued to assure they cannot charge my card any longer.

This company is unethical and underhanded. Please steer clear of them.

While this dog bed took FOREVER to arrive- possibly due to COVID19 restrictions? -
MY daughter's DOG ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS BED!! SHE plops in it. Sniffs it. Cuddles in it. Sits calmly looking outdoors.
I bought this for her when my pup of 12yrs passed *** she became anxious and destructive, which she hadn't been for 6yrs. She was mourning her bff.
Lielu still misses Munchie, but she is less anxious when alone and thru the night since this Miracle, Amazing, I don't know HOW it works, but Lu did exactly as the dog in the ad did. She loves her new bed.

On march 27,2020 I purchased a dog bed from an online ad. When filling out the size and color for the bed the price was around $30. Once I put in my payment info the price was $96.95. I read the return info and it said I had 24 hours to cancel. I emailed them within 5 minutes asking to please cancel the order. The following morning I received an email from them saying my order already shipped so it can't be canceled. I complained about the size and price and was given a 25% refund if I would keep the bed. I responded that it depends on what it looks like when it comes as I have a giant breed dog. Ever since march 29 I have had no responses to my emails questioning shipment or any order details. They misrepresent the amount charged then kept my money.

I received the dog bed today in the mail. The easiest resolution at this point is to just keep the bed. Although I'm completely unsatisfied with the way they do business, this is my lesson for buying online from a private company and not doing my research
