Ordered a xxl pet bed and never received it. My card was charged and still trying to get my money back.

I ordered a calming dog bed on the 19th of May 2020. I emailed them to see when I could expect the bed. they ask for info on order number , name and address, etc. I sent proof of order with order number date the funds were taken out of my bank account, amt charged. I sent images to them of all this. all I get back is they cant find any order or anything about it. this makes me so mad to be taken. I will NEVER order another thing from them.

I ordered a dog bed over a month ago and never got it and cant get a hold of anyone to get a refund.
On May 3rd, 2020 I ordered a dog bed and never got it. I cant get a hold of anyone to refund me my money or give me and update on when I can get my order. They also tried to lie and say I signed up for some monthly subscription I never heard of or agreed to. I was able to get someone to stop that but had to changed my bank information just in case. My confirmation # XXXXXX. I have tried to call and email them without any resolution and at this point I want my money back.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for my purchase since I never received the product and they fraudulently entered me into a monthly subscription.

I purchase a pet bed from them on 05/06/2020 and then again on 06/06/2020 because I thought it didnt go thru so when I check my bank account it went
it went thru and they charge my account twice and added a monthly fee of 12.00

On Apr 6th ordered a dog bed from this co. Said would ship 7 to ten days. I have called numerous times to check status and am always told it is in la but gives one excuse after another as to why I still haven't gotten it. Have asked numerous times for a refund and they refuse to do it. Then they charged me 22.47 and said it was for membership. Asked for that money back and was told they would credit my acct but no money. Now they say it's because of COVID yet covid was rampant when they guaranteed shipping product 7 to 10 days. . I placed an order for the pet calming bed on the 21st of April in 2020, I have not received my order. No help from customer support.

Upon checking the tracking and reaching out to customer support via email on May 2nd and June 2nd 2020, I still have not received my order and my problems have not been solved. When I called their customer service number on June 11th 2020, they claimed that my order was going to be to me me soon, but when you check the tracking number, the last update way may 25th 2020. Then he stated that due to the pandemic orders were taking up to 25 days. I informed we were well pass the 25 day mark with no update.Then the customer rep started to ask for information like my address, after I have "verified" my account with my name, zip code and email address. That information should of been on file.When I question him as to why he needed this information if he already verified my account, he hanged up the call.

Order a xl dog bed never got it!
They charge my us bank atm card for 87.00 on May 7 th. Never got product , know I notice they charged my card again for 12.87 on June 8th for what I don't know.

I ordered an xl bed for my dog on 2/23/2020. After several emails back and forth, they had charged my card for more than what was advertised. I did get a partial refund, but when I finally got the bed, 5-28-2020, it is maybe a medium in size instead of the xl that I ordered. My dog does not fit in it. I would send it back, but for as long as it took to get it, I feel sure that I won't ever get a refund. Company sux!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give 20 negative stars

Purchased 04/06/20 Calming Pet Bed was charged $87.00 on my Mastercard. I have been charged $12.47 for a membership that I did not sign up for and still being charged monthly. I have not received order stlill I have tried to resolve this issue with company several times with no outcome. They give me tracking numbers that are non existing.

I placed an order on April 9,2020 for two dog beds totaling over $150. As of today I have not received my order nor have I gotten any updates!
I saw an ad for this company on Facebook. I ordered two of the extra plush dog beds for my pets. My order was placed on April 9, 2020. Order#***. As of today, June 8, 2020, two months (60 days) later I still have not received my order nor have I received any update from the company explaining the delay! I called the 1800 number twice only to be told that my order was still being processed and that due to an overwhelming response and COVID19 they were experiencing delays. At this point I either want my order shipped immediately or my money refunded by the end of the week! I honestly feel like this company is a scam!

I ordered a bed for my dog on April 5, 2020. It is now June 5th and I still haven't received it.
I contacted Look N Shoppe of June 3rd about my order#XXXXXX. I was advised by *** that if my package is not received by Friday, June 5th, to call back and they would take care of my refund. I called back today because I did not receive my package and was told that I would not be given a refund. I was advised to speak to USPS and was then hung up on. USPS stated that they do not have my package. It has been 60 days since.my order.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund for not receiving my package after 60 days and the promise if receiving a refund but not receiving it.

The company did issue a credit to our account after the Revdex.com contacted them. I still wish that you could mark them as a spam company! Thanks for your help in resolving this problem for us.

Dog bed ordered on line 3/25/2020, money withdrawn on 3/27, no dog bed received yet. Called 3 times, 2 times disconnected. Getting run around.
On 25 March 2020 I ordered a dog bed from Look N Shoppe. On 27 March they withdrew the money (67.50) from by Debit Card thru my bank. On 1 May, called their customer services *** and was told due to the Corona virus, it is taking longer than usual. Understood. On 18 May an e-mail was sent asking where the dog bed was, in turn an e-mail was sent to me by ***. with a bogus tracking number. Called again 3 times today, 2 June asking again about the dog bed in which I was disconnected twice and still waiting for a call back from the 3rd call today. Sent another e-mail to them at *** with a reply it had been received and is being reviewed by their support staff. This is why I don't like to shop on line and will never do it again. Buyer beware. I do believe this site is a total scam.

Either I want my 67.50 returned to me or I want the dog bed.

I ordered a Luxury Anti-Anxiety Dog Bed on 2/24/2020 at 9:37 pm. I never received the item.

Do NOT do business with this company. I have been waiting a month for my order. I have emailed them twice and the only response is that they are looking into it!

I ordered a dog bed on April 1, 2020 and still have not received it. Contacting the company has not helped.
I purchased the XXL dog bed on April 1, 2020 (order #XXXXXX) and received an email saying the dog bed was shipped on April 7th. The email said it would take 7-10 days to receive the bed. Since I did not receive the bed after 2 weeks, I called customer service on April 21. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes waiting to talk with a representative. Then I finally chose the call back option. I was never called back. I called again the next day and finally talked with a representative on April 22. She said because of the Covid-19 virus all shipments were going to take longer than usual. She said it would be around 25-30 days to receive my order. She also gave me the tracking information for my delivery. When I track it, the item was coming from China and finally departed China on May 17th headed to the US via flight. I waited and waited but it still has not arrived. I called customer service again on May 28th. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before again choosing the call back option. No one called me back again. So, I sent an email to the customer service address on May 28th and have not received a response from that either. I just called customer service again May 29th and finally spoke with the same representative as before after being on hold for about 17 minutes. She said there was a delay in my shipment. Her connection was terrible and jumbled so much that I could barely understand what she was saying. She decided to try and call me back and the reception was better. She tried to give me the tracking information again, but I told her I already had it from when I called weeks before. I told her when I track it that it took 6 weeks to leave China headed to the US and asked why. She told me to hold on. I waited on hold for about a minute and then was disconnected. She tried to call back, but when I answered, it was disconnected again. She did not call back again and when I called that number back, I was going to have to be on hold again. So, I did not wait this time. I paid the *** on April 1st with my credit card and that charge has been processed.

The company and tracking both say the item arrived in Chicago on June 11. However, I still have not received the dog bed. It does not take that long to get from Chicago to Dallas. I would like to reopen the case.
